I just had a water heater installed. I really liked these guys. I first talked to a plumber with a lower estimate over the phone. After the plumber got to my house, the estimate went up by 50%. Ethan's Plumbing asked questions to clarify my situation, came by and checked my installation the same day that I called, and ended up doing the job for $50 less than their estimate. I never expected the final bill to be less than their written estimate.

The two guys that did the installation did it rapidly, left no mess, and were polite and friendly. All around a good experience.

Highly likely that I will use them again.

We had leak in the ceiling and I had called 2 plumbers who tried, but couldn't find the leak. Then I called Ethan and his experience was immediately clear in the way he assessed the options and arrowed down the potential sources to find the leak. He is always my first call now.

I love Ethan's plumbing. He came out one time and looked at my sprinklers and decided it was a job better suited for the gardener and didn't charge me for the service call.
Then he came out and quickly finished my sink- which made my mom very happy as she seemed to clog it up a lot.
I love his ice truck van- reminds me of Season 2 from Dexter.

Late last night our sewer got clogged and started backing up, causing a lot of stress in our 1920s one-bathroom house. We called a bunch of plumbers, but Ethan was the only one who picked up. He came over EARLY this morning -- squeezing us in before his other scheduled appointments -- and got the sewer unclogged right away. He also got our cranky old toilet working and improved the lackluster hot water pressure in our bathroom sink. We were impressed by his polite manner, his clear explanation of our plumbing issues, and his timely service. Thanks, Ethan!

I texted and called Ethan before 8 AM this morning because his name was written on the water heater in the house we purchased last year - and the water heater wasn't working. Within ten minutes he was at my house diagnosing my problem - which, despite the error codes on the water heater, ended up being a gas issue. He kindly re-set my gas shut-off valve and didn't charge me a thing. What a great guy - I will definitely recommend him to my friends.

This morning at 6:30 am my wife woke me up with the news that our washer was flooding the garage. I went out to try to turn off the water but couldn't. I finally turned off the main. I called Ethan at 6:45 am and he actually called me back at 7 am and said he was on his way. He had the problem fixed in less than 20 minutes and at a price that I consider very reasonable. He is our HERO!

We have used Ethan for quite a few years and I could not recommend a plumber more.

I called Ethan at 7:58 Monday morning, because his hours started at 8am; I didn't want to get the busy signal. I chose to call Ethan (amongst a plethora of other plumbers) because I figured that if he's willing to put his name on his business, he works knowing that people will know his name at the end of the job, and that's directly related to his reputation...

Anyway: Asked him to come ASAP; he said 11am, but ended up coming at 10am. I had a bad thermocouple on my new water heater. He worked quickly, even let me ask a bunch of questions and hover over him to watch what he was doing (so I can do it myself next time, I'm sure he figured that part out). 15 minutes and he was done. Awesome!

Ethan markets to my condo complex and even came and did a presentation. Our management company refers him almost exclusively. I was VERY surprised when he ignored my calls altogether. Never even bothered to return my final call where I politely asked him to just please call me back at his convenience to refer me to someone who might know our complex.

Great attitude and great work! Ethan was at our home this morning right on time. He extended our gas line for our new gas clothes dryer and ran the water line, too. Very affordable, too.

Will use him again in the future.
