Plumbing work assigned to them through First American Home Warranty. Work was not compete at initial visit, contractor failed to submit report to warranty for follow up work, unresponsive to any updates. Very unreliable. Stay away.

I was assigned service with Everyday Plumbing through my First American home warranty. The dispatcher called me and scheduled an appointment for a Wednesday and gave me a time frame window between 2 PM and 7 PM. They wouldn't give me any window that's narrower than five hours. I waited those entire five hours, keep in mind that I don't live in that unit. So I had to actually leave my job and wait for the entire five hours and no one showed up. At 7:30 the plumber called me and told me that he could be there in 20 minutes. But I had already left so I requested that they reschedule.
The next day the dispatcher wouldn't even call me. I had to call myself, and they rescheduled for Friday between 3 PM and 6 PM. I begged that they make sure that this is a window of time that they can actually meet and explained that I do not live in that unit and I would be leaving my job and going there and just waiting, and they assured me that they will be there.
On Friday I went to the unit and waited. At five I called them and urged that they make it on time this time. The dispatcher assured me that someone will be there, and even though I explained to him that the last time no one showed up within the time window, he said that he can see the schedule and that someone will be there before six. So I waited until 8 PM at that unit just in case someone would call me late, but no one called at all this time.
This is utterly unacceptable, completely unprofessional, and incredibly disrespectful. This has been absolutely the worst scheduling experience I have ever had.

""They were great! Fixed the problem and provided helpful advice regarding my water tank.""

Chris from everyday plumbing came to fix my bathtub that was not draining properly. He was respectful, even asked to take off his shoes! He fixed my tub quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend issuing everyday Plumbing services.

Long story short: Plumber was a jerk and never finished the job he was paid for. Disputed the charge with the company. Owner called and gave a whole nice speech how he was going to refund the whole job. It never happened. It's been months now. He was obviously just trying to avoid a complaint on the plumber's license. Considering re-opening the licensure complaint since I was lied to.

I own a fourplex with First American Home Warranty Coverage. Emergency situation, I had tenant contact Everyday to arrange the appointment. Dispatcher told tenant to have FAHW contact them to confirm we had fourplex coverage. I called dispatcher, who was rude, unprofessional and spoke broken English. I explained to her that I'd had the policy for years and this was never an issue. She said that I had to call warranty company to have them call to confirm service was to be performed at a particular unit. I asked her to call, since contractors can get right through to warranty company and we'd effectively skip a step. She refused. I waited over and hour to speak to someone at FAHW and during that time Everyday sent me an email telling me to find someone else. When I finally got through to FAHW, they reviewed my request and told me that Everyday had already contacted them through their portal, asking them to confirm coverage. Now FAHW has to find me a new vendor. And I've already paid for the service call. None of this had to happen.
Everyday went out of their way to make my repair request more difficult. Don't expect any customer service from this shoddy outfit.

Update: They finally showed up. The job was a 5 minute job. So far so good. Just wondered why they took so long to fix problem. ORIGINAL POST: Our home owners insurance selected Everyday Plumbing and made an appointment for 7/25/2022. They never showed then texted for me to make an appointment. I called several times...went straight to voicemail. I sent picture of of the plumbing issue so the could order parts. Technician never showed up for second appointment. A week later another technician showed up to get pictures to order parts. That was a week ago. It is 8/12/2022. Left several messages no return call. Called homeowner insurance policy several times who called them. Still no response from Everyday Plumbing. I gave up and requested another plumber.

AHS sent everyday plumbing to help with a drain pipe leak. While dealing with AHS is a joke, Chris with Everyday plumbing was super helpful in quoting out the repair and both he and his colleague were quick to repair and fix the issue with the leak. Response time, from dispatch was not good. And that is the reason for the 4 star rating vs 5.

I dont write reviews much, if ever. But this one I had to, this company uses unlicensed handyman or laborers to diagnose and fix a problem and expect to charge plumbing rates. The guy that came was supposed to fix a toilet from a home warranty claim I put out, but instead told me hes going to write a report that they will deny the claim and that he can work out an arrangement outside of home warranty, which I told him that I would not do at all. He came with his own car and no plumbing tools. I later found out hes not licensed. Now knowing they just brought some random guy to the house is scary. Filing a claim with the state license board now.

I called them 11 times, they never responded! it's seven weeks, Have not got my sink fixed. I ONLY used them through American home shield.
American home shield is WORSE than them! I Do Not recommend either one of these services!!!
I have Never had such bad service. They have no one to answer their phones, and they will never, EVER call you back
PS I have never, ever complained about a job done in my house. I have never written a bad review for anyone. For me to take the time to do this means I have gotten the worst service you could possibly get.
My wife called them several times as well
