Our toilet was leaking from the base. I called to get a price for scoping the line in the front yard with a camera to see what was blocking it and causing the water to back up. The woman I spoke to (I think she said her name was Monica) didn't have pricing (none of the plumbers I called did) and when I asked her to call me back with a price, she hung up on me.

Terry did another great job for me installing a hot water heater water circulating pump. Came right on time with the parts and worked all day to finish the job. I trust Terry to do all my plumbing repair. A good guy with a good company. Thanks Terry

I had a sewer line replaced by Ernie's Plumbing 4 years ago for around $7,000. It was installed incorrectly so now I will have to spend another $4-5,000 to correct the problem. I called Ernie's and was told it passed the city inspection - so who is at fault here? Ernie's for bad construction or the city? I suggest you find another plumber so you won't be asking this question.

We have been using Ernie*s plumbing for about a year, Craig who has always come out is great, plumbers can say anything because we really don't know, but the first time he came out it was something so minimal that it didn't cost anything, that's when I know we had a good plumbing service unfortunately we had something else go wrong but the price was reasonable. Well the storm hit we had no hot water for 5 days everyone was so busy we finally had someone coming in 10 days, thank goodness we got ahold of Ernies. And they err coming in 3 days, I was even happier when they had a cancellation and came out 3 days early it was fixed within an hour and the price was low, I know this has been long but please use this plumbing service and if you can get Craig it's even better I would give more stars if I could!!!!!

Extremely visible signage on your van, with some unprofessional employee driving 64 mph in the fast lane on 287 S. Flipping me off for honking. Hope he got a kick out of it. If you can read, the sign says slower traffic keep right.

Highly recommend you find a different plumber if this is the control they have over their employees.

Ernie is the goat heat smell like cheese but Work to him is just a breeze. Just because he likes to twerk doesn't mean he puts in hard work.10/10 nice twerking ernie

Here is my review of Ernie's Plumbing Service in Arlington after our appointment and plumber interaction.

Had a plumber out 8/13 to fix a leaky water shut off valve for my elderly parents. I was informed to rebuild the shut off valve was $185 and to replace would be around $270. First off this is a $20 part. Bad news, the plumber tightened the connection which stopped the leak then proceeded to tell me $185 for rebuilding the valve. I pressed the resolution and asked him to disassemble the valve and show me the new parts....no new parts were found...I asked the question 3 times you replaced what? I was given the same answer the packing and seals inside the valve. The seals were still rotted so they had not been touched....he simply tightened the connection. At this point I asked him to gather his channel locks and showed him the door and made a call to a Manager at Ernie's. Told my story and all I was told was sorry...no trying to resolve the issue or anything but sorry. I would not suggest Ernie's due to their unprofessional deceitful service ethics.

Arrogant people work here at this company. They set up a 4 hours window for me where they expect me to glue to the phone waiting for their call. When I found that I missed 2 calls within 10 minutes of each other (sorry, I am a living thing & I have living needs), I called right back and was hung up on. When I finally got to talk to her highness on the dispatching end, she simply told me that she did not have anyone to come to do the fixing of my sink. She gave me another 4 hour window on another day to cling to & wait for her to call again. These people act as if they are the only plumbers in the world, that nothing you do including you, yourself, matter to them. Their time is more important than yours, and that they don't need or care about customers. They seem to think they are doing us a BIG favor by coming to fix our problem. I wasted my morning waiting, cleaning for them to come, couldn't go anywhere, couldn't do anything. This company does not deserve to have any customers!

I was contact by the owner "Ernie" last week as he received a work order from direct energy to remove a hot water tank for me, when we spoke he didn't really know what his schedule was like for the following week, I informed him that someone would be at the home Wednesday or Thursday, he said that's ok and he would call me the day of to let me know he was coming, I did not hear from him and it was now Friday morning, when I call him he pretty much brushed me off and told me he was going out of town, needless to say I was not impressed with customer service I was receiving, the poor business manner, and lack of scheduling /planning!
I would not recommend this company, and I will be making a formal complaint to direct energy regarding the matter
