They were very responsive, professional, and genuine. I cannot say enough good things about this company! Plumbing problems can be overwhelming, however, John was very knowledgeable and helpful making, our experience as smooth and painless as possible. The issue was identified with in minutes and was fixed and completed with a few short hours. I will definitely refer to EPD for any future plumbing needs.

1. RESPONSIVE: First company to respond with a quote within 5 minutes on a Sunday afternoon. They had open communication, answered all of my questions and offered additional solutions. That's impeccable customer service.

2. RELIABLE: They arrived within the 2-hour window that was provided. There was a minor issue on the timing but we were able to resolve it quickly. I also like that they're open 24/7.

3. RESPECTFUL: Extremely respectful, professional, and personable. They were patient to answer my questions and show me how to set the pilot let, temperature, etc.

4. REASONABLE: The quote was inline with other companies. Yelp had a deal - pay $125 and received $175 worth of services. The $50 savings brought the quote below competitors.

5. RESULTS: The job was clean. It only took a couple hours. I had a hot water heater installed and wanted to use one I had purchased. They were willing to install it unlike some other companies that wanted me to use their preferred brand. It's only been 5 days but everything seems to be working well with no issues. I would highly recommend Executive Plumbing to everyone and will use them in the future.

We are very happy with the service John provided to us. Came out to do an estimate on our water heater which took only a matter of mins. He thoroughly explained what needed to be done and placed an order for the parts and would do the work Sat or Mon. Parts came in to them pretty quick and he came over and worked on it with a coworker and again were done in a matter of mins. They do an awesome job for the right price and I highly recommend their company if you ever need plumber service.

I was referred to Executive Plumbing and Drain Services Inc. By a friend who had to use their excellent service. John Flores, the manager and owner, of Executive Plumbing and Drain inc. called me back, walked me through what we may need to work on before he arrived.

John spent all the time needed to community care with my Home a Warentee carrier, and explained the process clearly, and most importantly, sharing the full cost of the service.

The issue was fixed, everything was back on track and the insurance was able to cover the very reasonable price.

I just want to give a big shout out to Armando. I called him the day before today and he was able to come first thing in the morning. Super nice guy and very knowledgeable in his business. My tankless water heater wasn't igniting and he was able to fix the problem in a timely manner. He also provided me with tips on how to care and maintain my heater. I will definitely be calling him whenever I need a plumber.

We just moved into our house over a week ago. Last night, we had a major clog in the kitchen sink. I had 2 other plumbers come out today and they could not fix the clog. I called Executive and spoke to John and he sent Arturo out immediately - after hours! Arturo worked diligently and John came out as a back up. Long story short - it appears to be fixed. We are definitely going to bring them back out for some other repairs that need to be done on the premises including the water heater. I'm ecstatic to find such a reputable, honest company in our new town. They are definitely our new go-to plumber! Thanks so much!
