He arrived promptly and though it took some effort to cut through all the roots causing the stoppage, he punched through and life was good again. Raul was thorough, polite & professional. We had a clogged kitchen line with a whole washer worth of water flooding the utility room. Almost went with a 'discounted' coupon in the Redlands Magazine of Values, but looked up who was the best Yelp reviewed plumber in Redlands and it turned out to be 'Exact.' Raúl, the owner, was timely, polite, and professional and gave me a quote that was cheaper than the coupon that I almost went with. I also thought it was nice that I was pretty clueless, but that he didn't try to take advantage. Would definitely recommend and will use again.
