I called Eric today because he was located near my house. He came by immediately, took a look at my problem drains, and fixed them to the best of his ability, charging me an incredibly reasonable price. The entire proceeding took less than an hour! Eric explained the big fixes that would be necessary to make the appliances work right, and was willing to do the tiny fixes that would tide us over til then. I really appreciated his practicality, timeliness, courtesy and knowhow!

Eric came to fix my clogged and backed up kitchen sink today. I was grateful that he could come within an hour of my call. He had to try different things a few times (including going down to the garage in my building to declog the pipes), and finally he fixed everything. He was efficient, thorough, professional, and obviously very good at what he does. His charge was also very reasonable. I appreciate that he explained things to me and answered all my questions. I highly recommend Eric and feel lucky that I finally found an outstanding plumber. If your looking for an honest opinion and want to get hold of a good reliable plumber. Eric is your man. I manage buildings in San Francisco and I came across Eric Brand Plumbing from just searching through Yelp and I believe it was a Saturday when I called him and he was willing to come out Sunday to do the job. Most plumbers gave me the excuse and didn't give me a minute to a least explain myself. He fixed the problem first thing on Tuesday morning and helped us with the issue and his prices are real reasonable. He is up to par with his customer service methods and knows his plumbing real good. I would definetly recommend this plumber if 1.) You want reasonable prices 2.) Detailed estimates 3.) Good customer service. I will call Eric next time we have a plumbing issue again.

Eric is fantastic!! Had him remove and install a faucet set in a sink with some tricky angles. He handled the job at hand for a fair price and was great about getting back to me and keeping me informed of his timing. Highly recommend!

Eric is honest, reliable, responsible and professional. On Sunday morning I discovered a major leak under the kitchen sink causing flooding in the garage. I called Eric Brand Plumbing and was very pleasantly surprised that Eric came out to the house, found the leak under the sink, went to Home Depot to buy the part, installed the part, ensured everything was working properly and his fee was extremely reasonable for a weekend job! I highly recommend Eric for any plumbing work and would use him again in the future!

had some issues with both of my toilets, a leaky faucet, a partially clogged drain in the upstairs bathtub and a broken bathroom drain stopper in the downstairs bathtub. called eric and he was here the next day. really nice guy. extremely reasonably priced. he showed me how to fix the drain stopper in the bathtub if the issue comes up again.

will absolutely use him again should i need a plumber again in the future.

I should have written this much sooner - but better late than never!
Eric has literally saved us from a major flooding in our new apartment that we just moved into - and that happened on late Sunday evening!

Eric was first of many who actually agreed to come over with a pump, determined the root cause of leak (sewage connector issue) and since he was not able to completely resolve issue by himself - he called City of San Francisco on our behalf and requested a technician with a jetter to come to clean up the bad pipe the following morning - and they did, to our great surprise!

The following day Eric returned to perform a detailed triage of our sewage connector and correctly determined a root cause using video camera (!) and offered to fix the issues completely by replacing the broken connector. All for no additional charge BTW!

Although the building contractor ended up doing the repair work - we would like to make sure that folks are aware that there is a highly professional, friendly and quick to respond plumber in San Francisco and that is Eric Brand!

Will be very happy to refer his services to any home owners in the City and beyond!
