STAY AWAY!!!! I bought $300 Air conditioner membership.. which include maintenance service twice a year and my AC turn off because the circuit, so I call Erica and they send really nice and professional guy and later charge me $268 for coming there to run diagnostic and what they did was check what is wrong with the AC and when I asked thats not include with the maintenance price I already paid in my membership, and they were like no, this is different... so what is included with the membership? BASICALLY NOTHING !!! after the $300 membership, u still gotta pay each time they are come to u and they will give a long list (everything is wrong with your AC) Then to fix the AC , he send me 2 quotes ... one for almost $5000 and the other one was for $2500... and I asked, """"will this fix my AC for sure"""" they were like """"oh.. this is just to fix your leak and save your electricity bill..."""" I was like so I'll have to pay you 5000 to fix my AC leak and save me electricity bill... long story short... save ur money and find someone else... These people just want to scam ur money with their incredibly over price service!! granted they were nice and professional but I am sure u can find nice and professional with reasonable price else where THX 4 NOTHING SCAMERICA !

Very expensive.These guys just charged $1200 to install a small water heater. When I questioned the installer, he told us there was a shortage and he wasn't sure if he could even get one. When we called the corporate office to question the price, we were given another explanation. We had been without hot water for a few days, so we acted quickly. In hind sight, we should have cancelled and gone with someone else. When I did have a chance to call around, everyone else was half of their price. My feeling is that they are not honest and very over priced. I never call them back.

This is the second time that I've used the plumbing professionals and they continue to provide great service at very reasonable prices esp for the quality of work that they do. On both occasions my service tech was Shaun, he was both pleasant and very knowledgable and overall an all around pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend using this company for all your plumping needs and I'm sure I will for many years to come.

Palm Beach County sent me a letter saying I had continuous water usage. My monthly bill went from $50 to $176. I called three leak detection companies that advertised 24/7 services. Erica's Plumbing was the only one that had the courtesy to return my call. We set an appointment and Vincent showed up on time. The company sent me a text with his photo and bio, as well as a tracking link (like Uber) to see where he was and estimated arrival time. Vincent found the leak in five minutes. Fortunately, it was between my meter and my house, and a new line had to be installed in my yard. He returned the next day to do the work with Jacob. Both men were extremely polite, worked very hard for almost a full day, and finished the work in one day. They also spent a good deal of time cleaning up the area, and ensuring that the lawn looked as good as possible. I also felt they gave me a fair price. I would highly recommend this company and if I need plumbing work done again, I plan on using them.

I went on the Website, and got an appointment between 12 and 2. Never heard from the company again. Not even a call to reschedule. I think there reviews are fake as there is no way they have 4 stars.

It's New Year's Eve and my kitchen sink is backed up and my washing machine has overflowed flooding the laundry room, kitchen and garage. I put a call into the plumbing company where I have been a loyal customer for many years and have a service contract with only to be told, I'm sorry we are completely booked and have nothing available until Wednesday. I can put you on the emergency call list, but there is no guarantee they will be able to get to you and there will be $125 service call fee on top of the repair costs. So I went online and did some research and came up with Erica's Plumbing. I could not have asked for a nicer group of people to deal with, from the person who scheduled my appointment for that day to Joe the tech who showed up to fix my plumbing. Needless to say, I am now a loyal Erica's customer!

I replaced a counter top & sink and needed to replace the bathroom faucet. Upon removing the old faucet the valves under the sink were broken resulting in a steady water leak. I called 2 plumbers, Amy's & Erica's. Amy provided a TXT quote post pics for $275.00. Erica's sent a tech the next day, Friday 3 pm. Upon arrival the initial quote was a shocking $525.00 I balked and shared the Amy quote and the plumber quickly agreed to the $275 price. Quick install of a new Kohler faucet followed, all was good. That evening I noticed a small puddle, wiped it down, but the leak was back on Sunday. So I shut the valves and called Erica's. Their Monday return appt. was rescheduled to Tuesday due to weekend emergencies. On Tuesday the same TECH arrives and quickly says I bought a """"bad Fauce""""t. He would have to re-bill me $275 . I balked on another $275. He reminded me it was """"not $525"""". I reminded him that $525 was out of market, and he could have said no to $275. We both agreed it was neither of our faults. He then said I'll stop by and install the new faucet. I never said I wanted it free, but agreed. When I tried to schedule the new install with Erica's at their convenience, 3 days later I was then told they would give me a """"$50 discount"""" off of an unknown fee. This is after I was told they would do it gratis. A token $50 off of what $275 or $525 ? BEWARE- when a price drops almost 100% from two different companies, go to plan B.
