These guys ROCK! I needed a kitchen faucet replaced in a condo rental. I called them Friday @ 11:30AM, and their guy was there at 2PM SAME DAY! He completed the job in less than a hour, was professional, courteous, and did a world-class job. They charge a reasonable flat rate for these types of jobs, so no surprises.

I cannot say enough good things about Oscar and Excellence Plumbing. We experienced a broken main water line two days before we had to leave for a long planned trip. Water was filling our crawlspace and we had to shut off the water at the street. Oscar was able to come over the SAME DAY to look at our situation and was there the following night at 9PM to make sure that the utility companies had marked lines for him start work the following morning, the same day we had to leave for vacation. Oscar and his team were able to complete the work in such a quick and efficient time frame. When we came home we had running water again! Much thanks to Oscar and his team for their very professional and expert installation. He is top notch and I will recommend him to anyone who needs a plumber!

This business completely goes by what its name says. The lead plumber is incredibly knowledgeable and talented. I have had him come view new properties and he literally sniffs out leaks. He is also extremely practical in fixing problems making costs reasonable and the service and product still excellent. The entire business including admin is top-notch. Very ethical! This place was very easy to work with, reasonably priced, and very knowledgeable in their craft. We had a small cracked connector that had been leaking, unbeknownst to us, for a while. We needed a remedy ASAP and we were lucky enough to get an opening the same day. John came out and gave a very reasonable price for the work. He also explained that with the repairs there COULD be an issue due to the previous installation being a little iffy. He explained all the possibilities, but with his expertise he was able to get it done as originally explained. Hopefully there are no other issues in the future but would definitely use again and recommend.

Hired Excellence to replace a 14 year old water heater before it failed. Price was competitive, availability met my needs, and office staff were very thorough making sure they understood the install location and that plumber would have right materials when he showed up to do the work. They showed up when they said they would and charged the price quoted. New water heater works great and has had no problems.

Water heater broke 3 days before Christmas on a Friday and I figured this was going to be a disaster. They came out same day and installed a new water heater! Also figured out that the water heater and two other toilet valves had been leaking because my pressure regulator failed. Great service and friendly crew.

Since editing this review for the better, (see the blurb about Shelly below) I've had to re-instate the one star review as it transpires that not only did the plumbers sent by Excellence Plumbing have no idea what they were doing, they also completely misdiagnosed the problem. It was NOT the hose in the pull out faucet at all, it was the ceramic cartridge inside the pull out faucet which my son's friend, a journeyman plumber diagnosed AFTER he put in the new hose and the faucet continued to leak. So, not only did the plumbers at Excellence Plumbers waste my time they also took my money for doing nothing and for misdiagnosing the plumbing issue.

Shelly at Excellence Plumbing did send us a check for a partial refund but given the circumstances, I think she should have refunded us the entire amount we paid.

We had a leak under our sink. Excellence plumbing came out the same day which was great. The plumbers let us know that the leak was in the hose that led to the pull out faucet and said we should call Grohe for a replacement part. They told us it would take about an hour and a half to install the new hose

Luckily for us, one of our son's best friends is a long time, journeyman plumber. He happened to be unavailable when we discovered the leak. However, he WAS available to replace the hose. It took him under ten minutes!!! Yes under ten minutes. It made me wonder if Excellence Plumbing had purposely taken much longer to figure out where the leak was and certainly quoting us an hour and a half to replace the hose is astonishing. I can't imagine a plumbing company could make a mistake like that. Excellence plumbing quoted us $240 to replace the hose. Wow! I would be quite wary of using them again.

I would not hesitate to call Excellence Plumbing in the future. It was a little difficult getting an appointment the first time for a non-emergency call, but Justin Duyck cheerfully and quickly replaced the pipes, added insulation, and installed the new outside faucet quickly. Justin took his time to explain how to avoid freezing problems in the future with this strange piping through the attic space. I was very pleased and confident this problem wouldn't happen again. Thanks, Justin!
