Please please read all the reviews! I am extremely disappointed with Environmental Heating and Air Solutions. My experience with them has been nothing short of a nightmare. They installed the AC until in the place we are renting, but it has broken down twice now. Both times, trying to get any sort of response from their so-called ""customer service center"" has been a complete disaster.

They use a call center service that seems pointless because they never return your phone calls. It doesn't matter if you stress that it's an emergency - they just ignore you. We have been left sweating in the heat, waiting for a callback that never comes. This level of unresponsiveness is unacceptable, and if you read all the bad reviews, everyone has the same experience. The good reviews come from the initial installation, the bad reviews come after.

Their lack of communication and disregard for their customers' needs is appalling. Save yourself the frustration and find a more reliable heating and air solutions provider. Environmental Heating and Air Solutions is a colossal waste of time and money.

The quality of service with this company is phenomenal. The attention to detail that this company has from start to finish is why they are a Top 20 Lennox dealer in North America.
What a great piece of mind as well as value. The staff are all incredibly helpful in answering any question that arises as well as top-notch professionalism.
Don't let other companies fool you by offering you a ""better deal."" Good things aren't cheap and cheap things aren't good. You just can't get a better value based on the combination of the quality of the installation they do coupled with the product they sell.

Initially I chose Environmental Heating and Air because they got the best reviews on Yelp. I completely disagree with that now.

I am very, very disappointed with the service from this company. We bought a new Lennox AC unit through Costco 6 months ago. Never had a problem with anything purchased through them.

4 days ago my new AC went out. Took these guys a day to come out. Tech was nice, did what he could but said he thought it was an electrical problem and I should call an electrician to determine what the problem, since he was not an electrician and he couldn't fix the electrical. He did try to sell me surge protectors though. He got the unit running again by resetting it, but it went out again 3 hours later.

I called back the next morning and they told me it would be 2 to 4 days before they could come back again.

In the meantime, I called my warranty people at Costco/Lennox and they gave me several other service providers to call. I did and got a 2nd opinion. The 2nd guys said yes, it is an electrical problem, but it is in the air conditioner wiring that these guys installed.

Meantime, I have tried to call the manager twice, and they have not called me back 4 days later. Yesterday, I was told the mgr would call me when they got off the phone. I still haven't heard from them.

I have told them that my husband had surgery and is bedridden upstairs in the hottest room in the house and that is why this is an emergency for me.
If that doesn't take priority, I don't know what does.

This should have never happened to begin with. But the terrible customer service on top of it is what I am really upset about.

I was referred to Environmental Heating and Air Solutions by Costco as the company who would be installing my new heat pump, furnace and HEPA filter. I had confidence that Costco would ensure that any company they recommended would be backed by Costco's great customer service.
Esperanza came out to explain the products we could choose from and we fell in love with her immediately. Not only did she give us a patient explanation of each system offered, she even went into our crawl space to see what we currently had! I go into our crawl space - not fun.
The installation team was FANTASTIC! Zach, Abel, Kade, Christian, Miguel and Jon went right to work and they were always all working whenever I would approach them with a question or info. I was really impressed with their work ethic!
It's been about 7 months since they installed our system and not only does my husband now have cool air when it's hot outside (We did not have A/C), the temperature inside has been noticeably more consistent. I waited for a while to write this review because I wanted to see how things panned out in the long run instead of reviewing something that I hadn't really tested.
My final verdict is that Costco chooses its partners wisely and I am very happy that they recommended Environmental Heating and Air Solutions. (To EHAS, thanks again for hiring/training Esperanza, Zach, Abel, Kade, Christian, Miguel, and Jon. They were AWESOME!)

Awesome company, every service person, and office staff have been respectful, knowledgeable and quick.
2 yrs ago did a full heater and A/C replacement - installed on the rainiest day of the year - with no issues - works fantastically. Favorite purchase: split pack for our garage - climate controlled for watching all the games. Best A/C company around.

Installed new furnace and condenser- I had to keep a close eye on the original crew, but overall was pleased. They had to send out another crew the next day to fix some poor wiring, though. Found this company via Costco.

Environmental Heating and Air Solutions installed our residential HVAC system and a water heater in July 2020. We have routine inspections of the HVAC system performed, and the most recent inspection was done 07-17-23 by Alexa M. Alexa was very thorough: She tested output from vents throughout the home, put the system through tests to check compliance with manufacturer specifications, checked the refrigerant, and cleaned as necessary. Alexa was very professional, polite, and friendly as well. We were very impressed with the service she provided!

I don't have enough great things to say about SHANNON!! He is the best and such a gem. Friendly, professional, honest and efficient. We had a problem with our AC and Shannon came out to help. He was on time and fixed our problem quickly. Another company quoted us something totally ridiculous and I'm so glad we went with Environmental heating and air. The honesty and great work ethic is greatly appreciated. We will be using them in the future for any HVAC needs. Thank you!
