I had a minor problem with my main drain line. I live in the Sunset district in San Francisco, and a lot of the older houses have problems with the drain line and roots breaking the pipes. Paul did a great job of snaking the line to clear the roots and gave us many options in working through the problem. He was very communicative about our options both in the short and long term.

Ultimately we decided to hire him and his team to pull permits, excavate concrete, old pipes, replace them with new pipes, and schedule an inspections with the City. Paul made the experience so seamless and was transparent about the process, timeline, and managed our expectations. The team was done in three days from breaking the concrete, replacing the pipes, scheduling an inspection, and pouring the concrete.


I highly recommend working with him for all projects large and small! While it's true there are many options out there, knowledge and trust are a very rare combination these days. Paul and his team marry both these characteristics and made what is usually a dreadful experience into a high touch process. Thank you to Paul and his team and we really appreciate you!

Great service, very responsive and attentive. Had a water issue (not emergency), talked to Paul who scheduled for Leo to visit the next day. At the time he also asked if I can do earlier if there is an opening and suggested that Leo might call me to check. Next day indeed Leo called and managed to come in and help me out before our scheduled time. At the time I asked Leo a few other questions and he was very willing to answer them, which I appreciated. They also did not charge me with any fees, since they only took a look and provided advice on how to monitor the problem. A couple days after I have another non-emergency thing come up and reach out to them via message. Not even an hour after my message Leo actually calls me to check what is up and how they can help. Overall very satisfied and will work with them again if anything else comes up.

We needed some service on four toilets. All four were operational but each had its own issues. Leonid scheduled to come the next day, showed up on time, and got to work. He diagnosed the issues that needed fixes and then told me the price. He spent an hour and a half and the price was reasonable. I trust EPS to handle our plumbing needs.

One year after expert plumbing solutions ""fixed"" our water heater it stopped working. We couldn't light the pilot light (which is what we thought the issue was) so we called pg&e to help and they told us it was repaired incorrectly and extremely dangerous. Turns out they punched a hole in it and used a generic part where our specific brand was required. Both pg&e and the plumber that came to fix it today said we were lucky the water heater didn't blow up and start leaking carbon monoxide the way it was. So not only was it a waste of time and $300 but an extreme safety hazard. Very scary.

Very happy with the service. Contacted Paul late at night via Yelp to fix clogged toilet. Two guys showed up next morning and fixed it within an hour. After the work was done I reserved detailed massage with pictures on what was the problem and what was done to fix it. Great work and clear communication. Price was reasonable as well. Happy I found them.

I can echo all the positive reviews below. I got an upfront quote through Yelp's messaging system and an appointment at 9am the following morning. A text message when Paul was on the way, and a prompt arrival. They snaked the drain, charged exactly what was quoted, and they were off! Sort of a dream plumbing situation. Covid safe, masks, etc.
