I am so pleased I chose Environmental Heating & Air. They are truly committed to being the best, and they do not disappoint. Their clients satisfaction is something that take seriously. I would like to thank Shannon, Kevin Coulter, Jacob Arias, Kevin Rivas, Gretchn & Emily for all you have done for me during the process of replacing my heating & air. Each of you have been professional, responsive & very courteous. I highly recommend this company to my family & friends. You're the best! Thank you so much.

I began receiving warning error notifications a few days ago from my Lennox system indicating a low airflow issue and so I called EHA since I have an annual maintenance agreement with them to see what they knew about it since the system supposedly sends them the messages as well. I was actually surprised that they had not scheduled to come out for my annual service already this year as they have in previous years as part of their contract with me, as I was told they owed me a maintenance appointment anyway so they scheduled a technician to come out today and see what is going on.
I had already looked into the error code 291 and was seeing it was probably a filter needing to be replaced but it could mean other things as well. Regardless I wanted the system checked since the error code could also mean other issues so I wanted to be on the safe side and they owed me a maintenance check up anyway. Now the system was still functioning just fine and heater still worked but it was just not blowing enough air. I removed the additional information in order to update the rest of my scenario and the outcome based on a follow up maintenance service.
EHA followed up and took care of the issue and got my furnace back online. Glad to see that they were very proactive and handled the situation very quickly. Adonis and Angel were great to work with and very professional and I appreciate their focus on resolving the issue of a blocked condensate line to get my furnace to calibrate properly.

I called Environmental Heating and Air Services (EHAS) for diagnosis and repair of our central heater. Instead of sending a competent technician they dispatched a skillful con man who made pretense of troubleshooting, faulted the control board, called the ""office"" and announced that the part was unavailable. I later found that to be untrue, as even Grainger sells a compatible replacement.
The representative then made a deal for a Lennox unit that he had on hand and could install the next day. During installation, without my knowledge or consent, he clandestinely released our AC refrigerant lines with no evidence of R22 recovery, and tucked the lines and other open connections out of sight. He must have hoped that we wouldn't notice that our AC was trashed until summer! It took me a couple of days to fully test the system and to uncover his vandalism.
In response to my complaint, EHAS asserted that the employee had gone rogue acting on his own, and that they have no responsibility for their technician's mischief or for my substantial loss of a repairable heater and a (formerly) perfectly working AC.

First off salesperson thorough and no pushy at all. Made decisions easy.
Install Technicians on time. Involved me in install regarding certain items. Covered floors and dust barrier during install. Vacuumed area after install. Trained me on thermostat and explained the 3rd party and city inspection. Very pleased with company. Highly recommend A++++

When our furnace died, we scheduled a replacement system through Costco. Environmental sent out Kevin, Jacob and Jillian, who were prompt, friendly, clean and explained the install as they went along, getting us heat before Thanksgiving. I cannot recommend these individuals more. They did not have the needed circuit breaker to make sure that our new AC and pool equipment ran together but I have no doubt that they will return, as stated, to install the breaker. Kudos to Kevin, Jacob and Julian.

Their customer service doesn't just get bad (as others have mentioned), it starts bad. Can't even get through to a live person. The numbers they give out are all wrong. They go somewhere else, and after endless recordings, to people who have absolutely no idea what they are doing. Don't waste your time with run-around nonsense just trying to talk to someone there.

Our furnace blower stopped working and after a very nice chat with Gina (I believe), we were scheduled for a repair later that day. Shannon was our tech, with Johnathan as his shadow for the day, and both were super helpful and knowledgable about our system. They diagnosed and fixed it in 15 minutes and spent time with us discussing options for upgrades for the future, when our system will need to be replaced. I'd definitely recommend them.

Outstanding service and highly professional personnel. Performed the service on my heater efficiently and cleaned up after they were done. Highly recommend it!

I used this company, through Costco, to replace my HVAC system 3 years ago. They did an excellent job all around back then, so, after getting estimates from them and 2 others I decided to have them replace my water heater.
I initially talked to Kevin, who provided a thorough and clear estimate, which was emailed to me promptly. He explained my options, and was happy to answer my questions. The contract was emailed to me, and signed with DocuSign, which made everything easy.
Gabriel and Douglas came about a week later to do the installation. They arrived on time, were polite, and did excellent work. One thing that separates an adequate contractor from an excellent one is attention to details, and these two nailed the details. I was impressed, which isn't easy. The city inspector also commented on what a great job they had done. They also left the garage clean, and took away the old heater and parts, so I didn't have to do anything except close the garage door when they were done.
Overall, I got a great product and installation at a fair price. I'd certainly use them again.

BEWARE!! Do not give your business to this company. They are untrustworthy, will willingly charge for unneeded repairs and take advantage of you. We had them do routine maintenance on our parent's electrical HVAC system earlier this year (our first and last time). Recently they came back with a list of repairs totaling almost $2000. These urgent repairs included fixing a motor oil leak, which is crazy considering the system is electrical and we have picture evidence that proves there's no leak. I have a feeling that they took advantage of the fact that my parent is elderly and not knowledgeable about these matters. They were already trying to put her on a payment plan when we discovered this. Stay far far away if you know what's good for you. I will be sharing our experience with our friends and neighbors so they don't have to go through this.
