Totally dissatisfied! I'm handicapped and they waited until Friday. They said they would have it done. Two young guys came. Didn't know what they were doing. Tore my walls apart and left me without hot water for a few days until the other guy was available! Then when they came back they butchered my ceiling making it very difficult to repair. In fact, I've had to have it repaired three times after they left. I think because I complained they did a very sloppy job and zigzagged cut all my ceiling throughout my entire house! Not to mention they left them as when they left and me and my wife had to spend 2 days cleaning it up even though I'm handicapped. So keep that in mind if you're considering using this company.

Exact Leak Detection came by our place to reroute the water lines because of a slab leak. The technicians from Exact Leak Detection were courteous, friendly, and conducted themselves in an extremely professional manner. I am very tired of tradesmen who work with attitudes and so I do most of the work myself. But these men were the exception. Answered all my questions without attitude. Also, they tidy their work afterwards. Because of the quality of their work, we asked them to fix two outside faucet outlets. They come highly recommended.

So let me tell you how/why first review was written. So this company is a AAA recommended company and they were sent to me by AAA my insurer. So the guys get here and go upstairs to look at the issue, they come back down stairs and tell me it's my shower valve. They say they can take care of that for for $975, then say because I'm with AAA I get a discount and it's $875. Well after telling them this is highway robbery they dropped price to $675. Well I asked @so you opened the wall up to discover this?"" Their answer was no, we are going to do that now. So they go up, open wall and discover it's a hole in an elbow in copper pipe. Come down and tell me good news not the valve and they can fix this for $575, but then said I'm with AAA and can do for $475, but if I do a yelp review they will do for $375, hence the the first review. So we get it fixed. Later that night I go shower and my valve was put back together wrong, pictures attached. So I'll fix that myself. Well that was all on Sunday, on Wednesday they call asking about payment and telling us they can come replace my water pressure valve, (which I think they broke when fiddling with it.) I explained to her we have them a check the day they did the work and followed up by telling the office the rest of this story and how poorly they conduct there business, so be weary of this company. I don't think they know what they are doing. PS never use a company that is sent by your insurance company, they are only looking out for themselves and the insurance company that feeds them these jobs.

If I could give a 0 star I would. Don't let the name exact fool you. It's more like ""not exact"". For about 2 months they were pinpointing different locations for the leak we had. They could not find it. They then tried to epoxy repair the pipe hoping that the epoxy will just travel to the location and fix it. They failed multiple times. I then hired a plumber finally and the guy found the leak in about 10 minutes. It was nowhere near any of the locations exact leak detection had indicated. Of course after a failed epoxy repair the pipe cannot be properly repaired and the line needs to be abandoned and a new line is needed. They will not tell you this up front. To top the complete incompetence on the field I ran into the same thing with the office people as well. Communication was unacceptable, though they claim they thrive for an excellent customer service. Just like politicians, they say what you wanna hear but their actions speak louder. I highly recommend, let me emphasize it again HIGHLY RECOMMEND you think twice about hiring them, or if your insurance company brings them up you might want to consider asking them to send another company out.
They have plenty of companies on their approved vendor list. Let my terrible experience with them save you from all the stress, headache and the beyond unacceptable customer service.

All I can say is thank you thank you thank you! Your team did an excellent job taking care of my leaks (emphasizing LEAKS). Jose, Abran, Alex and Alex R helped save my sanity and my wallet when my water bill rose. The team was very punctual and professional. Their tech was able to find where the leaks are in my house. Your company was highly recommended by my wife's friend who you help find her leak when others couldn't.

I discovered a leak in my kitchen. I called AAA and they sent Alex and Anthony from Exact Leak Detection. They came to my house the same day and developed a plan with AAA to get my leaks fixed. Alex and Anthony did a great job with the work and communication. They even discovered my water regulator needed to be changed due to high PSI. Otherwise, it was highly probable I would get another leak. I trusted them and decided to get it replaced. They have gained a client for life.
