Wow, called them Friday at 3:45 out by 5! Very courteous and professional. I had been working with a home warranty plumber referral that was not working out. So in frustration I saw the excellent reviews and tried them. Spent quality time examining device, told me what was likely going on and and a fair quote and indicated would be out tomorrow am to fix. What a refreshing change. Customer for life! Thanks Expert!!

I had an emergency with my bathroom faucet hot water running endlessly since Saturday night. I couldn't sleep and called around for plumbers first thing Sunday morning. One place charged 200 just to come out for initial diagnosis. I called the number for Expert and someone called me back right away. Told me initial dx would be $30 and he would come right away. When he came, he was extremely courteous and professional, looked at my bathroom, and told me right away what he felt needed to be done. It's a job much bigger than I had originally anticipated, and because I live in a condo, is much more difficult, but I was glad he had come out to at least take a look at it. Thank you!!!

I called Levon to come out to a job site my husband was working, on he's a landscape designer was trying to trouble shoot a fountain he was working on. He usually can fix minor plumbing issues himself but he was really stumped on this one because the joint kept breaking after welding it!!!. Levon showed up on time and gave us an estimate to fix it. Well, it turned out that rather than fix it, he just coached my husband on how to fix it himself and we saved money and he quite possibly saved the job as well. It was very important to get it fixed that particular day for an event that was happening. You don't meet professionals like Levon very often. He even gave my husband a part! We will definitely be calling Expert Plumbing again! Highly recommend him.

I've used Expert Plumbing & Rooter three times now. The first time, I was impressed that someone actually answered the phone (it's hard to find real professional out there). It was a minor shower job that they did quickly and inexpensively. The 2nd time I used them was for a major job: they dug a trench and installed a new pipe from my house to the sewer. I expected to pay many thousands of dollars for this based on other quotes. Boy, was I pleasantly surprised to get this done for what was an amazing price. A few days ago I called Tony in for a simple clogged bathroom sink. As always, he was quick to respond and got the job done for a very reasonable price. He asked if I'd shout out here on Yelp and I told him I would; not because I was being nice but because I really believe in these guys. They always do it right. For several years I was looking for a plumber I could trust; someone honest, responsible and reasonably priced. Tony's my guy! I'm a huge fan of Expert Plumbing and Rooter.

I found this plumber after striking out twice with two others. I originally called the first two because I had some coupons they had sent. The first one couldn't come before Monday, and there was no way I was sitting with a disgusting toilet for four days. The second one had a bizarre policy where I couldn't just call and make an appointment, I had to give them my info and they would call me back "within the hour." They didn't want to give me a quote either, saying the plumber would show me the price when he arrived, but they finally relented. It didn't matter though, because when the hour passed without a callback, I took to yelp. And I'm so glad I did!

I picked this plumber based on the positive reviews, and my experience matched theirs. Not only did a friendly person pick up the phone, but the person who picked up the phone and spoke to me, Levon, was actually the person who would be coming to fix my toilet! That may seem small, but it's not. It meant I got a sense of who would be coming into my home in advance, I didn't have to re-explain anything, and I never had to deal with any "price the person on the phone quoted" vs "what the plumber is trying to charge me now" drama. And, yeah, he had no trouble quoting me a price and sticking to it. It even ended up cheaper than the other place's coupon! Plus, he was available immediately (at 8pm! although I opted to make an appointment for the next morning) and when he came he was done within minutes. All around a great, easy, honest experience. I think I've found my go-to plumber.

okay, so.... you guys won't believe this. Prior to getting these professionals to fix our plumbing, We hired a plumber from nowhere land to get on the job, who appeared to be a total RIP-OFF. He was paid before hand, and spent two weeks fiddling around with the broken parts of the pipes and whatnot, and in the end ran off with all the parts needed to fix the system and never came back. It wasn't until Expert Plumbing and Rooter showed up and fixed everything in TWO HOURS. TWO HOURS-yes you heard it right. I am amazed at the speed which they work at and how diligent they are at their job. Expert Plumbing and Rooter is definitely my new go-to plumbers! I guarantee you won't regret it!

Great experience with Levon. I called them when my sink started spraying all over me and I had to turn off all the water. They were very polite on the phone and cooperative. I asked for an estimate and it was the exact amount I paid when it was fixed. He came out at the time he said he would and fixed it fast. I highly recommend them. Real nice guy too.
