Called today at 11 a.m. when the toilets were flushing slowly, which is not good with a 4 year old in the house. By 11:30 an Expert Plumber was on sight and describing my plumbing options. We tried the quick (cheap) fix first, but it couldn't do the job, so we moved on to Plan B and within an hour a second van showed up, this time with the hydrojet.

While I could think of several things I'd rather spend the money on, Expert Plumbing was fast, efficient and clean. They used the camera to show me the before shots of the main drain line, hydrojetted, and then used the camera to show me the pipe root free results. They were also able to point out a potential major issue for the future. By 1:30 everything was cleaned, packed up and Expert Plumbing and Rooter, INC were on their way to their next shitty job.

My mom alway said that if you have a trustworthy mechanic, jeweler and plumber then you'll be alright in life. I feel like I've met my trustworthy plumber.

Levon and 2 of his crew came to replace our pipes. And once again, did an excellent job in less than 4 hours when I was anticipating a couple of days work! All new pipes through bathroom and kitchen at a very reasonable price. Levon also takes the time to explain in detail the work that needed to be done before and after the job is finished. I recommend these guys to every homeowner I know!

Expert Plumbing is open 24/7. It's family owned and they care about their customers. You can call anytime and they're there to respond to any emergencies.

I called Expert Plumbing around 5 pm on a Monday with with hot water heater issues from the night before. Levon came over 2 hrs later and oddly our water heater was working fine again. Nonetheless he checked the water heater, our bathrooms and water meter. He confirmed that everything was working fine, so he didn't charge us a cent! We probably need to get out water heater drained, but nothing was broken. Amazing service from Levon, and he was so nice & trustworthy. We'll definitely use them to get our heater drained soon and for any other plumbing needs!

Not only did Victor make sure the job was done properly, he gave me an immediate impression that he cared. You really don't see that very often and I appreciated it very much. He got into the nitty gritty of a major repair job and managed the team in a very pragmatic way. Great job guys!

Today i had to look for a plumber to get my tankless installed so i shopped around craigslist which was a total crapper (no pun intended *har har*)

My sis told me that these guys do a good job and not to go to craigslist cuz they just suck. You get what you pay for i guess. So these dudes hooked it up because i told them my sister referred me.

These guys are the best plumbers in Los Angeles. I own a rental in LA and got a call from my tenant early morning stating that theres sh*t coming out from the shower. I found Expert Plumbing through yelp and called them. Tony came and told me my sewer line/drain line was jammed with roots. He put a camera (coolest thing ever) down my pipe and showed me all the roots. He then gave me a reasonable price to jet out all of the roots and even gave me warranty on the work. I have a attached a picture of how professional this company looks and a picture of the jet that cut up all the roots.

I strongly urge everyone to use these guys, quick in responding, great pricing, great guys, just the best plumbing experience a homeowner could ask for. Thanks guys!

I have found my new plumber for life! I had a leak under my kitchen sink (or so I thought). LaVon from Expert Plumbing & Rooter showed up precisely between the scheduled window of 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. He took one look at my Kitchen faucet and quickly deduced that the leak was not coming from beneath the sink but from a loose faucet head. He fixed the problem in less than five minutes. When I reached for my wallet to pay, I was told there was no charge! Are you kidding me??? No Charge! As a single woman who knows nothing about plumbing, he could have easily conned me into thinking the issue was far more complex. He was so honest and professional. I will never use another plumbing company ever. I found this company through Yelp and decided to give them a try due to all the positive reviews. Wow! I am sure glad that I did.

Very good plumber, good guy. I had some very simple stuff that needed fixing: the tub spout diverter was broken along with the showerhead needed replacing. After wrestling with all the tub spout, I found it impossible to eliminate. Levon removed it in concerning two seconds. He replaced anything, including the showerhead with a single I purchased at Target. In less the 7 days the WaterPik showerhead fell to pieces (flying journey pipe and sending water everywhere).
Levon was kind enough to research other brands for me, mail a recommendation, put on some sort of temporary showerhead, and then appear again and install the new one at no cost. That's integrity for you!

If I could give more stars, I would. I'm not a huge yelper, but when I come across a company that I feel everyone needs to use, I want you to know about it.

I woke up this morning and tried to shower, only to find we had no hot water. We immediately found Expert Plumbing via Yelp and cold called them after reading some reviews.

They spoke perfect english, were knowledgable and friendly on the phone and got a guy to my house to look at it in just 4 hours. Levon was so courteous, knowledgable, answered my questions quickly and with confidence, fixed the hot water heater in 10 minutes, and even took the time to give me a quote on some other items like tub replacement.

We have our plumbing company now! I have a google doc with all my household needed vendors and this company is going to be the only one under Plumbing.

Use them! You won't regret it!
