I had a confirmed appointment today between 2 and 4. Received a text at 3:04 that changed the time to 4:30 to 6:30. What I didn't notice was that they also changed the day to tomorrow. I have been waiting all afternoon! This is unacceptable! When I called no reason was given. And I have a contract with them! Is this an example of there preferred customer service? Luckily I found out that it expires in 2 days! I will be looking for another company.

had a blower motor die on a Saturday ... of course. Our regular company was closed in the weekend so we found another close by who had emergency calls. Picked Erkies ... by chance. said they could send someone between 8 and 10am the next day! the man was almost an hour late and said he couldn't fix it till Monday when he could get the part. So we paid the Emergency Fee but nothing was fixed. The man said the office would call us Monday with the estimate ...and if accepted, to schedule the repair. that was FOUR days ago ... and still NO call !!! Talk about dropping the ball!
We did reach our regular tech who promptly showed up and had the blower motor fixed within a couple hours.

$465 to switch out a regular outdoor light fixture and get on a ladder and screw in two outdoor ring camera mounts. No wiring for the cameras or anything, just install the housing. I've had them out here twice and the work they do is good and the service guys are nice, but I won't call again because of the price they charged me this last time. That was a $250 job MAX.

Erkie's customer service was great. I had an AC tuneup sched today between 8am and 10am. I received a call in the morning from Erkie's customer service advising the technician would be out between 2pm and 4pm. I then received another call and text that there was a ca and the technician would arrive between 1pm and 3pm. I received a call from my technician, Daniel Garita, who advised he was on his way.
Daniel introduced when he arrived and apologized for his experience had he had just finished up an installation. He explained the AC tuneup process. Once he finished he provided me with a summary of my AC. Daniel was professional and courteous. I was very satisfied with the customer service provided by Daniel and the Customer Service representatives.

I had Erkies installed my entire AC system in 2019. Since then it has been giving me so many problems. Within the first month/year, there were many problems with the pump in one of the mini-split. It was constantly dripping water inside the room. In Nov 2021, the mini-split was making beeping noises. Gabriel, the technician came to diagnose and found out that the pump deficiency had caused the electricity of the unit to shut down. Gabriel said he needs to order a new pump. I wonder if this is also the cause of the current problem.

Now the same mini-split is making small but irritating noise. This make it very hard to fall asleep with the AC on. It also wake you up in the morning. A technician Dane came, tried to fix the problem but the noise was still there. Dane was very nice, he said he would talk to his team and get back to me but so far nothing. From what I understand, they (Erkies) didn't think its a problem. Perhaps they just want to avoid the cost of having to replace it

This is very upsetting because I paid for a brand new expensive system from Erkies, still under warranty . I also paid for the yearly maintenance service and I paid for all of Erkies's recommendations. I should not be left with a malfunction mini split, that was constantly having problems and now making these irritating noises that are disruptive to me and my guest's sleep. It has been months and Erkies is insist on not addressing the problem, I would have to report it to the board of contractor or proceed to small claim court
I would not recommend this company to anyone. Please learn from my mistakes.

I'll start by saying I did NOT use their service. I needed some plumbing and electrical done, so I called for an appointment 3 days in a row. Day one, person answering the phone could not answer a simple question, but said she would have someone call me back. Day two, no call. Day three, called and asked my question, but before the person would answer, he needed all my contact info. I asked him to please answer my question if they sold the products or did I need to buy them and they would install. He put me on hold to find out. He came back and said that they did both. While making an appointment for someone to come and check out what I needed, he mentioned a $99.00 service charge and that if I decided to use Erkies for the plumbing and electrical, the $99 would be a credit on the bill. But, if I decided NOT to use them, I lost the $99.00. I told him to forget about it and that a company could make a pretty good living sending someone out, bid the job way high and collect $99.00. FORGET ABOUT IT! I have NEVER run across this in my 70 + years.

I requested an air conditioning service checkup call using one of their value coupons. Scheduling the appoinment was easy and fast and I didn't have to wait more than a couple of days. The technician (Jheyson) arrived on the dot and was very polite and respectful in explaining everything and providing me with information. Thank you Erkies

Erkie's came out to service an indoor outlet that was not working. Technician was knowledgeable and friendly. He fixed our issue and also checked the fuse box outside. Service was explained and completed efficiently. Highly recommend.
