I have found my new plumber for life! I had a leak under my kitchen sink (or so I thought). LaVon from Expert Plumbing & Rooter showed up precisely between the scheduled window of 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. He took one look at my Kitchen faucet and quickly deduced that the leak was not coming from beneath the sink but from a loose faucet head. He fixed the problem in less than five minutes. When I reached for my wallet to pay, I was told there was no charge! Are you kidding me??? No Charge! As a single woman who knows nothing about plumbing, he could have easily conned me into thinking the issue was far more complex. He was so honest and professional. I will never use another plumbing company ever. I found this company through Yelp and decided to give them a try due to all the positive reviews. Wow! I am sure glad that I did.

Very good plumber, good guy. I had some very simple stuff that needed fixing: the tub spout diverter was broken along with the showerhead needed replacing. After wrestling with all the tub spout, I found it impossible to eliminate. Levon removed it in concerning two seconds. He replaced anything, including the showerhead with a single I purchased at Target. In less the 7 days the WaterPik showerhead fell to pieces (flying journey pipe and sending water everywhere).
Levon was kind enough to research other brands for me, mail a recommendation, put on some sort of temporary showerhead, and then appear again and install the new one at no cost. That's integrity for you!

If I could give more stars, I would. I'm not a huge yelper, but when I come across a company that I feel everyone needs to use, I want you to know about it.

I woke up this morning and tried to shower, only to find we had no hot water. We immediately found Expert Plumbing via Yelp and cold called them after reading some reviews.

They spoke perfect english, were knowledgable and friendly on the phone and got a guy to my house to look at it in just 4 hours. Levon was so courteous, knowledgable, answered my questions quickly and with confidence, fixed the hot water heater in 10 minutes, and even took the time to give me a quote on some other items like tub replacement.

We have our plumbing company now! I have a google doc with all my household needed vendors and this company is going to be the only one under Plumbing.

Use them! You won't regret it!

This is the second time our company uses this business and we could not be happier with the work that is done. After three failed attempts at reaching our building's manager, I gave up and asked if we could just call our own plumber to which I was given the go-ahead. I called them yesterday at 4pm and they were able to schedule a visit with us for this morning.

We had them out to take a look at our staff toilet because it was filling up, but not cutting the water when it reached the appropriate level. Thankfully, the issue turned out to be just the handle. We will be keeping their number in our directory so that any future plumbing issues can be addressed by them. Thank you again!

Levon is straight forward and very honest! That is a very difficult trait to come across in any profession.

He does not try and upsell at all. The part I needed to be replaced he recommended I call the manufacture to see if it is still under warranty to hopefully save me money. The part was and for some odd reason while I was waiting for the new part to arrive, the "broken part" started working again.

Instead of insisting I replace the part (as of course there would be a service charge), he told me to use the existing part until it breaks again. And to simply hold onto the new one I just got.

Levon came on time and offered me the most cost effective way to fix my issue. He was not money hungry at all which I appreciated. He fixed my problem within 15 minutes and also gave me maintenance tips. I would suggest them for anyone in need of a reliable and reasonable plumber.

Dealing with this company was definitely worth five stars! Came on time as promised and on a Sunday! Levon was awesome and really helpful. Other plumbing companies I've dealt with will charge you extra because they know you can't wait for another plumber to give you an estimate while water is leaking under your sink. It turned out to be an easy fix but if it wasn't for Levon, I wouldn't know it! Thanks again.

This morning while showering I was surprised to realize there isn't any hot water.

...wow, I called at 12:38pm on a Sunday. They arrived 1:18pm they diagnosed, replaced the thermocouple and started up my water heater and were out the door at 1:32pm. I may have to pay extra for a Sunday, but with that kind of service it was completely worth it. (They were the cheapest, I shopped around)

Luckily my baby woke up because I was worried at the amount noise a repairman would make but it wasn't the case, I don't even think my dogs noticed there were strangers in the house.

This team comes highly recommended, now excuse me I gotta go finish my shower.
