Our Heater was acting up since it's 40 years old. Matthew T came out and did a fantastic job of inspecting all the parts (even opening up the heater to show me the problems directly) and giving me an estimate for Lennox replacement. He took a digital thermometer and measured all the ducts for both heat and AC, and then went above and beyond by killing a large brown spider that was making a web above the AC unit (he even asked me first). Everything was explained very well, I totally trusted that he knew exactly what he was doing. Great Job!

We purchased a new Lennox system from EHAS in June and it was installed in July. The system was dead by Labor Day. So how on earth would we give them 5 stars?
Sadly, we have come to the realization that nothing is made the way it used to be and what counts in that kind of world is the service a company provides. Lennox earns one star for producing an air conditioner with a compressor that dies within two months. Environmental Heating and Air Solutions earns five stars for quick response time and willingness to work through Labor Day weekend.
So five stars to the crew who removed the entire unit and replaced it with a working (so far) one. Kevin diagnosed the problem Friday and was back with Carey to install the new unit on Sunday. Adonnis approved the replacement, Gina kept everyone updated and Andy made the unit available.

Had issue with home AC, wasn't blowing out cold air. Called EHA and an appointment setup. Back of the mind I had fear if I would be fleeced with unnecessary charges and repair work but it turned out quite the opposite. Technician Tim was courteous to take questions and explained the issue after inspecting the attic and compressor.

To EHA, Keep up your trust with your customers, you wont need any marketing, word of mouth will pull your business forward.

Our AC stopped working on Saturday (this Labor Day weekend) we called about 5 different places and every one of them said they couldn't come out until after the holiday (earliest Tuesday). Environmental heating and air was a lifesaver! They fit us into their schedule for the following day (today on Sunday).
We received a text in the morning with the assigned technician's info. Lorenzo showed up to our house bright and early at 9am. Overall great communication: He called us when he was on his way; after diagnosing the problem he took time to explain the problem to us and answer all our questions as well as address all of our concerns; he got our AC working again in less than 2 hrs.
Lorenzo was very professional, friendly and efficient.
I highly recommended Environmental Heating and Air for any HVAC needs! And highly recommend technician Lorenzo!

About 9 years ago we started using EHA because they were reasonably priced and we trusted that they were recommending necessary repairs at reasonable rates. In the past year we have been surprised by some of the work we ""need"" and their rates that have been noted during our regular servicing. We have obtained second opinions only to find out that some of the repairs weren't needed or that the rate to perform the repairs were less expensive from other reputable vendors. One shocker was a bid we obtained from them to install a whole house fan that was $3,000 more than the most highly rated whole house fan installer on Yelp (same model and setup). 9 years ago I would recommend EHA to everyone, now I recommend that you get multiple opinions and quotes for any work they may do for you. I'm taking my business elsewhere.

Jon, Kevin and Andrew were really great to work with and very knowledgeable.
