I know it's easy to bash local businesses who do poorly so when I have an exceptionally good experience, I like to do a shout out...I rushed to look on the Manor People Facebook page a few days ago to find a plumber recommendation because, being really handy, I can typically install most things but we got a "smart toilet" that does everything but vacuum the carpets (LOL) and I actually got it mostly installed myself until I got to the last part of hooking up a T-valve to the tank and toilet and wall and it just was not working. But everything else electronic was in place and I was stuck. But without that, we had no working toilet...hubby was at work.

I saw Everest Plumbing was recommended twice... I called Emilio Hidrogo wand he answered and said he could squeeze me in between two jobs and be over in 30 minutes!

He ran into the same issue as me but showed me some parts that came with the toilet tubing that had plastic on them and explained they would wear out too quickly and replaced them with metal parts...but the T valve just did not fit even though our house is new.

After reading some reviews on the toilet I had bought on my own, it turns out it's a common issue with this company and a faulty or European valve and it does not fit most toilets. Still, in spite of this, Emilio said he didn't feel right charging me even though the manufacturer was the one who made it impossible to install on the toilet... I had intended to return it and get a different brand but was SO thankful I did not have to pay a huge plumbing bill on top of that when it could not be installed. The better metal plumbing parts Emilio left on and made it so the toilet worked, even though the smart components would not, and I planned to replaced the unit.

The next day Emilio called me and said he had thought about how to replace the manufacturer part with a different T valve lower on the tubing to connect it and he had done it several times for dishwashers and he was positive it would work and we would just circumvent the faulty part.

He came out and did that and he was right...it works perfectly! He even brought his daughter out who just got her plumbing license and was training with him and she put in a new faucet upgrade in a color we preferred that I had bought for a different bathroom and encountered an issue from a drip on the porcelain within that bathroom that could have caused issues and fixed that.

Of course I then paid him for the original fair pricing he requested even though I got more than just hooking up a bidet with the original lesser parts.

He is super honest, fair, and I was surprised he went home trying to solve my issue that was a manufacturer part issue and came up with a solution. That's smarts and passion for the job.

Tried to replace my toilet and found the flange broken. Everest responded first to my yelp request and offered free onsite inspection and estimate. They arrived on time, quote was very fair, and immediately completed a high quality job (welded a new brass flange and re-installed the toilet). Cleaned everything up, too. I'll be using Everest again for all our plumbing needs.

I've enlisted Emilio and his crew on a few occasions to do a toilet replacement, RO filter removal, and a water heater replacement. Not only were the able to come out on fairly short notice, but they completed the work in a timely manner, and pricing was very reasonable.

Above all, Emilio and his team couldn't have been more kind and genuine. Some of the best customer services I've ever come across. Having contracted out work for various projects over the last 8 years, I can confidently say they will be my #1 go-to for all plumbing needs.

I had a leak at the shutoff valve of our house. Everest Plumbing was very quick to respond and gave an accurate estimate after viewing photos and videos of the issue. Everest Plumbing was able to get me on their schedule the next day. On the day of the appointment Everest Plumbing sent a text when they were on the way with an accurate ETA. The repair was made in a very timely manner and Everest Plumbing showed me exactly what failed and what they replaced. The plumbers did a good job on the repair and cleaned up after the job was completed. What I like the best is that our house is in a rural area and Everest Plumbing was very responsive and didn't mind the drive to our house.

The guest bath was clogged and we had friends coming to stay, so it was a pretty short notice for plumbing assistance. Everest Plumbing was able to send some helpful folks out the day after we called them. They arrived at the time we were given, no delay, and had the clog resolved in 20 minutes without any leftover mess. On top of all of that, the initial quote given was the final price paid --no surprises. The plumbing specialists even took the time to walk me through what was done, how it was done, and gave me some helpful advice and quotes on additional to-dos in the guest bathroom (at my request). Even though I needed non-emergency maintenance on my water heater, Emilio treated me like I was a long-time valued customer. He scheduled me for the next business day, answered all of my questions, and communicated with me throughout the process - including their on-time ETA that morning.

Emilio and Brittany had no trouble draining the water heater in the attic - taking extra care not to mark up the walls and floors as they laid the drain line. They worked efficiently, and were courteous, kind, and professional the entire time - which was just under 30 mins. That includes Emilio modifying a flood alarm so it could fit into my drain pan, and cleaning up their work area so it was like they had never been there.

Just had a great experience with Emilio and his daughter. I have two bathtubs that were not draining properly. I requested a quote through Yelp and was booked within 15 minutes. They were on time, assessed the issue quickly and had the work done in under 30 minutes. Their pricing was extremely reasonable compared to other quotes that came in from other contractors through yelp. I'll definitely use them again!

Wow, these guys are the best! I've been using a different plumber for a while but their prices and service started to decline. They repaired in about an hour something that the other plumber said would require extensive work (and high prices). Price was reasonable and service was excellent. I had been putting it off for a while due to the expected cost but next time I won't wait.
