Called at 12:50pm, Luke and Dustin were there at 2:30 and the problem was solved in under an hour. It wasn't the cheapest plumbing bill I've ever paid, but for same day service on a national holiday, I'm not going to complain. Luke and Dustin were very professional and left the place tidy. I would use them again.

When we moved into a patio home and discovered after-the-fact that the seller had not disclosed the pre-existing polybutylene plumbing, we were concerned about finding a reliable, professional plumbing company to address the problem.

Luckily, we found one - Expert Plumbing. Dan (the owner) and Luke (one of his senior guys) were great! They responded quickly, gave us a written estimate for the massive job of re-plumbing the entire 1680-sq-ft home, and then told us they could start on the job that week, and have it done in four days. Amazing.

And they lived up to their word - although it actually took a couple of hours on day five as well. They showed us each step, ran new lines to each fixture, and even identified a couple of other issues for us as well. I even made their job tougher by adding requirements for a water-softener discharge line. Nothing was a problem for them, they just take it in stride and get the job done.

Every step of the way, their work was solid.. including pressure-testing the new system for a full 24 hours before calling it done. As someone who has built two houses myself, I can tell you that if you want a professional job, these are the guys to hire.

About two weeks after we moved in, we found a shower leak - - not their work, and not something anyone would find unless they actually used the shower. On a Friday afternoon, we weren't expecting help that day.. but Luke took the call, came out and identified the problem (a leak in thin-wall copper between the valve and the shower head), and then repaired it on the spot.. and refused to charge me for it, because he felt bad that they hadn't caught wind of the problem during the re-plumbing. Not even his work, and no way he could have known the problem existing, but he still wouldn't accept payment. You won't find a company more honest or responsive than these guys.

After 18 months in the house, we couldn't be happier with their work. My wife especially loves our timed hot-water recirculating pump, something I hadn't thought about until Dan recommended it because of the distance between the hot water tank and the kitchen faucet. Best move I ever made, listening to the professional.. happy wife, happy life! Thanks again, Dan.

We just finished a major remodel on our master bathroom, converting a garden tub to a large, double-headed shower and replacing all the fixtures (sinks and toilet). Needless to say, we called Dan and Luke, and we're even happier with their work this time; I was installing a pre-manufactured custom shower base that required precise placement of the shower drain, and Luke installed it in a poured concrete slab before the base was even delivered. His measurements were dead-on, and that shower base fit over that drain as though they were done on the same day. That kind of work is the mark of a true master craftsman.

Anyone who asks a time-driven tradesman to change the scope of work from two minor repairs to four fixture replacements and then complains that they are billed for the additional work needs to get a grip on reality.. agree to replace the faucet, then complain that the old faucet wasn't repaired? And then trash their reputation because ""all"" they did was eat the cost of getting the parts needed for your job.. classy.

I have no connection to Expert Plumbing, other than being a very satisfied customer, but I couldn't stand reading that drivel without posting our story, in the hope that it will balance the view. Expert Plumbing is top-notch, and I won't be calling anyone else to do work in my home.

My landlord uses this company whenever we have plumbing problems. He is always very pleased with the price, and I am always happy with the service! Very prompt, and professional. They work fast but do it the RIGHT way. I also notice how aware they are of your privacy. Overall I would definitely recommend this company for plumbing.
-They have fixed our hot/cold being backwards, a bad slab leak, and I know they have done numerous things for my landlord at different apartments.

Awesome service, guy was on time, fix my problem. I really had no choice for an estimate and I needed to get the job done. I guess I was subjected to overtime fees, most plumbers are charging the same labor fees. Would've liked to go over potential fees, overall I will try these guys again!!

We were recommended by a friend to Expert Plumbing. So glad we did. Showed up on time. That is most important plus quality work. We had a 22 year old water heater and wanted to trouble shoot before we came home to a wet mess in our garage and house. So we made some inquiries to various plumbers for price etc. Naturally checked on Yelp as well. We didn't get the owner Dave to do the work, however the gentleman plumber did a great job as well as explaining what to do if the pilot light goes off. Dave did stop over to check on something. Somehow, that is always comforting to have the owner acknowledge that the work is getting done. Hopefully this heater will live up to the old one.

Dave arrived and figured out the problem right away.My disposal was cracked and leaking and he had to install a disposal and I swear it took maybe 10 minutes. He is quick and efficient and very friendly. This is my second time calling Expert Plumbing and I am once again a very satisfied customer.

Dave showed up right on time to fix a slow draining tub. He worked quickly and efficiently and took a few moments to clean up the rest of the tub before leaving. Excellent service.

I called Expert Plumbing Inc by referral from a friend. When I called, I was told that when one of the guys was free in the field that he would head to my house. My invalid father and his caregiver were at my house when they arrived. This was mid morning on a weekday. I left a check. Upon review of the invoice, I see a 45 minute travel charge. When I inquired I was told that travel is always from their office no matter where the tech comes from. I expressed my dis-satisfaction and was told, he could have been coming from across town, and I said and he could have been down the street. I expressed that at a minimum, I should have been informed that there would be a 45 minute ($67.12) travel charge. She was rude and said there is nothing she can do about it.... In addition they charged me a $20 equipment charge. Having the tools to do the job isn't included? Total bill came to $162 to clear a kitchen sink with no warranty. Clearly this is a company that doesn't care about getting repeat business. In fact she told me that most of their customers are repeat customers and therefore they don't advise of the travel charge because they already know. I filed a claim with the BBB. NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER.

Had them back to remove a damaged (cracked, leaking) disposal and replace with a new unit. Work was done right and promptly and the plumber found and repaired a second problem under the sink that we hadn't been aware of. Always arrive when they say the will and always clean up well. Can't say enough good things about Expert Plumbing.

I placed a call last week to set up an appointment to have a hot water heater replaced. During this phone call I was asked to hold while the person took a personal call on her cell phone. I know this because rather than placing me on hold, she set the receiver down. After being placed on hold again I was given a price and time the following Monday (today). I just received a very disturbing ""reminder call"". A different, increasingly rude person called. She confirmed the time for an hour earlier than we had set up. I explained this, but told her I could still make the appointment. She responded with "" we never set up appointments for that time"" this was not said in a kind way. I told her I had requested this time as it couldn't be earlier and that it was agreed upon, but as it turns out I could make the earlier time. She responded again that I was wrong, and asked if I still wanted them to come. At this point I felt the rudeness was unwarranted. I told her I would make the appointment (again) but I would like a call from the owner. She responded ""he is out of the state"". I said he could call me when he came back then. She said ""whatever"" an hung up. Needless to say I called back and canceled the appointment altogether.
