When we needed a gas valve put in for a new range, after such excellent service with our plumbing problem Exact Rooter was the first name we thought of. Once again, Raul did not disappoint. He got here in half the time, finished the job in minutes, charged a reasonable price and guaranteed his work for a year. I highly recommend him to everyone.

Raul just fixed a main line sewer stoppage for me. He picked up ghost phone the first time I called, gave me a reasonable quote with a worst case scenario cost, and then was at my house 30 min later. He then proceeded to fix my stoppage and stuck to his quote. I was 100% completely satisfied with their service and would recommend them to anyone. Fast service at a reasonable price.

Reached out to Exact Rooter & Plumbing via Yelp's tool for an inspection on Friday 12/15. There was some back and forth using Yelp's message system which I thought was inefficient. Instead, called up Exact and got Raul. Within 2 hours, both Raul and his son made it to my parents' house.

Granted I had another company come out the day prior and they did some work using a snake, but they couldn't get it fixed and suggested additional work I wasn't sure was necessary. When Raul came, he was upfront that most of the time it's just a clean-out using his tools and determination. Sure when enough, what could've been at $2k+ job for another Redlands company, Raul was able to make it happen. Raul was prompt and my mom said his son was very courteous. Kudos in my book to go along with cost.

While I still like to get 2nd and maybe 3rd opinions, Exact will definitely be considered for future jobs.

This is review is long overdue. I hired Raul twice and each time my experience has been excellent! But Today, he totally exceeded my expectations. I called him due to water leak in our washer dryer valves. He asked for some photos which I texted and quoted me $250 for the repair. He arrived to my house in less than 20 minutes and informed us that the original repair was not necessary so he only charged us $75 to replace a valve and a water hose. That's being HONEST... So if you need someone who is honest, decent, puntual and reasonably priced, call Raul!

Raul is a consummate professional. I've used his services at least four times (unfortunately) for our old house's plumbing problems. He always arrives within the hour and resolves the problem. He's a nice guy too.
