We had a broken exterior underground pipe. Hap sent a very competent, polite guy round to sort it out. He even took the time to come and lend a hand when the job got a little more complicated than first thought. The cost of repairs was also a pleasant surprise. I would use EPW again and so should you.

Stay away from this business!!!! They flat out lie to you and throw their technicians under the bus. I had a water heater put in and at the time of enlisting their service I was told I needed a new flex line to be up to code. I paid for the new line. About two months after installation I had an AC guy in my attic who informed me that my flex line was out of code. EPW lied about providing the service. I contacted them and they came to put in a new line. Of course because of their initial lie and fraud I had to miss more work for them to come back. They then said they had put in a sediment trap. A week later my AC guy is back in the attic and informed me there wasn't a sediment trap. Once again I called the business and the person I spoke to blamed it on his technicians. At no time did they take responsibility for their lying and fraud. There are a lot of other businesses out there that have integrity. When the owner of his business throws his own workers under the bus that is a very bad sign. For your safety and peace of mind use another business.

I called EPW at 8:30pm, fully expecting to have to leave a message. Imagine my surprise when the phone was answered by a real person named "Boy"! He took my name, phone # and address along with a description of the problem. My original, 11 year-old disposal had finally started leaking really bad , and the bucket under the sink wasn't cutting it anymore. I had hesitated to call anyone because the last plumber at my house (who rooted out the kitchen drains) quoted me an exorbitant price to replace the disposal. Boy told me they could do an install for me and that I would get a call in the morning. He asked what time was best for me? I said anytime after 10 am.
Lee called around 11:30am and said it would be about an hour and sure enough, Lee and Jordan showed up on time. They took their shoes off at the door, my dog was happy to meet them, and they quickly installed the new garbage disposal that had been sitting in my garage for months, waiting for my nephew to install it.
I had called EPW based on the other reviews I read and I was not disappointed in any way.
These guys were on time, provided professional service, and charged a very reasonable price.
All around 5 stars!

One of my parent's water heater had a small leak so I figured that after 16 years, we may need to replace both. I requested a quote from EPW with the specs and Jordan immediately replied with a quote....he was very understanding of my concern of it costing more if he had found more issues and I was on a budget. I appreciate his patience of walking me through the process and he was very nice and professional. They came out the next day to replace both tanks. I will definitely keep them in my phone book for any future business. Thank you!!

Devon came out to my house today (6/2/17) from EPW Services Plumbing to install a new Delta kitchen faucet; remove an old toilet; and replace a cheap water shut off valve. He was extremely efficient; knowledgeable; and professional; I was very impressed. He cleaned up his work areas including vacuuming, which was wonderful. I was able to pay him directly using a debit card. I would highly recommend EPW Services to anyone that has plumbing needs!

Water heater busted on Tuesday. Wednesday I began searching the internet for quotes to get an idea of how much it would cost me to have someone install and remove it. After the quotes reached upwards of $1300 with attic and removal fees I decided to purchase one from a local hardware store and do it myself. I quickly realized not only how important it was to have running water but HOT water is a must...immediately! I didn't want to wait the weekend so I tried getting quotes once again and ended up getting 2 that were reasonably priced and a bit lower than what I had been getting. I decided to go with EPW Services and glad I did! They came within a couple of hours of the discussion and were done and gone in a little under 2 hours (I had already drained the tank) even after I gave them the wrong heater size. They were very responsive, courteous, reasonably priced (if there is a such thing) and I will definitely recommend and use them again. I didn't feel like I was buying another house with all of the contracts, fees and explanations just good service. Give them a try next time you need this type of service.

My water heater have a dripping leakage for weeks, I called the XX home warranty Co( where I signed up for three year warranty) ask for repair service, when their contractor came and inspected the problem, then reported to the warranty Co. They rejected to pay, because the leak is from the main storage tank, they are not covered (read carefully of the coverage excluding, most costly damage are all in the excluding).
Then I turned to the Home depot and Loews, hope to buy their merchandise and have their professional installation. However, the contractor give the evaluation costs extremely high, can you imaging they ask an basic installation charge $599 and additional attic install charge $149? or, extra roof sealing charge? and, you have to pay for additional parts fee? definitely unacceptable!
finally I search for any plumbing company from the web, who can give me a reasonable offer. At least I called 6-8 different company, Most of the Plumbing Co want you to pay a small amount of $ to inspect and give you an evaluated price quote, Only EPW Services LLC can tell you on the phone the fact of their service charge range before they came to your house, give you the price, size, and quality of the water heater they will install, and the time frame they can offer to finish the job, let you to compare with others. So I immediately decided to use their service yesterday, EPW arranged a team of two nice young man, Lee and Jordan, came today around 10AM, they installed two water heaters on two difference attic locations and clean out the working spot and stairway. remove the junk water heaters, They did a wonderful job and finished in less than 3 hours. And, I would tell you one more things, the total price quote from this company is very reasonable and much lower than those named professional contractor.
I strongly recommend their honestly service attitude and reliable service Tech.

I found EPW Services through Yelp, and I was impressed by the fast response from Mrs. Phyllis. I ended using them twice this month. On April 16 for my sinks, Mr. Will and Mr. Stephon came out and were on time and very professional and fixed my issue right away. Then on April 20th, I had not hot water, ended up needing a new water heater and Mr. Boy Wolff was available earlier then the service time given and quoted me a price, so we shop around and got a second quote, Mr. Wolff spoke to his manager and they matched the price and installed it the same day. Mr. Wolff had a exceptional customer service in earning my business and was very professional. EPW Services are now my preferred Plumbing Company.

We moved into our house a few weeks ago. It's a 40 year old structure, so we wanted to have repairs done in areas identified by the inspector's report. EPW came out and gave clear estimates for repairs and made recommendations about simple fixes we could do ourselves to save money. In the case of a leaky jet tub, instead of just patch a deeper issue, they suggested we considered an entire replacement and made recommendations for saving money on the install, but were also more than willing to patch if we wanted. The repairs they did conduct were done quickly and efficiently. We will definitely call them again for other plumbing needs.
