We were dismayed that tree roots had infiltrated and blocked the sewer line of our 1941 home causing a sewage flood in our garage (yuck!) a few weeks ago. After having the line cleared enough to keep us ""going"" for awhile, we researched and got estimates from several plumbers for the repair. The estimates included very expensive replacements of the entire line to the street requiring permits but Paul showed us that the line was bad in just one area, saving us from a huge expense. Anthony and Lorenzo worked very hard on the hottest day yet cutting through the slab in our garage, digging out the rock and dirt then replacing the bad part of the pipe. We had a lot of trepidation about doing this but we were only without water for about an hour while they removed the pipe and replaced it. They also installed a new clean-out outside the garage. They inspected and flushed the entire system including the vents which had never been done. Paul, Anthony and Lorenzo were professional, expert and friendly. There was minimal disruption to us. Paul's concrete guy was also very professional. He cleaned up the area and except for the now hardening cement patch and a new clean-out you would never know they had been there. I highly recommend Expert Rooter & Plumbing for any plumbing project!

We did need to clean out our garage to make room for this project, not so much fun, but it had to be done and should have been done a long time ago. This project ended up being therapeutic in that we had to clean up and clean out our own, ahem, sh-t.

I can't say enough about the excellent service I received from Paul, Anthony and co. at Expert Rooter and Plumbing. They came out to look at my 11 year old toilet at no charge then replaced it quickly and efficiently. The pricing was competitive and everyone involved was courteous and super friendly. I just had some major work for my house completed after months of waiting for work to be allowed since COVID-19. Originally the work was scheduled back in March, but then the shelter in place took hold and work had to be delayed. Paul and his crew came in yesterday and finished all the work with precision and expertise that their ratings implied. They are well worth using for any of your plumbing needs. They replace all the toilets in the house, the hot water heater, shower temperature regulator, kitchen faucet and other small things. Started in the morning and was done by 3 PM. The crew was outstanding and paid attention to making sure that they did not leave a mess anywhere. I highly recommend them. Thank you Paul and Crew. Expert Rooter and Plumbing is the way to go.

These guys are amazing. Paul the owner went available be and beyond his duties to make sure that the work is done right the first time. His staff Anthony and Oscar did a great job clearing the clog as well as leaving the place spotless. Paul also gave me an amazing price. Paul and the crew at Expert Rooter are awesome. They're a family owned business and you can tell that they really take pride in their work.

I had them run approximately 60 feet of gas line for a fireplace insert. Paul's bid was fair and included him handling the required permits and inspections.

On the day of the installation it was raining really hard. Paul's crew did an amazing job keeping the workspace clean and when they were finished you couldn't tell that any work had been done that day. It was just as clean if not cleaner than when they started. The work cleared the city inspection with no issues.

Paul is definitely my go-to plumber for any future needs. I highly recommend him.

We called Expert Rooter & Plumbing out to our property due to a sewer back up. Paul sent his crew out immediately to survey the situation. After spending most of the day plunging and snaking the sewer line, Paul used a ""camera"" to detect that the problem was a broken pipe in the front sidewalk. Paul explained the problem in full detail and gave us two options, the less expensive. choice was to beak the sidewalk and repair the break where it was, and hope that the remainder of the old pipe would not break at a later date, causing 2 or 3 times the expense. The second choice was to replace the entire sewer pipe from the garage to the clean-out at the sidewalk.The cost would be about double what the first option was, however there would not be a need for any more pipe replacing or cement breakage and repair. we chose option #2 and Paul had his crew of 3 at our property before 8:00 AM plus another 2 man crew that had the equipment that would draw the new flexible pipe through the old pipe, breaking and replacing the old sewer pipe under the ground. The crews worked expertly together and had the job done by the end of the day. Paul obtained the permits and met with the inspector. Paul had a cement contractor come in to match the exposed aggregate and he did an excellent job.
I have to say that I have had Expert Rooter and Plumbing out to our properties on numerous occasions for various reasons and each and every time, the jobs were done in a neat and timely way, and at reasonable cost.
I would and will call Expert Rooter each and every time I need a plumber.

AMAZINGLY AWESOME! Friday afternoon and couldn't find anyone available to help. Needed a kitchen faucet to be removed and the new one to be installed. Left a vm for Paul and he called me back within 10 minutes. His crew of 3 guys was at my house within the hour and finished the job perfectly within 30 minutes. Friendly, courteous, and I noticed they also did a thorough job cleaning up and wiping down the under sink area. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Thanks so much for coming over so quickly and relieving a big item on my to-do list!

Paul and his guys are the definition of honest, hard work. Expert Rooter repiped our house and replaced our sewer line over the course of several days. Despite the messy requirements of the job, they made sure to leave things in a usable and clean state by the time we got home from work each day. They do what they say they are going to do, can be trusted to do it well, cross their t's and dot their i's and deliver on time. I couldn't recommend them more.

Paul came out to clear the shower drain and main drainage pipe at my house. Both of them were completely non-flowing. He was able to get them flowing perfectly and his price was very reasonable. I discovered the next day, after installing a bathroom sink, that it was clogged as well, something I hadn't realized or mentioned originally. Paul was nice enough to send some of his employees to clear that drain at no extra charge. Anthony, who came the second time, along with some other guys, was quick and friendly.

I'll definitely be calling them for any future plumbing needs!
