A shout out to this company - everyone from the Customer Service call people to Rick, the plumber, that completed our job was great!! They did what a lot of companies don't do anymore, they confirmed my appointment, asked me questions about the job, were extremely professional and courteous and most important, did a fabulous repair!! There won't be any other plumbing company we will use going forward. Expert Plumbing rocks!!

My father's very trusted, hard-working and fair-priced plumber (who also became our plumber over the years) decided to retire after 50 years of plumbing service. Not knowing this, we called him recently when we needed a repair and he told us the news.

After expressing happiness for him, but disappointment for us, we asked who he would recommend we call - he said Expert Plumbing. We called them and they responded very quickly, professionally and fixed the multiple problems efficiently and at a reasonable price. When I told the owner, Dan, that our now-retired plumber, Kenny, had recommended him, Dan acknowledged knowing Kenny for years and as he shook his head he said ""there aren't too many of us honest plumbers around anymore."" I am glad we found another one!

I am so thankful for Expert Plumbing and Rick and Jacob. We had a water leak underneath our living room floor. Expert Plumbing came out the next day. They pulled back the carpet, went through the slab and found the problem. Replaced the leaking section. They also filled the hole back in and replaced the concrete. They did a great job. Very neat and professional. Would highly recommend them and will definitely use them again for plumbing problems.

I had a gas leak and after southwest gas turned off the gas I needed to get the gas line repiped. Expert plumbing came out the same day. They filed the permit with the city, repaired the line, requested and completed the southwest gas inspection. The plumbers were polite, professional, and got the job done quickly and cleanly. I called Saturday then Donnie called and sent out Rick Monday morning and fixed the connection so I could get a dishwasher installed that couldn't be installed on Friday which was fustrating. Rick showed up quick and did a great job and gave some good advice. I was actually excited cause now there coming to install my dishwasher. Thanks again guys!

We had a worst case scenario situation. Our house was on lockdown due to coronavirus and finally was able to get out of the house only to discover a huge water leak between the mainline in the house. Fortunately I was able to shut off the main water line but it was now 5 PM on Friday. I frantically called six different plumbers an expert Plumbing responded immediately. Within one hour Manny arrived and over the course of two hours provided a beautiful repair with excellent customer service.I would recommend this company without reservation. I spoke to the owner afterwards and he said that they've been in the business for 35 years and although my situation was unique and anxious to me it's something that they deal with on a daily basis. Look forward to being a customer in the future.Pictures before and after the repair. As you can see they use copper which allowed us to use the water right away.

We had dealt with Expert Plumbing before but were out of state when received a $700.00+ water bill for our Tucson home. After friends rescued us by turning off the watering system, Expert Plumbing went over to the house to check to see if there were any leakage/damage in the house itself. Not only did this involve going into the house, it also involved crawling under the house to assess the situation. It was concluded that there was not immediate damage to the home, but that with the old pipes/plumbing (1935) we had dodged bullets and were an accident waiting to happen. We scheduled a plumbing update for the day after our Dec. return to Tucson. Expert Plumbing (Luke and others) showed up, worked dilligently on a hard/long/tedious job, were always pleasant, professional. We would like to thank Expert Plumbing for continuity on the job in that they sent the same lead person, Luke, each day.
