We were provided great service. We had a leave in our bathtub and We requested an appointment via Yelp and they responded within 10 and were able to provide us with an appointment the next day between 8-9am. Our technician was Steve and he arrived at exactly 8am and provided us a quote. He was amazing enough to wait for my husband to go and purchase the faucet that needed to be replaced.

I love that they send you a text message confirming your appointment and then on the day of the appointment they text you providing you a picture of the technician who will be completing the service call. With all the uncertainty it's great that they provide you with such service so you know exactly who you are opening the door too.

We had a ceiling leak/stain that appeared to be in the vicinity of the upstairs bathroom but no visible water. Steve from Encore came out to inspect and repair and did a really good job. He discussed the possibilities for inspection to determine where the leak was coming from, which could have involved opening ceiling drywall or carpet - he started with the least invasive approach and it turned out that's where the problem was!
