We recently had a kitchen restoration done through covid with all the problems a pandemic could bring on. Our project manager Evan was amazing and our kitchen is beautiful. If you want something done beautifully use a company owned by a woman (lol). Our kitchen is more beautiful than we imagined. Use the company and request Evan and your kitchen will be beautiful for sure.

I called them on a national holiday for a leaking water main line to my house and a live person answered and had their dispatcher call me back and schedule a call for later that day. Sean called me when he was on his way, showed up on time, quickly found the problem and knew exactly what to do to fix it. It was about 12 hours from when I initially called to when the repair was done and everyone at Erica's I had contact with was professional, efficient and pleasant.

I needed a plumber to install a new replacement garbage disposal unit in my kitchen sink which was leaking. I had already bought the unit at Home Depot. I was referred to Erica's Plumbing by another plumber who was busy. I wish I had never heard of them. The plumber came and looked at the work to be done (plus some other work), checked on his i-pad for the price of the work, and then told me that Erica's prices its work not on a time basis, but on a per job basis according to some supposed national industry job price average. He then told me that the price to replace the unit (labor only) would be $425 + tax. I nearly passed out. I know from other ads and friends who have had the same work that this work is usually well under $200. After I told him that the price was ridiculous he said he could reduce it by $50 with an online coupon. He knew I was desperate to get the leak stopped and that I didn't have time to call another plumber. The work took less than 20 minutes because all of the connections were already there from the old unit. He didn't even change the old drain for the new part until I insisted that the entire unit should be replaced. When I asked about the other work I needed every item was priced in the same manner. Eventually I got another plumber who was clean, friendly and very efficient and who charged on a very reasonable hourly basis. Erica's Plumbing prices are obscene. In addition, the plumber left a mess on the kitchen floor and under the sink, and didn't take away all the garbage. I certainly won't use them again.

I have used Erica's Plumbing & Restoration for lots of jobs, including plumbing, restoration, and they are great. Fred is my technician, and he is always professional and communicates well. They have always followed through with everything they said they would do. Fair pricing for good services. I recommend this company.

I am more than disappointed with the quality of work, customer service, lack of responsiveness and cost!!! I hired them to plum in a washer and dryer for the cost of $2,300 dollars. The plumber was nice. However, he left the job site and flooded out my kitchen during the installation and the Brand New, Never been used washing machine does not work. I called 2 times and left detailed messages about the problem. They never got back to me!!! Only when I called said I was scheduling a new job did they respond. Pathetic. Furthermore, they are saying they don't fix appliances, placing blame on me and won't fix it!!! I have to get my attorneys involved. I would Never Ever use them again!

Worst of the worst. Made me wait for an appointment for an estimate to simply change reverse osmosis filters and then the tech Fred wasn't interested in helping in any way. Didn't even bend down.

We had a leak. We had two plumbers and a leak detection company come out. No luck in locating it. We found Erica's Plumbing on the Better Business Bureau site where they had an A rating so we called them. They located the leak under the main house slab. They capped off a pipe, worked a loop up behind the walls, through the attic, down another wall and into the water manifold. Problem solved. They repaired all the holes in the drywall, applied the knockdown and painted. They are licensed and insured. They were on time everyday, super clean and efficient, polite and adhered to all Covid distancing and wearing masks. Their employees are highly qualified and professional and they worked with our homeowner's insurance for payment. A nice touch is that they email/text you a pic of whoever is coming out on that day and their bio, so you know whom to expect. My wife is already recommending them. Ted D.

I used Erica's as a last resort and I will not use them again . Way overpriced and and the repair man had to come back because what he fixed stated leaking . He asked if he could use some tools I had so he could finish the job. His truck looks like it had not be cleaned inside for years. Welcome to Florida!!
