We have always had good luck using Enterprise, that is until lately.
We have waited two weeks to get someone out here to work on our plumbing. It is a job that they did a month or so ago that didn't last.
A very expensive job, removing sidewalk,. etc.
That part wasn't their fault, they told us they would not guarantee the job
because of old old pumbing. We understood that. You would like to
think they would want to come back and fix it. We were willing to pay to
put a whole new line in. We weren't complaining about the first job.

They kept telling me they would schedule us, call us back, nothing.
Everytime I called we are working on it. Now two weeks later
( said they would come last Friday, no show) then today Monday get a call they can't come. Dont have enough plumbers working. Tried to talk
to him about it ( i didn't yell, scream or do anything but be polite) He hung up on me. Made us wait two weeks!!!!!!
I was saying you could have tell us 3 weeks out or whatever just so
that we would know, then click.

Now I have to find someone else. I still cant believe he hung up on me.
I guess they have to much business they can be rude to their customers.

My experience with Enterprise Plumbing was mixed. The work was on time, professional, well done. However, I thought the customer relations aspect and pricing policy was terrible.
We are doing a remodel in a bathroom. The house is older and a change was needed in a small section of the plastic drain pipe under the shower. Also, a shower valve needed to be replaced, which I supplied. After doing all of the demo, (pulling off the walls and the flooring to expose everything) my remodel man had Ken come to take a look on his way back from another job. Ken called a short time later and said the work would cost $1,600 and he could get to it in a couple of days. I thought the amount was horrendous, but, not knowing much about plumbing and construction, I guessed it must be a big deal, maybe lots of hours and materials would be required? My bathroom was already torn up, so I okayed the price.
Ken and his helper arrived and got right to work and in 3 hours and 20 minutes, they were packed up and ready to leave. All Good. So, of course, I'm thinking, when Ken handed me the invoice, the price would be way less than the original bid of $1,600. Wrong. I asked Ken what their hourly rate was and he told me it didn't matter. He admitted that the job had no problems, and it went faster than anticipated, but, the price remained the same. He said that some jobs are harder and take more time than anticipated but, they can't charge any more than the bid. So, does that mean, in the name of good business and customer relations, there is some rule that they can't take a little off the bottom line when things go good? It sounds like ""it sucks to be me""! They got lucky when they did my job and I am paying for the customers whose jobs didn't go so well.
Even though the work was good, I am having a difficult time swallowing the price tag. I will have an even more difficult time recommending Enterprise Plumbing to anyone else unless price is not an issue. Shop around and get a written, itemized, estimate or bid. In my experience, I have always believed that word of mouth and customer satisfaction goes a long way.

To Bad trying to use a local company didn't work out because they couldn't follow instructions and they charged for unnecessary work. I called to have them come out due to a loss in water pressure. I asked to be called when they arrived at my rental house. No call between the estimated times so I called them. Harrison, who I spoke to in the first place, answered and said his guy had been there and left. WHAT? He also told me he had replaced a water regulator on the outside of my house, but that didn't fix the problem. So I call another company, and they say first call the city to see if a leak can be detected. So I do and the leak is at the meter. The city replaced that. Harrison and enterprise plumbing seem to be out for the money and don't appear to care about customers time or what they want done.

beware they charge you travel time to get to your house so the first hour of work you only get 45 mins of actual work on your issue. They came out to my house and were only there a little under an hour but bc they charge 15 mins to travel to my house I was charged for over an hour . Thats a rip off and not an honest way to do bussiness. I would not use them again and I wouldnt recomend this company. I think we should only have to pay a company for time that was worked not for time for them to get to my house .

We've been using enterprise plumbing since moving into our house seven years ago. Our basement floods, they're here. Our plumbing backs up into the bathtub, they're here. Our water heater goes out, they're here. Our kitchen sink backs up, they're here. A pipe bursts in the kitchen... well, they're not here yet but that's just because I left the message after hours on their non-emergency line; but, I'm confident that my leak will be fixed asap because Enterprise is as awesome at responding to voicemails and scheduling service as they are at completing repairs.

Don't call this company they are big time jerks they did not do the job I asked for. They did what they wanted when I said I want it redone they throw a fit charged me extra and two day later my pipes where blocked. When the good guys from another company said that pipe parts from the repair enterprise did was in the pipes..basicly they did this because they did not like my request to redo the work even after I paid for the exter time

Had enterprise come out to check a water leak I had underground in front of my newly purchased house, Angelo came out and found a poorly repaired fitting and fixed it in just about an hour! Very reasonable price, and efficient. Will definitely use them again!

I have had Enterprise plumbing out to a few of my rental properties. I have always had good results with them and will use them in the future..

That's great Larry, I'm glad it was resolved. But that was not my case. Yes, they did send someone right away. But as the plumber is talking to me on the phone, (which I clearly offered to drive there) my bill goes up two hundred dollars with each step. This could be $900. ( This is in less than one minute and I can tell he walking) They were hired to unclog a sewer line. (they discovered a rusted pipe that was cracking and tells me, to replace, about $450.00) and suddenly the focus is on that, to repair a pipe, not the sewer pipe though) I request (on the phone) and I'm told they'll run a camera down the sewer line at $169.00, I inform my tenant (who was home) that they will run a camera down the line and guess what, they did not.... HE did snake it which seemed to relieve the problem, BUT all FOCUS changed from what they were hired for........to now do an (easier) job........so 5 days later the sewer line is stopped up again. So I call EP. I am told by Rick, (not the owner),They do not guarantee WORK, they do not guarantee SERVICE and that this would be a ""NEW"" call.
(They don't guarantee work or the service repair?) REALLY! mind you were NOT talking a month ago! or even 10 days prior!

Rick explained what he did.
This is when I found out that a camera was NOT used to unclog the sewer line. (There was a problem 15 months before and a camera was used then, so I knew to authorize one) I authorized it and told my tenant they would be using a camera to snake it) Rick wants to schedule a NEW SERVICE CALL($$$) -I ask him, ""WHY WOULD ANYONE HIRE A PLUMBER for a 2nd time WHO DOES NOT HONOR HIS WORK?"" and that no,I will hire someone else.( So yes,I put out another $300) I tell him I have not received the statement (nor has my tenant), so I cannot not reference any breakdown of costs or repairs with him.....I thought for sure I'd have a Bill in two days flat.....NOPE, I found out the exact charge of $900. placed on my credit card (because I stupidly gave it to him over the phone) from my cc statement almost 30 days later., AND at 60 days later, I STILL HAVE NO STATEMENT!!!!!! EP did call back Nov. 12 and left a message, but Rick had already stated that they would not do anything. (So, no, if all that's going to happen, is EP telling me that it was a fair job, I don't want to talk to you again, no further attempts by EP, no letter, nada .....do I feel lied to..... YES, another company tells me to ""snake with a camera"" is $149.00 AND that is applied to your overall bill, should you go forward with repair after they give you their estimate.
taken advantage of YES. Does my tenant feel lied to yes. I will always pay for work done but this.........this stinks! How about it EP....where's the bill? What is fair? ($300 +$169) for repair camera/snake/work and repayment for not unclogging the sewer line, that IF YOU HAD USED A CAMERA IN THE FIRST PLACE would not have happened. And I would not be writing this review!

Was charged $1000 for a ""temporary fix"" that included sawing out a huge piece of the wall. They charged $360 to use a camera and after getting the bill we called another company to see if that was an average cost. The other company only charged $200 for a camera. Go with this place if you want to pay top dollar for poor quality.
