He's the best! Had gas leak and the gas company turned the gas off and said we needed a plumber to come over and cap off the gas line and then they will come out and put it back on. This all happened Friday night around midnight. Eric came over Sunday morning at 8:00 am repaired the pipe quickly and efficiently - helped me push to get PG&E out to come that day and turn on the gas which they did.
Highly recommend him for all plumbing needs

We had a clog in the pipes somewhere inside the wall in a bathroom, and it was causing the sink to fill with water. We attempted to get it out ourselves with a cheap rotary auger from Amazon, but the auger got stuck in the pipe.

EBP came over and got the auger out, and now the sink drains normally. They were easy to work with and charged us for 1 hour.

Eric is honest and reasonable with his fees. We've had him replace our water heater, as well as provide urgent repairs like a leak in our trash disposal.

I called Eric around 2:00pm this afternoon because there was water coming out of my sink all over my floor. He was at my house in about an hour and diagnosed the problem as a clogged pipe. He cleared out the clog and tested the pipe in all faucets that connected to that spot. Great job and he was delightful to work with. Thanks Eric!

Super nice guy, and very knowledgeable. I had him check the sewer lines with a small camera and he gave me a full report, reasonably priced. Since I was very pleased with his work, I had him replace an old water heater and open up a semi-clogged drain in the bath tub, he did an excellent job on both. He and his co worker were very professional in their demeanor and cleaned up after themselves. I definitely recommend Eric Brand Plumbing.

This is my second review of Eric since I first found him four years ago. Since then, I've called Eric four times for various work at my elderly mother's house in San Francisco. Each and every time, he was prompt, pleasant, courteous, efficient, skillful, honest, and reasonable in his fee.

This time, I called Eric to fix a garbage disposal that wasn't working at my mother's house. He called me from the house to tell me the problem was the wall plug was not fully plugged in... no charge. I will pay Eric for the service call anyway as Eric is the best plumber I've ever worked with.

Looking forward to working with Eric again the next time my mother needs a plumber.
