Contacted them to provide quote on exterior gas connection. Arrived several hours late to appointment for quote. Upon inspection of job they provided quote over phone. I called back later to request written quote and said I was interested in proceeding with work. I was then told the owner was no longer interested in the job with no further explanation. This was quite frustrating as I had explained what I wanted before they came out to provide quote in first place. I guess the job wasn't big enough for them (though it certainly isn't cheap to do anything with your gas lines).

EPW Services responded quickly to my service request. They arrived on time and their plumber was professional and friendly. I'll definitely use them again and I'm happy to recommend them to anyone that needs a plumber.

do not used this company they will change the prices and they do not know what they are doing call difference company unless you want to pay more even if you agree how much they will charge you because they will find any reason to charge you more like what happened to me without letting me know

Great company! I ended up having a busted water valve and actually called another company first. The first company came out and recommend that I replace the whole thing for about $900. I then contacted EPW and had a tech come and look at the water valve. He explained it was an easy fix and could do everything for $275. They then came back out with all the parts needed and fixed everything. Some other companies seem like the techs are just salesmen who try and get you a to sign up for memberships and take advantage of people by replacing/fixing items that don't need replaced. I didn't get that at all from EPW. They were friendly and more importantly honest. Will be using again!

One of my parent's water heater had a small leak so I figured that after 16 years, we may need to replace both. I requested a quote from EPW with the specs and Jordan immediately replied with a quote....he was very understanding of my concern of it costing more if he had found more issues and I was on a budget. I appreciate his patience of walking me through the process and he was very nice and professional. They came out the next day to replace both tanks. I will definitely keep them in my phone book for any future business. Thank you!!

Let me ask you a question please,
If you can't understand someone because of accent or because of a bad phone connection..
What you will do?
1)You will just hung up the phone?
2) you will say: "sorry sir, can you please repeat it?"
3)you will say: "can you call back? because there is a bad signal connection "

I do appreciate your reply and apologize, but I don't buy the excuses that you made..
Customer service is basic in every business, and I don't appreciate when someone hung up the phone on my face just because he didn't understand me...
Moreover, the ton he had was not welcoming at all..

When I place an order in Macdonald's I get better experience then with your guy.

Water heater busted on Tuesday. Wednesday I began searching the internet for quotes to get an idea of how much it would cost me to have someone install and remove it. After the quotes reached upwards of $1300 with attic and removal fees I decided to purchase one from a local hardware store and do it myself. I quickly realized not only how important it was to have running water but HOT water is a must...immediately! I didn't want to wait the weekend so I tried getting quotes once again and ended up getting 2 that were reasonably priced and a bit lower than what I had been getting. I decided to go with EPW Services and glad I did! They came within a couple of hours of the discussion and were done and gone in a little under 2 hours (I had already drained the tank) even after I gave them the wrong heater size. They were very responsive, courteous, reasonably priced (if there is a such thing) and I will definitely recommend and use them again. I didn't feel like I was buying another house with all of the contracts, fees and explanations just good service. Give them a try next time you need this type of service.

I found EPW Services through Yelp, and I was impressed by the fast response from Mrs. Phyllis. I ended using them twice this month. On April 16 for my sinks, Mr. Will and Mr. Stephon came out and were on time and very professional and fixed my issue right away. Then on April 20th, I had not hot water, ended up needing a new water heater and Mr. Boy Wolff was available earlier then the service time given and quoted me a price, so we shop around and got a second quote, Mr. Wolff spoke to his manager and they matched the price and installed it the same day. Mr. Wolff had a exceptional customer service in earning my business and was very professional. EPW Services are now my preferred Plumbing Company.
