This bathroom vanity installation was serviced by Europe Plumbing. I cannot speak highly enough about the care and attention they gave my project. Boris accommodated my request to combine this service request with a ceiling fan replacement request that was scheduled for 4 days later to save time. His technician really knows his stuff.

He was able to proactively identify installation problems and implement solutions before they became disasters. The installation itself took longer than expected due to these unforseen problems but the crew took great care with my project. The quoted price did change from the estimate because I requested that the existing vanity be uninstalled and removed, and to repay them for plumbing supplies needed to render the vanity/sink functional. The charges were all very reasonable and the service was outstanding. You won't be disappointed by the service you'll receive from Europe Plumbing.

For starters, Boris was highly recommended on Nextdoor and I see why. He answered the call and came promptly on Fri 12/27. Since it was Friday afternoon a couple of days after Christmas, I thought I was headed towards a weekend expensive repair and was amazed at how fast he showed up. He quickly fixed two sink leaks, unclogged a shower drain, and worked to clear the mainline. Because of a blockage caused by tree roots, Boris honestly recommended a specialized roto rooter service after spending more than 30 minutes working on it. In the end, he was so honest that he refused payment because he did not fully repair the mainline (despite the fact it required specialized and major rooter equipment).

Boris is professional, friendly and very honest. I agree with others, including on Nextdoor, and will certainly use him for any future plumbing issues and highly recommend him!

Got up in the morning and noticed water in the yard. The main sewer line unfortunately had been clogged. We also had guest coming for lunch. I needed someone to come and fix this by noon at least. I saw Boris has excellent reviews so I called him up. He promised to come between 12 and 1pm. He was on time. He did the job quickly. Tested to make sure it was fixed. We are also in a hill so a lot of plumbers whine about the hill and that they might have to charge us extra for it. Not Boris. I will definitely look for his services next time I need a plumber.
