I was in a jam and Ernie's plumbing bailed me out. He was able to respond right away and was able to repair my water heater quickly and was priced right.

I had a Navien tankless water heater installed several years ago by someone else. The installer did a great job, but after about a month when there was a fault/error code and the heater stopped, he said to unplug it and plug it back in.
Going forward, this happened several times so I called Navien; they recommended I get an authorized service tech out there so they could troubleshoot the issue over the phone.
I called Ernie's, the closest Navien approved company. Ben came out the next day, got on the phone with Navien and ordered a new PCB under warranty. Because I took to long to address this, labor was not covered, but that's understandable. And it was very reasonable. Less than a week later I now have a fixed tankless.

Ben and Ernies were incredible; they're my new go to for plumbing issues.

And I'm not sure why Timmy P. left such a bad review of Ernie's. Based on what he wrote, he expected Ben and Ernie's to take a partial payment at the job site. Maybe if he had stated that when making his appt there would not have been any confusion. Payment is always due at job completion.

On around January 5th of 2024, i called Ernie's Plumbing to repair my tankless water heater. i spoke with a gentleman named Ben and he informed me that my water heater was covered under warranty. so they came and did a great job installing it. the problem I'm having is i asked ben to take payment in the amount of $900 and that i would call him with another cc to pay the remaining balance. but NO they tried to basically rob me and I'm so not interested in that, btw my name is Coach Pierce you know who i am. Moving forward i will never ever do business with this morally corrupt company. again, and you shouldn't either!!!!! i said what i said.

BTW I WISH I COULD PUT NO STARS, I AINT HARD TO FIND

I can't say enough about Ernie's plumbing and they're fantastic timely service and friendly demeanor. We have done business with Ernies Plumbing for 40+ years the other day we had a leaky toilet and John came out and fixed it at a fraction of the cost of any Plumbing outfit in San Jose? Please look to Ernie's plumbing I would highly recommend their service.

We have 2 experiences with Ernie's; replacement of a backflow valve and repair of a drain line that was encroached by tree roots. Both jobs were done professionally, on time and for a reasonable price. Also, everyone was friendly to deal with which is a bonus. We will definitely use them again if we have any plumbing issues.

I've always had fantastic service from Ernie's. Miguel just fixed my clogged kitchen sink quickly and efficiently, but I've had great experiences with all of their technicians every time I've needed help with a plumbing issue. They are always very responsive, friendly, and knowledgeable.

John came out with his partner on Xmas to fix a leak from a broken pipe. They fixed the pipe in a orderly fashion . A week later John came out to replace a new water heater in a timely fashion.Great job. John was very friendly explained everything that needed to be fixed in . John is truly a professional.
