Gave a price of ""about"" 1500, I had to have two sets of documents notarized, because they lost the first set. I dropped off a document for them to fill out and send to National Grid, they never sent them over, after telling me they would. Never was in touch with me ever, about anything. Just all around slacker, not motivated to earn new business.

I had an issue with my toilet and it was constantly running. It was driving me crazy! Anthony came to repair. He was professional, polite and very friendly. He showed me what the issue was and explained how he was going to repair it. He was very informative. I think any time you have a stranger working in your home it's always a little uncomfortable- Anthony made a point of making me feel comfortable, engaging in conversation and was just an overall nice guy.

I would highly recommend this company, they got out to repair the issue quickly, they have excellent workers and are an overall pleasure to deal with.

Do yourself a favor and just call someone else. Unless dishonesty and a lack of integrity are what you're shopping for, then you're in the right place.
What more can I say... I don't normally give reviews like this but when someone goes so far out of their way to earn it who am I to deny them. There are a million contractors and plumbers out there who would work hard for your business and to keep your business. This isn't one of them. Again, do yourself a favor and just call someone else.

This plumber is a thief! He charged me $175.00 to tear down my basement ceiling, where there was a leak, even though there were no pipes in the ceiling. There was no leak when I ran water in the shower and sink, in my bathroom. He walks upstairs, looks under my sink, and tells me that's where the leak is coming from. I handed him $200 cash but didn't get a receipt because he was recommended from a trusted friend. I didn't even get my $25.00 change! Then the plumber who fixed the leak told me the ceiling never should have been torn down. I now have to pay a repair man to fix the ceiling!! Do not allow this person in your home!!

We hired this company under someone eles recommendation we paid a lot of money to install new furnace and head and a new water heater we had hot water for exactly one week when after he returned to put in a thermostat (another $400 to run a wire and install digital thermostat) when we realized we no longer had hot water we called the company to have them tell us for another $250 they would come out to check again we called and asked why there work wasn't warranted? One week w hot water and we have to start all over? How is this possible very upset

Water pipe broke in the bathroom due to freezing temperatures . Erik told me how to shut main down till he could get here ...this was early in the morning
Before 930 pipe was fixed cleaned up and all I can say is thank you !!!!

Had used this company successfully to install a tankless water heater, so took another chance when our heat pump stopped working. Paid $500+ to have a fuse changed that cost $2.99. Fuse blew within 20 minutes of rep leaving and rep said that if it blew again, he wouldn't know who to fix it. It blew before he got out of the driveway. We are out the $500. Never again.

on august 18 they install a thankless water heater .after few days i went into the boiler room and smelled gas and a sound from the pipe that they connected to the heater i called and texted and email more than 50 times with out a respond from them. had to hire another plumber to change the defected pipe and paid $200.00 for it.
finally got in touch with them last week and explain the problem and faxed and emailed the bill to get reimburse .
instead of getting an apology or remorse of why they would not return my call for such an emergency situation, i was called a lair and was used the f... word.
this is how they threat their customers.

These are people are liers and cheats! They came to our house and told my wife that we needed a $1500 part to fix our problem. He called his boss who said they could do it for $1000, and because they were not busy, could do it that day. We passed on that and called someone else, who came to our house and did the job in 7 minutes for $115!!! This is not a mistake or error, but a clear case of dishonesty and likely, criminal behavior. Judge for yourself. I should report them to the Nassau County Frauds Department, but will not waste my time. This, along with the other reviews by other people on this page should serve as a warning to others.
