It took a little while to get scheduling worked out, but everyone (both office staff and technicians) was friendly and up-front with explanations. The team showed up exactly on time, got done on schedule (they gave me a heads up that they might need to be back for a second day, but managed to get everything finished in the same day anyway), and made sure I was in the loop throughout the whole process. I will definitely be coming back if I have any more projects come up.

Once again EV saves the day. Can't stress how amazing it is to actually call a company and have them not only call you back to confirm but check in and text you step by step when people are in route start to finish. Office staff was super friendly, Mike and Jesse showed up like clockwork and worked their magic. I need to get on a maintenance plan the pollen this year has been a disaster I was embarrassed at how dirty my equipment was when they showed it to me. Cheap labor isn't skilled and skilled labor isn't cheap. Make the call you won't be sorry.

We have an old Victorian and needed to update 2 furnaces, changing one from oil to gas, add central air and install two mini splits in our attic. Evolved mechanical was totally on point! They were prompt and professional, assessed the house and layed out a great plan to meet our needs. Work was done in an extremely timely manner, they arrived when they said they would (they were early) and completed this job within the time frame that they estimated. The work was impeccable from beginning to end. They worked efficiently and were quite clean. They returned a bit after the job was completed to update the exhaust since the code changed...free of charge. The office staff was extremely helpful and clearly explained the Mass Save rebate program. Actually, they did the majority of the paperwork for the rebate program for us. Given that this was a large job, their pricing was reasonable and the particular equipment installed was highly rated. We would strongly recommend Evolved Mechanical.

They first scheduled me for a estimate visit for an Oil to Gas conversion on a certain day but then the visit time was changed at the last minute. I was able to move work around to make the new time work. The estimator came on site without a notepad or a measuring tape unlike any of the other companies that came on site to provide an estimate especially as it was a bigger project. It's been over a month and a half and multiple calls to their office later, there is still no quote. I guess they are so busy that they can't get quotes out. Maybe, don't send estimators out when you can't provide a quote?

I called Evolved Mechanical because my daughter and son-in-law used them at their home and were quite happy. Mike got to my mom's home right on time, did a thorough inspection of her air conditioning unit, identified the problem and had the part needed in the truck to complete the repair all in about an hour. We would definitely be calling them again for service.

In 2018 I had to have some work done in my father's house. A couple of the pipes had stated to leak. I called Jason on a Wednesday and he came over either late that night or the next evening. Come to find out a couple of my pipes were pretty much gone. Jason explained what he was going to do. I called a few people but they never called me back. The crew were so efficient and helpful. I was so stressed. I would definitely recommend.

We first talked with Greg about mini splits, and he helped us make a decision about the configuration that would work best for us. Two days later, Zoran (""Zee"") arrived with his crew and got the job done (outside unit + 4 mini splits in a 1940's era home) in 3 days. He had the right number of people there to do the job, communicated clearly, and the crew cleaned up after each day. We highly recommend them.
