Ernie's is great.

So picture this. Holiday weekend, day after Thanksgiving. In laws at the house. Birthday party in 4 hours. 20 people coming. Clogged kitchen sink. In the process of trying to unclog it, blew out some pipes, just about exploded, mess like you can't believe (don't ask trust me). Called EVERYWHERE to get this fixed. Got hold of Ernie's, Ernie Jr came out within the hour. He replaced all the pipes under our kitchen sink, had us up an running in about 40 mins. Friendly, clean and quick. Love these guys. Ernie's Plumbing the worst experience...charge more than what they quoted. did not stand by their work or product that was installed. i would not recomend this business to my worst enemy.

I used them to fix a valve on my main line. It worked for a bit, then leaked. They came back and fixed it later. Another time I had them quote for a small job, running a line under ground. they came back with such a ridiculous price, I was sure it was a joke. NOPE. Thats ok Ernies. I had a competitor do it for a fraction of his bid, and they even came from San Jose. Watch your back with these guys!

Bad diagnosis, didn't fix the real problem and left my tenant w/o water for hours. I had a pressure problem with old plumbing and they suggested replacing the valves which I was skeptical about to start with but their service had been good in the past so I trusted them. They assured me that there was enough ""good pipe"" to replace the valves before they sent out the plumber. Their tech called me while I was in a meeting to ask if I wanted to cut the pipe and when I didn't respond 10 minutes later he cut the pipe anyways knocking the water out. Then he left the property with no water for my tenant. $700+ & 6 hours later into a $300 simple repair they finally fixed got the water back on but the original problem was not fixed. I have two shiny new valves and a big bill but no fix to my problem.

Our kitchen sink was clogged so we gave Ernie's Plumbing a call. They set us up with an appointment immediately and showed up at the time promised. Fernando was professional and courteous and fixed our problem in less than 30 minutes. Will definitely call Ernie's when we have plumbing issues in the future.

The service was ok. But had to paid for 2 technicians while they waited for someone else to come in patch up a wall before they would finished the job. Cost me over 1000 dollars for a leaky pipe in the wall. It took over 5 hours to complete the work.
