I was not happy with their service. Mr. Flores was not understanding or thorough. He did not fully check. He looked and diagnosed by sight. I had them come out again , Mr. Flores came out again and did not do anything different. The first time he did nothing to fix the leak. I was very disappointed with his judgemental attitude. Thanks for nothing. When you call a plumber it is because you need help!!!. He did NOT care. He acted as if it was NOT his problem. Not happy at all. Will NOT call them again.

Discovering you have a water pipe leaking under your slab is stressful and worrisome news enough. Wondering how you're going to pinpoint the source of the leak, repair it and make everything look whole again at a reasonable cost is even a bigger worry that immediately follows.

My insurance company recommended Exact Leak Detection to find the leak, which they did by sending out Damien the very next day, who was a very courteous and experienced technician. Once the area of the leak was confirmed I then used Exact's plumbers to re-route the water line using PEX pipe (better than the copper pipe it was replacing), and after that used Exact Leak's recommended drywall contractor/""artist"" to repair and texture all of the access holes in the ceiling and walls that were necessary to re-route the new pipe.

Aaron and Anthony were both super to deal with doing a very thorough and professional job on re-routing the water line including draping plastic everywhere necessary to isolate the drywall dust from other parts of the affected rooms. They also did a through job in cleaning up and putting everything back when they were finished which was much appreciated by my wife and me.

Rick, who scheduled and coordinated all three phases of the job for us over the phone, including a last minute reschedule due to a work conflict on my end, made the whole project from leak detection to final drywall repair go much smoother, efficiently and quicker than we had imagined it would. He basically took our stress off of the whole experience. I wouldn't hesitate using Exact Leak Detection again for such work even though I hope there will be no need to for a very long time!

Nothing ruins your day faster than to wake up and discover dripping water all over the floor. Exact Leak came out on a Saturday afternoon, detected the problem in 15 minutes, plotted a course of action and waited for insurance authorization. Authorization came Monday morning, they were back Monday afternoon and fixed the leaks by 6 PM. What can I say? Punctual and efficient are what we want in these situations.

Very professional and I would recommend them at any time to anyone.

Exact Leak was called by my insurance company to deal with a ceiling leak. From inspection, approval to proceed, to repair; they worked with insurance company to minimize time lags or delays. Technicians were efficient, took every effort to minimize mess and cleaned area before leaving.

I have had Exact Leak Detection, Inc. repair 2 leaks that were detected in my my home. Although is has been quite unfortunate for this to happen, I'm happy with the team that came out and helped my family and I with these disasters. Rick, Erik, Angel, and Santos did a thorough inspection and explained in detail where the leaks were coming from and the process that it would take to make the repairs. They fixed the repairs with no mess left behind and completed their work in a timely manner. I am so appreciative that they responded so fast and worked as hard as they did to complete both jobs in a day. I am beyond ecstatic that I can use my water again!

John located the source of the problem and is just the nicest and most knowledgable guy. He was super efficient in using his high tech tools to locate our leak, and told us what he was doing every step of the way.

Ricardo stopped by later the same day to check out the scope of the repipe job and was so positive and professional. He assured us that we would have running water by the end of the weekend.

Sure enough, Erick and Angel arrived first thing in the morning (on a Sunday!) and got everything taken care of for us. They were so clean and tidy, and did outstanding work for us, all while being so friendly and positive.
