This company is a scam. They came out to resolve our plumbing issues and did absolutely nothing and took our parts. DO NOT USE!!!

I woke up this morning to water surrounding the drains in my garage. I went out to the sidewalk and my sewer drain was spewing up what looked like water, lint, and other debris. I called EPS and they had someone to my house with 15 minutes. 10 minutes and one main line snake later, all was fixed and back to normal. The guys even washed down the sidewalk where all of the lint and other material had been gathering. Price was a bit higher than expected for such a short job ($245) but 1) I like to support local business and 2) time is money and EPS saved me a lot of time and hassle today. Thank you, Paul, Igor, and EPS team!

Their guys just finished helping me to install my new large 20"" tall water filter for the whole house. I'm pretty satisfy with their work. My initial reason for choosing them over other plumbers was because they post their cost upfront to me. I like doing business this way because I like no nonsense and I don't like to bargain. I felt that their price was reasonable since I already know how much it costed me previously by another plumber who installed same type of filter for me almost 2 years ago. I didn't have hot water and my pilot in the water heater kept turning off, and when it was on, the water wasn't heating properly. Expert plumbing came to the rescue with their straight forward pricing and tech savvy communication. As I was trying to get services in the middle of my work week, doing the bulk of the communication by text was extremely helpful. My plumber, Leo was knowledgeable and helpful and I absolutely loved working with him. I would work with EPS again in a heart beat!

I first connected with Paul here on Yelp to install a new pressure regulator on my water main as well as hook up a new dishwasher, and was impressed by his promptness, friendliness, and the quality of work he did.

I was so impressed that when I needed to install my new kitchen sink, I didn't bother contacting anyone else. Not only was Paul able to do the job quickly (which also necessitated installing new angle-stops to accommodate a smaller gauge line), he also added another part to make both of our lives easier for a future project.

Today he completed that third job, which entailed running a copper water line from my sink through my cabinets to my new refrigerator, and was done almost before I realized he'd even started.

I don't think that I have any other plumbing projects in the future, but I can rest assured that if I do, I know Paul and the rest of the crew at Expert Plumbing are just a phone call or an email away.

Expert Plumbing got back to us very quickly in response to an online quote request, and communicated perfectly throughout the process. They were able to come out the same day to fix an issue with the kitchen sink, actually just within a couple of hours of us calling, for a very reasonable quote. Our plumber, Leo, was friendly and knowledgeable and provided a lot of useful information in addition to doing the job. Very happy with the result and the service, and would definitely call Expert Plumbing again if we needed something done, especially on short notice.

A few weeks ago, I had a new washing machine installed and needed new hot and cold handles, which were nearly frozen, installed before I should be running it.

Paul, very professional and courteous, showed up in less than an hour! He got the job done at a competitive price and even provided a quote for another job I'll be doing this summer. In addition, all paperwork, estimates and receipts are sent via email or text. Very organized, professional and meticulously tidy (this is a Plus!) as he performed the repairs. This company even has an app I'll use the next time I'm in a jam. I highly recommend this company.

I had a leaky bathtub, the drain pipe beneath the tub was leaking, and EPS came in and in less than two hours Paul and his helper had the problem fixed and it's been working great since.

They also charged a good deal less than other plumbers who yawned on the phone and said *maybe* they could get out next week-- EPS came out next business day and were excellent to work with, complete pros in every respect.

I hired Paul and crew to do the plumbing work of a kitchen remodel. The work included installing new water lines for the sink, dishwasher, and gas lines for the stove and a furnace. This was my impression

1) The quote was very reasonable and included things others were not offering (like installing the appliances)
2) Paul and crew arrived always on time, worked very cleanly, and were clearly very knowledgable and professional.
3) The result is great, and all inspections were passed easily.
