It took a little longer than we were hoping but Rinnai finally sent the parts for my tankless water heater. Armando was hands on calling and emailing every couple of days asking for the status. When they finally arrived, Armando made time in his schedule the same day to fix my water heater. Very professional and courteous. I would recommend them again and again.

Difficult to get them to pick up the phone . Left several messages over the past day to get a repair of a toilet handle. Most of the time it rings without somebody picking up . I was able to get Armando in the phone this morning who stated he will be here in the afternoon. It is now 5:49 pm and no one has shown up yet -- hoping he will come to look at the issue .

Tuesday night a pipe broke in my front yard and started a spectacular unwanted water show. After several failed attempts to shut the water off I had to contact the water company for help.
The next morning via Yelp I contacted Executive Plumbing. Armando arrived at a moment's notice and fixed the problem. I'm happy and a lot wiser. 'Stick with the Pros' Great customer service and great work.

I can't speak enough to the professionalism, quality and timeliness of this company's customer service. Nothing short of stellar. I first used them about 4 years ago when needing a water heater replaced. I knew I would never use another plumbing company again. Armando has been out several times since then, often in a pinch, and is always exceptional. He is very knowledgeable, takes the times to explain the issue, and always works with a sense of urgency.
