Jake (not from State Farm, but from Encore plumbing heating and air) is the one of the best service personnel I've ever had come and help with my air conditioner. He took the time and explained everything. Waited to make sure the problem was fixed, and followed up to make sure me and my family were taken care of. If anyone asked for a recommendation, I say Encore every time.

What can I say from the start from the initial phone call to the service. Customer service has been awesome. I forgot the young lady that answer the phone she was awesome. The technician (Andrian) that came out to do preventative maintenance and routine check up on my ac was very informative and walk me through the process. He was very knowledgeable and informative on what needs to be done and not to be done. I give him 5 stars by itself. Family I highly recommend them for your ac service. Very respectful, awesome, clean service and affordable prices.

We had to move our gas line down the wall to accommodate our new kitchen remodel. The new stove would need to be lower than previous. Encore fit me in the next morning. Came out did the work and sent photos without me even in the home. Clean and responsible crew, highly recommend!

I had Encore replaced a pipe (which was above the ground) to stop my sprinklers from leaking and a toilet float to stop water from running on its own every now and then after flushing. They charged me $410 with nothing fixed as requested and my toilet got worse because now water runs very often and seems unstoppable, so I called them to come over again to see what's wrong.

On their second time here, they discovered more problems and ""broken"" things that need to be replaced. I asked them what were that pipe and float replacement for, they gave me something like: you agreed to fix the pipe but not sprinklers/ this pipe broke and now this pipe broke too/ you might need a new toilet which is around $350...I thought they're taking advantage of me since I was clueless, so I requested for a partial refund, was told they'd mail me a check of $110.

I wasted time and money trusting they would have things fixed because I was very worried about getting fined due to water restriction along with high water bill...But they made things worse.

Jake and another lady came to check our old AC as its not cooling. Found out it needs refrigerant and it has a leak thus sealant was applied. Jake and partner where on time, courteous, professional and upfront with what can be done or not. I really appreciate them wearing a mask and even has shoes covering when they entered our home. Hope the the fix will buy us sometime before we are ready to have it replaced.

4 stars are the best i give out, 5 will be really out of the ordinary kind rating.

It was time to replace our dinosaur of an AC unit and I knew exactly which company I was going to go with. I've used Encore a few times in the past and I wanted to be prepared for this summer and not have to worry if my unit would break on us like it did before. I received a quote on a Friday and by the following Wednesday my new HVAC and furnace system was installed. I was also able to replace our old water heater. Derek and his team go above and beyond to ensure that you get the best service out there. Everyone was so kind and professional and that put me at ease to know I could trust them. I can't recommend Encore enough, if you have the smallest repair to get done or something major like I did, go with Encore. They do offer financing which was a big help with this project. Definitely happy with this investment. Now I don't have to worry about the upcoming hot summer days and cold winter nights. If your in the market to replace your system don't wait until it breaks. Replacement parts etc might be hard to find once the summer hits. Thank you Derek and the Encore team.

I can't say enough good things about Encore Plumbing and Air! They have saved me quickly and completely when I've had major issues (like only having cold air blowing during New Year's weekend...and a fan that wouldn't shut off yesterday). From the owner, Derek, to his awesome technicians (shout out to Jake and Frank), I no longer worry about anything HVAC or plumbing related. Totally satisfied and appreciative!

Responded to our request for emergency AC repair in less than 10 minutes! Stayed in constant communication, was up-front about emergency services fee (which was still affordable). Provided an ETA. Arrived on time, was knowledgeable, respectful, and best of all, got the job done! Now we can keep the house nice and cool :) Definitely considering their subscription services now.
