Boris was prompt in getting the service done but didn't reply to any of my texts or VM after the service. He said lifetime service but that commitment lasted less than 2 days. The water heater work he did was relatively simple so I cannot say how good of a plumber he is, but don't expect to get any support after he gets paid. For any major plumbing work, I would not recommend Boris.

I have gotten Borris' services at least 3 times now. He is very trustworthy and you know he will do quality work. He tries to make the most cost effective repair and just ""do the right thing"" which is rare in this day and age. He has flushed my tankless water heater and fixed two separate water leaks in my ceiling. He also checked out and improved the water pressure in the house. He is punctual and tries his best to get things repaired in the same day if not the first visit. I would highly recommend Boris Europe Plumbing.
