We didn't call you to "fix" anything. You were contacted for an estimate and given all the details of the need prior to and again, upon arrival. As for the irritation, clearly you're misinformed. My problem only arose when your technician was more interested in being nosy & wanting details - which was irrelevant, instead of just offering up the estimate you were to there to provide. Irregardless, you're right - EPW is unable to provide me with such services, but not by your choice - by mine. Thanks for your reply!****

My HOA community has used EPW every couple of years to flush out the drains that run along our property. Hap is always pleasant to deal with. He and his team are honest and courteous. He knows our system well. He comes out, does the job, and we send him funds. Easy peasy. I'd trust him for any job -- big or small.

Had a plumbing leak from a PVC pipe that had a nail in it in the garage. Reached out on Yelp and Jordan (dispatcher) replied promptly. Next thing Lee & Jerome were out here to repair the damaged pipe. With beams running all across, it was a tight area to work with but Lee rolled up his sleeves and put in some hard work to get the job done! Not only that, he did the job at a fair price and he was a pleasure to have inside our house working on the damaged pipe. Will definitely keep EPW in mind for any future work. Thank you :)

These guys are THE BEST!!! Our house flooded last spring and since then we've had them out several times for everything from replacing valves to a new hot water heater. They always return my calls within a few minutes and provide next-day service. Their prices are more than reasonable and they give quotes over the phone, which they stick to. No surprises! The work they do is outstanding and every employee I've met has been extremely helpful and courteous.

On a side note, the first time EPW Services came out to replace some plumbing, one of the plumbers, Jordan, got shocked a couple of times by a water pipe. He suggested we call an electrician, which we did, and come to find out our house wasn't grounded. Besides being overall awesome, by detecting the voltage in our plumbing these guys literally might have saved our lives.

Since our house flooded we've had so many contractors come through to do various kinds of work, but none have impressed me like EPW Services. It gives me a real sense of security to know that if I need help I can call on them for honest, dependable and friendly service.

Well found these guys on the request a quote "part of YELP app.
Had to have my washing machine faucets box replaced they along with a few other replied very quickly their price being the lowest at around 275 they replaced both faucets and the box and the total bill was 295 whereas the lowest other estimate I got was 380
Other company said they would have to come out to even give an estimate no thanks when I know exactly what I need. They were on time called ahead like they said they would let me know they were on the way being that this was a rental property I don't live in that was much appreciated definitely didn't want to be sitting there all day waiting on someone to show up.
They came in assessed what was going on and went right to work.
I can't remember the guys name who did the job but he seemed very thorough cleaned up after his self and it was greatly appreciated.
i'm in the air-conditioning business and get people asking for plumbers all the time so these guys will get a lot of recommendations for me.

One of my parent's water heater had a small leak so I figured that after 16 years, we may need to replace both. I requested a quote from EPW with the specs and Jordan immediately replied with a quote....he was very understanding of my concern of it costing more if he had found more issues and I was on a budget. I appreciate his patience of walking me through the process and he was very nice and professional. They came out the next day to replace both tanks. I will definitely keep them in my phone book for any future business. Thank you!!

I had a water leak in the front yard So I called them to come and give an estimate on where the leak was. Since the leak was in the outside my gate along with the water main and I wasn't there I had locked the gate. Earlier people had come and neither of them had even asked to go inside, as they figured out where the leak was w/o breaking ground. These people said they'd look it over and give me an estimate. When I came back I find a guy digging up my front yard FROM THE INSIDE!! He had JUMPED OVER the gate and was digging w/o permission!! I told him that I just want to know how much it would be before I gave them the work.. and he threw a fit!!! What were they expecting.. that they'll dig up my yard and then force me to hire them??? After that he threw up his hands and said he can't find it and wouldn't work' so that other people can get the job' !! I had NEVER ASKED him to dig up anything!! .. he left a massive crater in my yard along with bushes that he had torn up and stormed off!! Thank god for the guys who came next!! Not only did they down awesome job but cleaned up his mess too!!! DONT HIRE THEM UNLESS You LIKE BEING FORCED to hire someone !!!
