HIGHLY recommend Ernie's Plumbing. This is now my 2nd time using them and I would use them time and time again. Our toilet and bathtub backed up and I submitted a request online very late Saturday evening and to my surprise I woke up in the AM with a response from Rosie letting me know that she could have the Plumbers at my house by 7am on Monday morning, unless I wanted to pay the emergency call fee of $350. I opted to just wait until Monday and Miguel was here as scheduled. He was able to get the backup resolved and was so friendly, professional, and just overall awesome. Thank you for fixing everything in a timely manner, cleaning up on your way out, and wearing a mask to protect us both.

Love Ernie's Plumbing! No matter who comes out, they are professional, friendly and know their stuff! They will take the time to explain the problem and the fix. I called to set up an appointment and they were out here the very next day and picked up the ball that my home warranty company dropped and couldn't/ wouldn't resolve (which he'd explained was a common issue and fairly easy to fix). Tech was here for maybe 45 minutes and problem solved, with a smile and professional & friendly attitude.
Especially love that they are Gilroy local and it feels like you're getting that small town attention. Thanks, Ernie's! You're our guys!

Ernie Jr is a longtime Gilroy family plumbing business who can fix any plumbing issue. I had a clogged toilet that was making weird bubbly noises and then backing up. Took a video sent it and they came out right away. Turns out they had to pull and replace the original mfg toilet -Mayfield- and found a plastic circle restricting water and ahem flow.

Called Ernie's Plumbing to purchase a new water heater. Was quoted a price and made an appointment. When they arrived with the new one, Ernie Jr asked why we were replacing old one
I explained why and he said let me see if I clean it , it would start it.
He did and it's working, Don't need a new one yet! Saved me over $2000!

Called Ernie's about our water main leak in the morning. They came same day and earlier than expected (good thing), gave a fair estimate, and completed the work quick and reliably. They took pictures of the issue and the repair. And cleaned up so well I had to actually look to see where the lawn was dug up. Great work!!!! I will definitely call them again with any other needs. We have been using Ernie's ever since we returned to Gilroy 4 1/2 years ago. He and his family have replaced a kitchen sink, faucets, repaired leaks and just recently got my wife's earring that went down the bathroom sink. I would recommend them and trust them without a doubt.

Charged my elderly mother $800 for replacing two bathroom sink faucets that she already had purchased. Ernie's sent two men who took over 2.5 hours to replace, 20 minutes at their truck writing up the invoice, and 10 minutes to tell my mother how difficult and hard it was. Her house is only 15 years old. What a rip off!!

Our water heater failed and backed up our sinks/toilets/showers. We unclogged some ourselves while waiting for service. Fernando came out and was calm and professional and got all fixed in about 2 hours. The charges were reasonable and worth every penny.
