I discovered a leak in my kitchen. I called AAA and they sent Alex and Anthony from Exact Leak Detection. They came to my house the same day and developed a plan with AAA to get my leaks fixed. Alex and Anthony did a great job with the work and communication. They even discovered my water regulator needed to be changed due to high PSI. Otherwise, it was highly probable I would get another leak. I trusted them and decided to get it replaced. They have gained a client for life. I discovered a puddle outside my house that turned out to be a pinhole leak to the cold line to my shower. I called my insurance Co. Who referred me to this company. It was the day before Veterans day, so I thought for sure it was going to be tough. Anthony and Michael came over the following day and fixed the pipe and another one that looked like it was getting ready to fail as well. They did quality work at a fair price. AAA homeowners insurance sent Exact to help with water leaks. It turns out the copper pipes had pinhole leaks that damaged the bathroom and office. After two repairs to the same pipe, it still had a pinhole leak. Insurance only covers damages by the leak not the actual repairs to the pipes. I have to pay out of pocket for repairs and they are pricey. I had already paid twice for repairs to the same pipe because they kept saying the pinhole leak was in a different area. It just seemed to move up and down the same pipe. When it was still leaking after the last repair, that was the last straw. I contacted them to let them know there was still water coming down the pipe they just repaired. They sent out Eugene C and Michael M to inspect the work. They were my heroes. Not only did they replace and repair the pipe for free, they also did a thorough inspection. They knew what they were doing. Not only were they professional, kind, they listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. They guided me through every step of the process for repairs, explained the issue and resolved it in an hour. Thanks Eugene and Michael, you restored my faith in good people in this business.

We had exact leak come out to the house twice this last 4 days to do work on the bathroom (tub and toilet). Our technician was the same both times and he was fabulous. He took the time to make sure everything was properly installed and was working correctly. I forgot his name but hopefully Exact Leak will let him know that we greatly appreciate his workmanship.
