There aren't enough stars here for Emilio, he deserves 10. In the past week, he fixed my shower, installed a new faucet and a toilet and fixed my hot water heater and showed me how to light the pilot light. Always courteous, always professional, always on time, always gets it done right the first time. Being on my own, it's such a relief that I have someone I know I can trust to fix what needs fixin'! And he remembers my dog's name! C'mon, that's pretty great :)

I woke up to a flooded front yard and called around until another plumber recommended Everest Plumbing. Emilio picked up right away and was able to get out to my home in about an hour. A few (very long and hot) hours later, it's as if there was never a leak or flooded yard to begin with! On top of that, Emilio is a pleasure to work with and as humble and honest as they come. Extremely trustworthy. I submitted a request for a clogged toilet about 8:30AM and within minutes I heard back from Emillio saying he could come around 12-2pm. Great! I was so excited. Then I asked him how much the service fee was and he promptly called me for more details. Once I explained the issue, he was able to diagnose the problem over the phone! He informed me of the price, told me the type of tool he would have to use and explained I was about an hour south of him-- so the fee would be higher than if I was in the neighborhood.

The thing that stood out to me was that he said that the fee would be about $245 to unclog it but that he knew of some other trustworthy plumbers in my area and then he proceeded to text me their info! He was more concerned about me getting my issue resolved than about trying to make an extra buck. I sincerely appreciated the time and referral because most plumbers wouldn't have done that.

Nevertheless, I decided to go Home Depot to try to unclog it myself with an auger and then I told him if I couldn't resolve it I would call him before our appointment time.

Thankfully, I was able to clear up my issue immediately and let him know so he didn't have to make the drive. He also gave me some advice on how to fix a low pressure issue with some faucets.

I'm going to try his suggestions but if they don't work out I know who I can call for an honest quote. I see why he has so many 5 star reviews. An all round great plumber!

This is the best at home repair service I have ever received. Up front pricing and I got a discount I didn't even ask for. This man works hard. Works hard to get your job done and works hard to make sure you are completely satisfied. This type of service was something I had only heard about from the old folks talking about the good old days. Not only did I get my water heater fixed, but I found a plumber I can rely on. I hope I'm not laying it on too thick, but I was extremely impressed. I was ready for the gouging, but instead I got fair and quality work done fast. So I'm grateful.

Emilio is the most caring, honest and empathetic person. He installed a toilet and bidet for us 3 years ago. He did such a good job and he was so personable that we had to call him when we had a toilet leaking water. He came out and looked it over and told us how much it would cost. We scheduled an appointment. He texted me that morning with his ETA. When he got here, he realized that he didn't have to remove the toilet. He just needed to tighten the tank.
