Jennifer D.This place is the only place to go for plumbing supplies. Walked in told them what we were planning and walked out with everything we needed in less then 15 minutes. Amazing service.
Stone D.We need to keep these kinds of places alive and well. They had the right parts for my old Faucets.
Vida A.I knew what I needed and there it was right as I walked in. Easy breezy. The cashier managed to check me out while another couple were questioning a purchase. I love people who can multi task. Convenient location. Helpful staff. Awesome!
The only place to go for plumbing parts and advice. These guys know everything! They rebuilt all my outdoor faucets for me on the spot, and charged me for a few tiny washers. They have always had what I needed, whether it was a plumbing part or advice on how to do a plumbing job myself. England is a Salt Lake tradition, and it's great to see them still going strong.
Kelly S.Have used these guys with excellent success for many years now, i'm no plumber but I am handy, these guys always go out of their way to make it easy. Today I called at 4:45 for a washer, (that he confirmed they had by letting me send a photo to his personal cell phone), seems I was not going to make it... But.... He was going to be there a bit later and opened the dark store for me a half hour later, all for my .43 washer.
They will get my business as long as I fix and they sell.
Taylor H.Dudes that work there are rad. They'll spend as much time as necessary to explain how to do your project. Prices are good. Support this small business. Try them before Home Depot
Riad S.This place is the best! Reminds of the Ace Hardwares back when I was a kid that used to have every little thing you'd ever need. I'd picture the pieces I need in my head and Home Depot doesn't have it... So, I'd try this place and they have it or some variation that works! Not only that, the guys are so knowledgeable that they give you better and cheaper ideas and options!
Aimee C.Sometimes I wish that Yelp had the option for a once-in-a-blue-moon 6 star review, because England Plumbing would get it from me.
I'm the duchess of here on Yelp even though I have forgotten to check in once and been unable to check in because a visit was within 4 hours of another. Here's my run down:
Trip One: Describe my problem and am told EXACTLY how to take apart what in order to get the part out, and to bring it to them and they will help me.
Trip Two: Bring said part. Meet Chris. Learn that Chris is pretty much a rock star. He replaced parts on the thing that wasn't working right. He didn't make me feel like a dumb girl despite my announcing ""I'm a dumb girl"". He took the time to explain to me what I needed to do.
..... I go home and, not understanding my own strength, overtighten the nut and after realizing my mistake, attempt to remove and replace it. By overtightening it, I had damaged some threads and the part was stuck and rendered useless.
Trip Three: Chris sends me home with a whole new assembly and more advice, plus an idea for plan B. At this point stuff is pretty screwed up and it's my fault and I'm just glad he didn't laugh at me and grateful for his knowledge.
..... I break something else.
Trip Four: Chris agrees with me that I'm probably pretty screwed but offers me a tool to borrow that might work. If I'm really, really lucky.
..... I go home, confirm that I am in fact screwed.
..... I called a plumber.
Seriously though, I'm not rating my success as a DIY plumber. I'm rating the knowledge and service provided by these guys, and they are above top notch. I, on the other hand, will not be attempting anything even remotely resembling a plumbing project ever again in my life.
Trip Five will be to return the tool and probably bring cookies as a thank-you. I've never brought cookies to a store in my life. I bring cookies to people a lot.
Scot S.They have saved me hundreds of dollars over the years helping me do it myself. One time I took in some pictures of a leaky drum trap in my basement ceiling. They looked it over, told me to get rid of the thing, and helped me engineer a better solution.
Had a plumber quote the job at $550. I did it in a night with $24 dollars in supplies and the invaluable service at England Plumbing.
Today, I had another issue and they treated me with respect and helped educate me. They are so awesome, I decided to take 15 minutes tonight and review them on a few sites. I at least owe them that for how great they've been to me.
Thank you,
Scot
Hoang N.Had a problem with a leaky 40's tub faucet. Home Depot and Lowe's did not have the correct part. The guy at HD said England would absolutely have what I needed and gave me the address. (props to the awesome customer service at HD)
Once I got there I was in and out in 10 minutes with what I needed and some tips on how to do my repair.
If there is a line be patient. They give everybody the best customer service and help you with whatever questions you have.
