I required an inspection of the crawlspace at my home and called Expert Plumbing to schedule an appointment. The scheduled window to arrive was 8:00-10:00 AM. Mike arrived at 8:05 and began the inspection. He was knowledgeable, professional, and very courteous. Having been in customer service management for many years, I can say that Mike definitely has mastered the concept. I will use Expert Plumbing for any plumbing issues I may have in the future. Job well done.

i used Expert plumber about three or four times the first two times they were OK the last time I asked them to come out to fix my toilet leak they charged $165 and then we ask him to come back out and look at my toilet because it was still leaking they wanted to charge me 85 more dollars or tell me that I needed a new toilet they were rude they were rude they were very rude will never use them again. Also got a very high quote for water valve gauge they were so rude

"Andrei" was an expert and knew exactly where our blockage was located in our bathroom sink drain. Arrived on time (actually a bit early) put covers over his shoes to protect our floors (without us even asking). Highly recommend this young gentleman.

Woke up to the sound of running water this morning when all of the faucets and taps were off. Obviously, this was not a good thing, and after a short search, I found where the water was flowing: way the heck under the house in the master bathroom. I made an online appointment with Expert for 11, and just after I hit "send", someone called me to say they had a technician in the area and they could come earlier. Since the water was off (I had turned off the mainline to prevent the water from running), I gratefully said yes. The technician came out, crawled all the way in, and diagnosed what was wrong. He went to get the part, came back, and had the regulator installed by 11:30, only half an hour later than my original appointment time, all while being super nice and courteous. Even the bill, while not awesome, truthfully, was not as bad as it could be for what might have been a disaster. And suddenly we have good water pressure again. :)

Anyway, to sum up, awesome service and I would highly recommend them. If and when something fails again, I will definitely be calling them.

Alex was very quick to return my message when I had a plumbing
emergency that my Super had made worse. He was able to diagnose and
fix immediately what had been an ongoing, escalating issue over the
past year, and his rates are very fair for urgent house calls. I'm

I scheduled an appointment to have a leaky faucet repaired, rearranged my day to be there to meet the technician at home, then got a call minutes before the appointment in which I was informed that the company did not repair leaky faucets, but only replaced them. Putting aside whether this was an attempt to "trade me up" to more profitable work, it is something I clearly could have been told at the time I scheduled my appointment, took time off from work, etc. Whatever the opposite of customer service is ... that's what I experienced.

WOW!!! excellent overall experience. It's Sunday night and they made time to come out to see my busted water pipe. It was 100 bucks which I thought it was totally reasonable on a Sunday night and was more than willing to pay. Alex, who came by was extremely knowledgeable, very helpful, answered all my questions and offered to continue to help me. The owner jumped on the phone with me after inspection and was incredibly kind to me and understood my situation. I know who to call when I'm good and ready. #grateful
