Our AC system was was not cooling, and after trouble-shooting myself I knew it was not something I could handle myself. The entire system needed to be replaced as the compressor was shot, the contacter was bad, the safety fuse box was old and questionable. Additionally, the system was oversized for our house, likely contributing to the burnout. We needed an entire system replacement. I had a few quotes written up. While Encore was not the cheapest, they were the most responsive, professional, knowledgeable and thorough. They were also able to get us on the schedule faster than any other service. The install was quick and clean, there was a snag with the electrical in the attic that was solved immediately, and our new smaller system is excellent and efficient. I will absolutely use Encore again and will recommend them to others.

Steve came out to save the day ! We purchased our home a few weeks ago and the tankless water heater stopped working and there was no hot water for our family of 6! It was a complete disaster. But Encore was quick to respond to our service request and even tried to help us trouble shoot over the phone first ! They sent someone out right away and Steve was honest, thorough, knowledgeable and got us set up on the membership plan. He even offered some additional services such as water filtration and ac maintenance ! We signed up right away! Appreciate all your help and quick response on the same day ! Truly appreciate all the info you provided us and appreciate your flexibility in time to service our home. Will highly recommend encore to anyone looking for an honest person not just looking out to make a quick dollar but rather someone who took the time to share with us what issues we could be experiencing! He even checked our water pressure and said ent through a checklist. Luckily we did not need to replace our water heater thank goodness but we figured the monthly service couldn't hurt in case this happened again ! Thanks again

I contacted Encore Plumbing and Air with a plumbing issue and they immediately responded. What's more, is that they had a technician out the next day to assess my situation. This was greatly appreciated seeing as it was already mid-afternoon when I contacted them. At any rate, the technician came right on time and thoroughly assessed my situation and diagnosed the issue. Then to my surprise, the technician did not pressure for him to make the repair. Instead, he actually explained what the issue was and briefly instructed how the repair could be done without necessarily having a ""professional"" perform the task. That kind of honesty and customer service is almost unheard of these days! Encore Plumbing and Air is now my go to for any and all of my future plumbing and air conditioning needs.

Steve Elwart was extremely knowledgeable and informed me of the multiple ways the plumbing in our bathroom could be repaired. Unfortunately for me he had to cut a hole in our wall for better access to do the repair. He also recommend someone for the drywall which was helpful and to my surprise he was very neat and clean. When I went upstairs to see the his finished work. He had cleaned up and the debris from the drywall he cut including the dust from a near by table. I also decided to purchase the loyalty package because it will eventually pay for its self.
