I was referred to Everyday Plumbing through my home warranty company and it was one of the most pleasant experiences I've had. After having other plumbing companies come out who couldn't repair my water heater, Nick literally came out & fixed my water heater within 15 minutes. I will always request everyday plumbing after this!

Seriously appreciate the amazing service so much. Every time I'm here the service doesn't mias. Grateful I found this !

I am very satisfied with this plumbing services, they went out of their way to fix the lick around the toilet and the clog inside the tub. I called several places for estimates, they were really good at detecting were the issue started. Very pleased with service and prices.

An unfortunate experience with this company, which was hired through our home insurance company First American. The gent who came to our home was polite and friendly, but after 6 weeks of back and forth and snaking drain lines, the problem persisted and in some cases got worse during that time. What bothered me most is that he repeatedly told me things were outside of our warranty and they could fix them if we paid them thousands of dollars to do the work. Suffice it to say, I was fed up with this and called my regular plumber, who came and fixed everything today in about an hour, and for $500. I'd like to think people try and do the right thing, but here, sure felt like that wasn't happening. This was my experience.

First American Home Warranty sent Everyday Plumbing to our house to fix a clogged kitchen sink packed with coffee grounds from years of inconsiderate renters. The two plumbers told us that we would have to have the out side wall cut open to expose the pipes. Then, they would be back to replace them and put in a cleanout. We complied and then called First American back to get the job done. They sent a new plumber that snaked out the drain from under the house and it worked fine! He said no need to replace pipes. So, what to do about the hole in our house ? Everyday Plumbing is an everyday nightmare !

I wrote a long review here and I think Everyday Plumbing had it deleted. This is a terrible company that took three weeks to address a pipe leak, cut four unnecessary holes in my walls and cabinets, missed appointments without notice, and lied to my insurance company about access issues. They never fixed the problem and just shirked out of the work.
I finally got a new plumber assigned through the insurer who came and fixed the problem in literally 15 minutes. The leak was from the drain seal.
It was an unbelievably terrible and frustrating experience for something so basic and simple. Stay away from this company!

Everyday Plumbing & Rooter was sent out for a leak under my sink by First American Home Warranty. The first visit they told be there was a plastic clip on the hose of the pull out faucet that wasn't fully clipped in. Said that was that. Leak returned. I assumed the faucet was faulty, and suggested that it be replaced when I scheduled a second visit.
The second visit they told me that it was on the elbow for the cold water. I was told they didn't have the part to fix this and would need to come out again. I'm NOT a plumber so I'm mostly trusting this guy. Then suddenly he ""fixed"" it with maybe pieces of other things? You can guess where this is going... leak returned.
The third visit the plumber (same guy had been here all three times, but first time it was someone who seemed more experienced and was instructing) suddenly was trying to tell me he'd done things he hadn't done and had a bit of an attitude. He said th leak had been on the hot side (it hadn't been). I once again said ""seems like it might just be the whole faucet?"" Instead I am told that the leak is being cause by a lack of a pressure regulator and pressure release on the main line.
Pressure was a bit high, and to be fair I do realize this COULD be an issue (however hadn't been for the year I've lived here, and was not an issue on ANY other plumbing). Home Warranty would not cover the claim as Everyday had reported the cause was surely the lack of pressure regulator (SPOILER: It wasn't) and that was required, however wouldn't cover the lack of something required under an improper system (that's beef for First American).
This has been 6 weeks of water leaking under my sink. No one in a hurry here.
So I have my own guy install a pressure regulator and pressure release out of pocket. Leak is still there. Show proof of the install to First American and they reopen the claim. They sent along the claim back to Everyday Plumbing who just NEVER CALLED ME for 6 days. I finally called and had a different plumber assigned.
They come out and tell me house has never needed a pressure regulator (he had been there multiple times before I bought it) and within minutes identified that it was indeed an issue with the faucet (maybe I am a plumber?). Within 2 hours they'd got it authorized, picked up a new faucet, got it installed... AN NO MORE LEAK.
Don't use Everyday Plumbing, they were a waste of time and their refusal to do their job well and just look for excuses led me to spend out of pocket for a problem that wasn't there.

John handled my case with the upmost and complete respect. He understood my issues thoroughly and walked me through the whole warranty process, Thank you John!! My husband and I are very elderly and the plumbers who came by took every precaution and were very generous when it came to our needs. I applaud you all at Everyday Plumbing for solving my problems so swift and quickly with no questions left unanswered. Thank You!

We had reoccurring clogs in the kitchen and after having to unclog with dissolving solutions, the pipe burst because it turned out that it was disoriented and needed to be replaced,.. I was referred to this plumbing service by a close friend the service rep was Nick and not kid you I received explanation of all aspects during their visit of all the details and they showed me exactly what had or may caused the clog constantly to occur...they immediately replaced the pipe in a timely matter and it's been a few weeks now I have no issues. Thank you!!

I was referred to these guys through AHS with whom they are contracted.
What a joke. Completely unreliable. They don't return calls. When they finally do and I was able to get an appt. scheduled, they didn't show. Didn't even have the courtesy to call back. 0 accountability. Don't bother with these guys. Complete waste of time.
