These guys are amazing! I called two other plumbing services to fix my tub and they both said they would have to cut a whole through my tub and wall in order to fix it as well as buy all new parts. I called Expert Plumbing and Rooter and they came out right in the morning and fixed it within a matter of 5 minutes with out replacing any parts or cutting through anything. They were professional and easy to work with! I'm putting their card on my fridge because if I need any other services, they are my first call.

Search no further if you need a dynamic plumber! My toilet wasn't flushing and needed to find someone. I called their office and they came out in an instant. Levon called before arriving, arrived on time and was very professional. He assessed and diagnosed the problem in a split second and fixed it before I could even offer him something to drink. It's hard to find someone at this caliber these days and I am so happy that I somehow found him. He also was very thorough and explained everything without trying to make the job seem harder. Simple and quickly fixed my problem toilet. Super professional! Overall, his service was excellent and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a good, honest plumber!

Scheduled an appointment today from 8am to 12pm and when 12pm came around I called and was told it was never scheduled. I was extremely frustrated so I called Expert Plumbing & Rooter and I'm glad I did. They had an opening that day and showed up as they promised. Andrei was our plumber and his customer service skills were impeccable. He explained everything to us and was such an expert in his profession. Next time we have any plumbing issues I'll be sure to reach out to Andrea again!

So we've been dealing with a clogged kitchen sink for some time now and finally it was time to call a plumber. After calling numerous places we settled in expert plumbing due to their same day service (within 2 hours of calling!!). Of note they do charge $39.99 for a diagnosis but if you decide to go ahead with their services the diagnosis fee is included with the price. To unclog our sink (without the access point that would have made it a lot cheaper) the fee was a little under $200 which was comparable to other plumbing places I called.

One thing I really liked about this service is that they text you when you schedule your appointment and get text updates regarding the plumber arrival time as well as the invoice. In addition to this our plumber also gave us a courtesy call which I really appreciated.

Our plumber, Andrei was very nice and gave a long detailed explanation of what was wrong with the kitchen sink pipe. I was impressed with his knowledge as well as his patience with explaining what was wrong.

I would definitely recommend! Thanks again Andrei!

I called Expert Plumbing & Rooter for a slow drain in the bathroom around 10:00 a.m. One minute into the conversation, I was impressed by the lady's efficiency. She understood the nature of the problem immediately, the next steps were how soon a plumber could do the service and cost range. And I was told a plumber could be at my home between 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. So impressed, I asked her name, Theresa. 45 minutes before estimated arrival time, I got a call from Theresa notifying me the impending arrival time. Within 45 minutes Andrei showed up. He was professional and polite. A quick diagnosis and in no time the job was done. Would I use Expert Plumbing & Rooter again? 100% yes!

I am very unhappy with this company. Not only have I spent a ton of money with them, they don't show up for appointments with no phone call explaining they are not coming and when they finally did show up, they were supposed to get back to me the next day with a quote and that was over two weeks ago. Thank goodness it wasn't an emergency. I guess the company isn't interested in small jobs. I would never use them again and would warn future customers to find a more reliable company.

I have used these guys twice now. First time was an emergency my tub leaked water everywhere they came out right away and fixed it.

This time my toilet was leaking every time I flushed it. Made an appointment, since I have another toilet I can use in the meantime. They showed up on time and were super professional. Andrei is the man. He is fast and efficient, you can tell he knows what hes doing. He pulled the toilet off and resealed it super fast, put in new bolts and said it should be good for awhile. I also talked to him about how this toilet was super slow compared to my other one. He went to the truck and got some parts and fixed it up so now it fills super fast. I am a neat freak and he even wore boots in the house to keep my floors clean. He cleaned up everything when he was done. I'm not sure how much another plumber would have charged for this but for the amount of work he did the rates seemed reasonable. I will definitely use Expert Plumbing again. Thanks again Andrei!

I required an inspection of the crawlspace at my home and called Expert Plumbing to schedule an appointment. The scheduled window to arrive was 8:00-10:00 AM. Mike arrived at 8:05 and began the inspection. He was knowledgeable, professional, and very courteous. Having been in customer service management for many years, I can say that Mike definitely has mastered the concept. I will use Expert Plumbing for any plumbing issues I may have in the future. Job well done.
