My kitchen faucet had a part break. Started searching. Home Depot was supposed to have the kit with the part in it in stock. I tried several stores. Guy at Home Depot was nice enough to tell me about England Plumbing! What an amazing place! Chris got me the part (didn't try to sell me the whole faucet or kit!) .... He was friendly, helpful and explained in detail how to put the new part in. I'm 60, not a plumber ( just a lady who needed help!) Chris even offered to put the part in on my faucet if I couldn't do it on my own if I brought the handle down. Gave me written and diagrammed instructions, smiles, was funny, kind and so helpful!!! How did I not know about this gem of a business??? No bs!! So hard to find these days!! Will refer everyone I know or run in to to this place!!! Thanks so much Chris!!! New customer and fan forever!!!

This has to be one of the best plumbing stores in all of Utah! I'd say it's a best kept secret but they are seriously busy!! It's incredible how helpful they are given how busy they are and I had help ordering ABS & SDR 35 to redo my entire home! Huge props to these guys!

Had an issue with the bathroom sink. I went to Home Depot for a part needed to stop the leak. Was told I need to order a part I had no idea where it was suppose to go in this sink. A friend suggested I go to this place. Said they might even put the part on for me, as best as they could. There we go with the sink in hand. Chris helped us and guess what? He put the new part on the sink and explained what needed to happen to get the sink working again. No more Home Depot for me! Thanks Chris, sink is working again and no more leak.

As a do-it-yourselfer on really old stuff about 100 years old, I need a place that stocks the old stuff and has employees that can offer assistance if I need it. I have come to know Chris and his crew, relatively well, who have been nothing short of wonderful and life-saving in my crazy adventures in vintage home restoration and plumbing woes.

If they don't have what I need, they'll source it for me. If what (I think) I want doesn't exist, they won't sell me the wrong thing to make a sale. They'll tell me the honest truth that may break my heart or they will find what I (need) even if they don't have it in stock. This last ancient-style shower faucet came from who knows where but I needed it and they actually found what I needed. Unreal.

The professionalism is invaluable to me.

I've been taking as much of my business as I can to England for over 30 years. I've dumped a bunch of pipes on their counter and expected them to tell me exactly what I need and how to make it all work. Sometimes I shove a drawing at them, and they decipher it and make me smarter. Plumbing shouldn't be hard--if you have the knowledge. And they have the knowledge to make it easy.

My daughter just bought a house, and the next generation is learning how to be a homeowner, with the help of Chris and his peeps.

I am as far from knowledgeable about plumbing as a guy can be. Which is why I've been lucky enough to have a business like England Plumbing for parts and advice on any residential, small plumbing job I might hazard to try. The counter guys are friendly, welcoming of questions and ultra-knowledgeable about every nuance of plumbing jobs and hardware. They have also more than once saved me money by repairing for a minimal amount, parts I'd brought in to replace. They do not short shrift any customer, but willingly take their time with each individual. And they manage to do it all with friendliness and humor. This is a rare business with an even rarer staff. Us semi-lame, do-it-yourselfers are lucky England is around. I thought they deserved a shout out.
