They installed a Costco deal AC/Heater in 2020. Never had a problem or an issue, it's blown cold air in the summer and hot air in the winter just like it should! I am very pleased with the unit.

I just called them as they installed my water heater a few years back. I wanted to ask them to confirm where the manual gas valve was because I wanted to do a flush on the tank. They told me that I would need to be charged for sending a technician out to tell me this. I then told them that I have pictures of the water heater and just wanted to know where the valve was as I don't require them to do any maintenance. And she they were the ones who installed the water heater, it does not seem to be unreasonable to ask them this. Given this experience, I would not recommend this company in the future as it appears that their after-service customer service is more about profits than helping a customer.

Had problems with erratic heater operation. Technician Jon Cardiasmenos arrived on schedule to perform scheduled inspection, maintenance and tuneup for winter service per our contract. When advised of problem, he went out of his way to diagnose problem while performing his routine scheduled work. He diagnosed and repaired the problem, and also suggested a possible alternate source of the problem. He was very polite, friendly, and professional. Well, this was the first of the month and it is now the 18th, the system works great! Excellent job by Jon and terrific customer service! Jon is a great asset for his employer, Environmental Heating and Air Solutions, which we hired through Costco. We highly recommend this company and their ace technician Jon. First class operation. Today Shannon, the technician came out to investigate the problem. He was very professional, and knowledgeable. He's took time to explain the system, then went on the roof to troubleshoot. It took him very little time to identify the problems and resolve the issue. He then explained the problems in a way we could understand.

Jon Cardiasmenos came to our house to perform a bi-annual check up of our heating/AC system that we bought from EHA Solutions a couple years back. Jon is very professional, thorough and very knowledgeable. He did a fantastic job on the inspection and tuning, pointing out a few things for me to watch out for. More importantly, Jon is passionate about his work and very pleasant to deal with. Only a well-run company can keep happy employees. Jon reflects very well on EHA Solutions. I find it very well worthwhile to sign up for their bi-annual maintenance program.

We purchased a hvac system a few years ago from this company and we have had so many problems. A few weeks ago (during the heat wave) our system completely quit working right after they did a maintenance visit. The technician thought it was a circuit board that was going to cost over 700 dollars to install. When the part finally arrived the next technician said no it wasn't the circuit board it was the compressor at over 3000 dollars to repair. Keep in mind this system is only a few years old. To add insult to injury the technician said it was our fault because the air filter was dirty. It should be noted that when they installed the system they never allowed room for the installation and removal of an air filter due to space. Our air filter is literally taped onto the fan unit between the air intake from the house into the blower unit.
