These guys were so amazing and nice! HONEST too. I had a plumber come out and he totally tried to scam me. Then I looked on Yelp and found Expert Plumbing. They handled my issue of a back up on one side of my house with professionalism and explained everything to me and when I asked them to check the other side and my mainline just to see if all is well because I just moved into this house. They said I DID NOT need anything done to the other side or my main line. Wow. Honesty from a plumbing company. It was so refreshing. I am blown away. Will no doubt keep using them and refer them.

My wife and I were really worried about finding a good plumber to come and unclog our kitchen sink. We asked our neighbors if they knew of any good plumbers and they all said no. Instead they gave us horror stories of their past experience or someone they knew who had a bad experience with plumbers. Saying how they all will rip you off and over charge for things that you don't necessarily need to have done. Despite all their horror stories, I went on Yelp and found Expert Plumbing & Rooter. They have really good reviews and my wife and I live by Yelp. Not to mention they are open 24hours, which is amazing. I called and setup and appt for them to come by and take a look at my issue. They came first thing in the morning the next day without hesitation and inspected the problem. They gave us an initial assessment which cost $75 bucks to either resolve the issues or put that as a credit towards any further service we might need to fix our problem. Which I think is really fair of them. My issue was a lot worst then I thought and they quoted me a very fair price to completely resolve my issue. They came back the next day with the proper equipment to resolve my problem and was in and out in 30mins tops.

Our plumber's name was Levon, and he was extremely helpful and very informative on all of our questions. He knew exactly what the problem was and how to fix the issue. Him and his partner came and did their thing. They were extremely polite, clean and fast. I have to say it was not a bad experience at all and I would highly recommend Levon to everybody. There will be no horror story about my experience with the plumber at all.

These guys are great. They were very accommodating to my schedule and extremely friendly. I called them because we were having problems with gas in our house. They came out for a free inspection and discovered that everything was okay; the emergency shut-off valve had been switched off for some reason. They were patient and explained everything in a clear, concise way.
We'll definitely be using them again in the future.

Beware of their emergency service prices.
I appreciated the fact that they came out on Memorial Day, but charging $495 to replace a ice maker valve seems very expensive to me, I understand the $120 service call fee, but $375 to replace a valve is excessive, they said that it was because they needed to drain the system, but that is a very simple operation, I feel like they take advantage of emergency situations.

I have no complaints as far as the work done, the guys were efficient and professional, the just overcharged me.

I believe that the $120 service call fee should be more than enough, there was no need to overcharge.

Every trusting service. Affordable pricing. I got a few other quotes one was outrageous but they came in about the middle and they used quality parts . This company is fully equipped with all the tools needed to repair my main sewer and replace a section in the yard . I looked up the tools they were using and found out that it is the best on the market. Now i know why he was confident in explaining my issue to me. Will recommend to my sister cuz she is also having plumbing issues

I called Levon at Expert Plumbing late afternoon on a Friday and he was at my house a few hours later. He arrived as scheduled and wasted no time to unclog both my bathroom sink and bath tub. He quoted me $85 to snake the sink and the same for the tub. He worked on my bathroom for an hour but my sink was so messed up that he said he would need to come back and prepare a "clean-out". I explained to Levon that we live in a one bathroom hut and we needed access to our shower ASAP! Even though Levon's schedule was slammed the following day he promised us that he would return the next day and prepare the clean out. I have had other plumbers try and fix the same sink but were unsuccessful. I would be stuck with a clogged sink and still have to pay. Levon did not do that to me. Before he left on Friday he had a very reasonable, affordable plan.

The next day (on Saturday), Levon, Tony, and Rick arrived as promised and immediately started their work. Within 1.5 hours they were able to unclog both my sink and shower. As a team they work fast, they are professional, and very knowledgeable. All the yelp reviews are true. I trust Expert Plumbing and will most def call them again. I highly recommend their expert services. I am a very satisfied customer! Very fair prices too!

Just before Passover our sink overflowed from a backup in out condo. It was 10PM and it was horrific. Guests coming for the holiday and a sink overflowing. One call to Expert Plumbing- who we found on the internet and in less than an hour a plumber arrived and took care of the problem in very little time. I interviewed over 7 plumbers in and around my area and Levon and Experp Plumbing are the best. They are professional, affordable, punctual,and take time to explain everything to you, step by step. I have had two appointments with both Tony and Levon with Rick and was extremely satisfied on both occasions. I even called past 8:00 pm on a weeknight and Levon picked up right away and answered all of my questions even thought it was after main business hours. I've a very discerning customer and i've already referred them to two of my friends and family. They are a family owned business and conduct business the way it's supposed to be done. Had an issue with my water heater and was out of hot water for two days. Found Expert Plumbing & Rooter on Yelp, called them up and received a quote quickly. Levon, a service technician, was prompt and diagnosed my pilot light and concluded that the thermocouple be replaced. These guys provided excellent service at a reasonable rate and repaired my water heater in under an hour! Will be returning for future services needed.
