ABSOLUTE CROOK! Gave quote under $400- then when we proceeded with the job came to just under $1000! Prior job was Brand new water heater purchased and installed March 2021 by Eric - having an issue with the heating element now that is under warranty and THE OWNER ERIC told us he has to order it! Two weeks later we call the manufacturer to find out we can go to ANY store give the model # and replace it! ON TOP OF THAT the owner ERIC is ghosting our calls!!! This is not the first time we have had to chase him down for a response. DO NOT TRUST THIS MAN IN YOUR HOME- or use him! LIER! CHEATER! CROOK!!!!!!!!!

I cannot recommend Erik enough. I called maybe 6 or 7 places when my navien heater system stopped working in the dead of winter. Erik was the only one to answer my call and come out on a Saturday after Thanksgiving. Even though I was too far, he still came out and diagnosed the problem for me. Very friendly, very professional, and you wont be dissapointed.

Eric's guys installed a indirect water heating unit in my home work looks solid. He gave me a very reasonable price on the unit install. A contractor who stands by his work and responds quickly when I called. The electrician Eric sent in to hook up the new 4 zone relay did not do it correctly and when I figured that out he was back and fixed it pronto. I trust folks that stand by their work and respond quickly. Some one I would easily recommend and use again.

I recently purchased a home in Long Island with an outdated sewer trap from the 1960's, and I called a number of plumbing companies to come out and inspect the work to remove it. After every company tried to charge me $100 or more just to come out, I contacted Erik Matthews and he personally called me back within minutes. Within 1 day, he came out to the house to inspect the sewer trap free of charge, provided me with a very reasonable quote, and the job was completed within days. Him and his team of plumbers were extremely professional, and did an excellent job installing a new sewer cleanout for my home. They cleaned up the entire area afterwards without a spec of dirt leftover. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Wish I read these before calling I received referral from a law enforcement page. He sent his two man crew who spoke broken English for a heating problem $800 and seven hours later was left with an electrical problem. Replaced with cheap parts workers said he was coming back to fix it He said he is not electrician to get one. Workers left with parts. Asked for them. He stated you got a temp fix but you have heat Left with an extension cord leaving from pantry to sink he said you can leave it like that They leaked water all over the pantry ruining several items instead of having me move the items from floor.

I think the owner should show up a big jobs. He said he would be here instead sent his minyan. The job was too big for trainees n tell me how does he qualify it as two days of work because there r 2 of them. Needless to say they should up at 1 pm took a lunch break and done by 5:45 seriously.

He is an absolute nightmare to deal with. Our insurance company assigned him to us when we filed a claim. his company came to fix it and wanted to charge us the full fee and claimed he didn't know he was sent to us through our insurance company (which was a total lie). We respectfully declined his request so the lunatic called the cops on my wife for not paying what our insurance company was trying to pay him. He was unresponsive to multiple payment requests and is just looking for fights with people. STAY AWAY from this man. If I could

Was assigned to this company through a home warranty company, which his office confirmed. After the job was finished, he claimed they have never heard of the home warranty company and demanded I pay the full amount. He refused to call the home warranty company to work this out and ended up calling the cops on me! This guys is insane. Do not use his services!!

Still have not gotten a refund from this thief. He is being investigated for his unprofessional business practices. Whatever you do- do not give him a deposit. If you don't go forward with the project you'll loose it.
