Eric has been doing work for us since 2015. He and/or his team, Mark and Steve, have replaced a sink faucet and repaired 3 shower drain leaks, 2 of which involved cutting open the ceiling to get to the pipes. They do good work, their prices are very reasonable, and they're just really nice people.

Eric and his team were great and we would definitely recommend using them again. We had a terrible experience with Lowes for our toilet replacement project and we're desperately looking for a plumber who could source us top of the line toilets, remove our existing toilets, and complete the installation. Eric was incredibly responsive, sourced our toilets within days, and his team did a perfect installation within a week. Our job was not easy given we have a very steep and long stairwell and Eric's team took great care to make sure they did not damage any areas. Eric Brand Plumbing has been my plumber for over 14 years for our San Bruno home that was built in 1960. Over time he replaced the water heater, rooted my drain from home to the street, fix leaking pipes, snaked hair clogged drains, switched out shower heads, replaced kitchen faucets, removed wax from the kitchen drain, and replaced fully rusted-out toilet mounting flanges on shallow concrete that required superhero skills... He is way more than an excellent plumber, he is thoughtful, intelligent, and understands the options for long-term and short-term fixes to accommodate budgets. Eric always shared the risks of a temporary fix with great intellect. He has a wonderful work ethic, is a great communicator, and had all the equipment to do the job correctly for us. Eric and his staff, Steve are excellent. I previously had a sump pump done incorrectly by another plumber and were not able to pass inspection. I called up Eric, and he was very responsive, came in the next day and corrected everything, bought it up to code. I think Eric and his team is very reliable, honest, responsive, and stand by his work. For any future plumbing works, I would not hire anyone except for Eric, and would highly recommend Eric and Steve.

One of my bathroom sinks was clogging and as well as, a showers was not consistent with the hot water. Eric was very accommodating and came out early the next morning. He fixed my sink and was honest about my options to fix my shower. He gave me a great cost saving measure to fix my shower. He explained that my shower has a 15 year warranty and I'd save about $90 dollars by getting the part directly from the company. His rates are reasonable for the excellent service he provides. I will be using him again for my plumbing needs.

If you need a good plumber, Eric is the one!
He is very professional, sharp, knowledgeable, thorough, very neat, which is especially important in doing plumbing. I called him about my toilet leaking water in the bathroom floor. I already figured out that it was a bad toilet wax ring. When Eric showed up, he first of all, without bringing his tools, proceeded to check the problem to make sure it was a wax ring, not something else easy fixable. And only after confirming the problem, he went to get his tools. It right there, pointed to me that he is an honest person. It would be easy simply pull the toilet, put new gasket and walk away with the money. Many people might do just like that.
In a way he was troubleshooting against his interests. Could've been a leaky small washer and 15 minutes job.
His price is reasonable, taking in consideration time spent on troubleshooting and cleaning after, and I strongly recommend Eric for all your plumbing needs.
