Raul wasn't the first plumber to call me, but his rate for pulling my toilet, power snake and reseating the toilet were much less than another plumber. He worked efficiently, and had everything working smoothly very quickly.

I recently had a leak from my kitchen sink that was leaking all over my countertops and underneath my sink.

I gave Exact Rooter & Plumbing a call and they told me that they could come on the same day.

Within a few hours, I bought a new faucet and they came to my house and quickly installed the new faucet and fixed the problem!

I really admired this company because it was difficult for them to find my house, but they stuck through it and came anyways!

They did a fantastic job, were quick and reasonably priced. I will definitely call them for any problems in the future!

Fast and great service!! Our drain had been clogged for a week. We used our own drain cleaner machine, rented a 100 ft drain cleaner from Home Depot and weren't able to clean it out. We had called one company before calling Exact Rooter and they were estimating to arrive between 4-6pm. Came across this company and decided to call them because all of the great reviews they had. The man who answered was very helpful even referred me to another plumber because I wasn't sure if we had a septic tank or connected to the city and he didn't want to just take my money. I was able to get clarification with our plumbing, called him back and told me his son would be arriving by 12. Sure enough he was here a few minutes before and took care of the problem. Very please with their service and honesty. Will definitely be calling him back if we have same issue again and recommend them.

Best plumber I've used! This is including myself renting a snake from Home Depot and using 3 other plumbers in the Redlands area, Raul is one of the best.

I purchased a flip home 2 years ago and lets just say the pipes have been through a lot.

Plumber 1 - Insisted on Hydro Jetting the line or replacing all together, which would have been expensive considering I'm on a solid foundation.

Plumber 2 - Wanted to use a camera snake, then Hydro Jet. The camera suggestion was a money grab considering it's only effective with a main lines. He just tried to con me for an additional $300.00.

Plumber 3 - Did not know how to operate an automatic snake. He kinked the snake line, accelerated the drive despite having a kink, the result was a flailing snake line that wiped into my water heater, spare fridge, and washing machine. Disregard the fact that much torque from a metal snake line could have seriously injured someone.

And lastly, I nearly amputated my hand operating an automatic snake with NO experience.. All this in 2 years of ownership.

Raul was clear on the cost, let me show him what I thought was the problem and where to start. I understood the risk of NOT finding the obstruction , and he took care of the difficult , distant clog quickly. Pleasant and appreciative. Will use Raul again if needed on other properties.
