Ethan's Plumbing completed my request quickly and efficiently. I made my request one evening online and within one hour had a response that someone would call me the next day during office hours. I did get a call and had an appointment 48 hours later. The 2 hour window worked well and my plumber arrived, looked over my job and got to work. He cleaned up afterwards and presented the bill which was reasonable. I would use them again.

The plumbers arrived timely, were very professional and courteous. Two faucet installations. Leaks under the kitchen sink repaired. A filtration system installation in the kitchen for which they did extra work to secure and fit into the small space under the sink. One toilette repair plus unexpected work on the sewage piping. Great work on the faucets but not so much on the toilet.

The same toilet issues arose the next day and the plumber refused to return for a proper fix.

I had used Ethan's Plumbing a few years ago to replace our old hot water heater. Actually not just replace but upgrade from a standard 40 gal. to a 50 gal. to accommodate my son's walk-in bath tub. Excellent work and very fair pricing.
So when I had a leaking shower pipe connection to my shower head, I feared that it would hardly be worth Ethan's time to come by. Instead he immediately returned my call after an email to his website describing the problem.
Came out that morning and immediately identified the cause and made the quick repair--replacing a worn washer! I figured there would be some kind of fee for the service call. Instead I was asked, ""Was that all or was there something else?"" When I apologetically said, ""That's really it"" he simply said, ""We'll catch you later."" So there was no charge. What great customer service and Ethan has this customer for life!

The best! Scott came out to fix some plumbing prior to install of a new fridge. He was on time, very professional and explained everything to us. We had some sloppy work done prior by a handyman and he quickly fixed it. He was also available short notice to come check on a sudden leak. I've already recommended this company to friends and family.

Ethan is so amazingly awesome! We discovered we had no hot water on Saturday night when it was time for kiddos shower. Went to boil some water for bath and found gas flames super low too. Sunday morning looking for quotes, texted Ethan. He replied quickly. Unfortunately he wasn't working but had an idea what my problem was. He requested I text him a pic of my gas meter. Then he told me how to reset my shut off valve. He even called me a couple of times when I texted back some questions ( because my husband and I aren't familiar with this stuff). In the end, we have high flames on stove and hot water again!
How many plumbers would give advice if they can't come do the job? Anyway, we're so impressed with his help and integrity, we will definitely use him again for any future plumbing needs!

Ethan was able to swing by my house (with my permission) to quote installation of a new water main pipe underground. The price was reasonable and included permit fees.

Installation started at 8AM few days later and took the morning to complete. I had to go to work and Ethan kept me posted on progress by text. Everything went as expected.

I'm writing this review more than 6 months late and can still say everything still works as it should. Thumbs up!

Ethan's Plumbing is excellent and worth your time and money. We moved into our house in June of 2015. After about a year our hot water heater started having problem with its pilot light staying lit. Ethan's name on number were on it because they had installed it before we bought the house, so I called them for help. Scott showed up and fixed a factory defect in the time it's taken me to write this review. Their response was immediate, professional and instructive.

Last night our pilot light went out again. Ethan was booked all day, but after communicating throughout the day he found time to fit us in and stopped by to take a look. He identified the problem and fixed it, again, in just a few minutes.

The problem each time has been with the product the previous owner purchased and bad luck, and each time Ethan's Plumbing has come out to save the day. I cannot emphasize enough that he took time out of an already busy schedule to get us up and running again. That's above and beyond the call of duty, and it's why you shouldn't hesitate to call them when you need plumbing services.

Ethan is great! I had some water damage in the ceiling under an upstairs bathroom. After hearing some water dripping after someone used the toilet and sink, I thought it might be from one of those in that bathroom. I contacted Ethan via email and he asked some questions about the problem and we set up an appointment. He arrived on time and quickly located the issue which was an old wax ring on the toilet. He already had the parts in a tray he had brought with him and replaced it. I also asked him about a leak in the master bath, and he located and fixed that problem as well.
The charge for the work was very reasonable. He was very friendly and professional, and I would recommend him to anyone without hesitation.
