Hi Mrs. Williams, THEY ARE A NIGHTMARE.RUNNNNN!!!!! I am in receipt of your email below as well as the voice message from this morning. We also received your Facebook post that you do not recommend our company which Erica responded to. I attempted to call you back this morning at 11am but it went to voicemail so I do apologize that you feel we are ignoring you as that is not our intention. We pride ourselves on customer service and want to ensure your project is handled with care just like all of our other customers. That is why we took the time this morning to look into what took place at your home. Last night when we spoke with you I explained that Brandon is an experienced plumber and our employees are all authorized to repair and replace plumbing under Erica's License. It does not require more than one tech to repair or replace a shower valve. When we were originally called out you stated that your bathroom was just redone in January of 2019 and requested that we fix a leaking shower head in the master. Upon arrival Brandon found that the screw was stripped on the interior cartridge and it was unable to be removed easily. He gave you the option to replace the valve at that time which you declined. While onsite you place a call to Moenand they stated you can try to drill the screw out. Brandon did advise you that he could attempt drilling out the screw in hopes that it would easily be removed but he could not guarantee it. Being that this screw was stripped there was no other option but to leave it leaking or try to remove it. You then decided to try to remove it and unfortunately it did not work so the outcome is the valve needs to be replaced to correct this issue. The valve needed to be replaced after Brandon exhausted all attempts of repair. We got your water back on last night and did not charge you for the call as we knew you would need to replace this valve once you were ready. I would suggest since this valve was just installed on January of this year you should call the company who installed it and have them replace it or if you would like us to replace the valve you may purchase one and we will install it for you all you would pay is the labor for the installation or we may provide you one and install it the estimate for that was given to you last night. The other option is wherever you purchased the valve or maybe the manufacturer can send you a new replacement and we will install it for you for labor only. Please let me know how would like to proceed. I do have a personal question since you have been a customer since 2018. How did your mold job with JRG Restoration go? Was Joe Ridgeway the person who redid your bathroom that you are now calling us to repair? BUYER BEWARE: After flushing my hot water heater, the technician accidentally leaked acid on my tile flooring which stained and damaged it. When I contacted the company to discuss the issue, their service manager Fred was argumentative and advised that the company would not agree to repair the damage. I provided the company with estimates to repair the damage from 3 licensed and reputable tile flooring companies. More than a month has passed and the company is still refusing to repair the damage and restore my property to its pre-loss condition. Terrible customer service.

Palm Beach County sent me a letter saying I had continuous water usage. My monthly bill went from $50 to $176. I called three leak detection companies that advertised 24/7 services. Erica's Plumbing was the only one that had the courtesy to return my call. We set an appointment and Vincent showed up on time. The company sent me a text with his photo and bio, as well as a tracking link (like Uber) to see where he was and estimated arrival time. Vincent found the leak in five minutes. Fortunately, it was between my meter and my house, and a new line had to be installed in my yard. He returned the next day to do the work with Jacob. Both men were extremely polite, worked very hard for almost a full day, and finished the work in one day. They also spent a good deal of time cleaning up the area, and ensuring that the lawn looked as good as possible. I also felt they gave me a fair price. I would highly recommend this company and if I need plumbing work done again, I plan on using them.

We've been having a leak into our shower for over a year and a half. We thought we tried everything. Aaron and Jose came right on time. They suggest that it's probably a roof leak. Something we never thought of. We're going to call a roof leak specialist now. They didn't even charge us anything. If you ever have any kind of plumbing problem, these are the people to call without a doubt.

STAY AWAY!!!! I bought $300 Air conditioner membership.. which include maintenance service twice a year and my AC turn off because the circuit, so I call Erica and they send really nice and professional guy and later charge me $268 for coming there to run diagnostic and what they did was check what is wrong with the AC and when I asked thats not include with the maintenance price I already paid in my membership, and they were like no, this is different... so what is included with the membership? BASICALLY NOTHING !!! after the $300 membership, u still gotta pay each time they are come to u and they will give a long list (everything is wrong with your AC) Then to fix the AC , he send me 2 quotes ... one for almost $5000 and the other one was for $2500... and I asked, """"will this fix my AC for sure"""" they were like """"oh.. this is just to fix your leak and save your electricity bill..."""" I was like so I'll have to pay you 5000 to fix my AC leak and save me electricity bill... long story short... save ur money and find someone else... These people just want to scam ur money with their incredibly over price service!! granted they were nice and professional but I am sure u can find nice and professional with reasonable price else where THX 4 NOTHING SCAMERICA !

I called them on a national holiday for a leaking water main line to my house and a live person answered and had their dispatcher call me back and schedule a call for later that day. Sean called me when he was on his way, showed up on time, quickly found the problem and knew exactly what to do to fix it. It was about 12 hours from when I initially called to when the repair was done and everyone at Erica's I had contact with was professional, efficient and pleasant.

We called Erica's Plumbing to get a new bathtub installed while our bathroom was being retiled. The job involved the plumber moving pipes in the floor and installing the rough valves. After the new tile was installed, the plumber would then comeback and put in the tub and tub filler. Sean Rossi and Brandon came out and gave us an estimate. We told him what we wanted and he quoted a price. Their price was not the cheapest but it was fair on the higher end. We chose Erica's Plumbing based on the confidence and reassurances from Sean on the level of service he would deliver. (As a side note, we had initially chosen Lindstrom, based on price, whose plumber came out and opened up a wall and then decided to go home.) Sean and Brandon came out the next day and spent the day digging up the floor, moving the pipe and installing the rough. They worked incredibly clean despite the enormity and potential messiness of the job. They laid tarps and all dirt and concrete was put on the tarps and never came into contact with the tile. After they were finished, they cleaned up, closed the floor and the wall. They did amazing work. Though not the cheapest, Erica's Plumbing delivered on their promises. They came when they promised and were prompt.. Completed the job on time. Gave excellent advice and were pleasant to work with.
