This is a garbage company and absolutely unreliable and very unprofessional. They were assigned by the First American Home Warranty company to fix a simple toilet problem. On the first visit the plumber ordered some parts. On the 2nd visit, some other plumber showed up with no parts. On the 3rd and 4th visit nobody showed up. There is no way to talk to anybody. They never respond to any phone calls/texts/e-mails. Even the First American Home Warranty is frustrated with them. I have made a complaint with the Insurance Contractors Relations Department. If the insurance company assign this plumber to your claim, make sure you refuse them. Absolutely useless company. By the way, their ad says they are accredited by BBB (Better Business Bureau). They are NOT. Don't trust this fake plumbing company.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY REFERRED BY FIRST AMERICAN HOME WARRANTY!!! Absolutely horrible service and true definition of scammers! The tech came out, only looked at my pipe (located inside MY garage) and requested authorization (more$) to access my neighbors house. Didn't even bother cutting a hole around the pipe that's clearly damaged and clearly located inside MY home. Money selfish for sure no matter how broke the consumer.

If I could leave zero stars I would. If your home warranty assigns them make them change. They showed up 2 hours late, never returned are calls and didn't leave any paperwork. Our claim was denied because he lied on the paper work saying we had a newer garbage disposal. I called the manufacturer and found out the unit is 20 years old and they do not manufacture it any longer. Called multiple times to talk to our tech and never received a call back. Run away from this company as fast as you can.

They were referred by our home warranty Co. The tech showed up late did a walk thru and didn't look like he wanted to work and gave a half hearted excuse took our deductible and walked out really unprofessional wouldn't recommend them

This company has gone downhill fast.
They were sent by First American Home Warranty to replace broken garbage disposal. They guy they sent stunk of cigarette smoke, he took a photo and said that First Am will have to approve new unit, adding that it will cost about $250 extra for modifications. They never responded with details of what extra charge covers. I left several messages for Nick and never got a response.
Case was escalated & First Am sent out Capitol Plumbing who replaced it in less than 30 min

I requested plumbing service through my home warranty this past weekend. I never received a call to schedule the appt the following Monday, so I called in myself and spoke with a rep and we scheduled for the following Friday between 8a-noon. The rep called and left a voicemail the day before to confirm. When I called back, the rep said they needed to move the appt window from 8a to 4p-6p. I confirmed. I waited for them during the confirmed window of time, but no one showed. I called and spoke with their dispatch and left two messages over the span of two hours for an update. No one called back. I then had to call my home warranty rep to lodge a complaint and was informed Everyday Plumbing had rescheduled me for Saturday, but neglected to contact me. I am still waiting for service.

Chris was great. He helped me to understand the issues with my plumbing and quickly resolved the issues!

Don't waste your time or money with Everyday Plumbing. Check online as their customer reviews are in the toilet! The have 7 one star reviews in the last month from customers that were contracted through American Home Warranty. The plumber arrives stinking of smoke and barely able to walk holding his back in obvious pain. I knew that he wasn't in the physical condition to actually work. We had a blocked up kitchen sink he looked under the sink and said he couldn't fix it and took some pictures and still six days later he still hasn't provided a report to our home warranty company. What is shocking is we happen to have another plumber in the building later in the day for a building issue and I asked him to look at our problem. He said it would take about an hour or two to repair and that likely the Everyday Plumber just didn't want to do the work.

On a Saturday, I discovered a pipe from our water heater had a pinhole leak. I called First American Home Warranty to make a claim. They assigned Everyday Plumbing to my case. EP's website says ""24/7"" service. Well, I called and emailed that day hoping to hear back. Nothing until Monday. So, 24/7 service isn't the case.
I was told a tech would arrive on Tuesday between 3p and 7p and notify me a half-hour prior. Around 5p I called to check the status of the tech. I get a call back from him saying, ""I'm here. Forgot to call you."" Ok. Better than not showing, but glad I was home, at least.
The tech looks at the leak and says, ""I can't reach it, as the washer/dryer is in the way."" I said, ""We can slide them forward; that's what I did the last time there was an issue back here."" He says, ""I'm not supposed to touch appliances, but I will this time."" Thanks, I guess.
Then he tells me he needs to call his boss to make sure this is covered by the warranty. I told him this issue had happened once before and it is covered. He still calls. He gets off the call and says, ""I have to call your warranty company and have them approve this before I can work on it, or, you can pay me $450 now and I can take care of it. Problem is, the approval Dept is closed until tomorrow morning. They leave at 5pm.""
It was 5:07.
I wasn't gonna pay this guy 5X what it'd cost thru the warranty I pay for, so I confirmed he'd call First Amer. in the am and let me know. He says, ""They open at 8am. I'll call them then and call you.""
Wednesday morning comes. 8:15a. Nothing.
I called Everyday Plumbing at 8:30a and spoke the woman who answered who said they'd reach out to the plumber to call me right back. A couple hours later I tried again; same deal. Finally, a 3rd time, and again- no reply.
I called First American and requested a new company, which I was assigned.
I'll be calling First American and letting them know this company is garbage and to not be using them. Was a total waste of my time, in addition to attempting to screw me out of hundreds of dollars.

I have never written a yelp review in my life, but dealing with this company has been such an absurd nightmare that I felt the need to let others know. I was assigned this company by my home insurance company for a plumbing issue. They didn't show up on time for the appointment, then once they were here they said they needed to comeback and finish the job the next week. We agreed on a specific day, and then they didn't show up at all, and didn't even respond when I called and texted. After calling them for days, they finally answered their phone and told me they could schedule a new time the next week. Again we locked in a time, and again they did not show up. They didn't even or text me. I called and texted several times and finally got a text back saying they would come the next day. But again they didn't show up and again they didn't even attempt to call or text me. They are as unprofessional and disrespectful as it gets. I have given up on them at this point and am asking my insurance company to assign another company.
