Encore responded promptly to my request and provides very good customer service. However, they are overcharging for their service. The HVAC unit at my rental property was not cooling consistently throughout the home. Encore recommended to refill with two pounds of R-22 refrigerant at $250 per pound. This is considerably higher than what I paid to refill at my residence in OC one week earlier ($150/lb). Very dissatisfied with the value of the service...

I needed a gas line for my barbecue, but the price was prohibitive and I could get by just by changing where I wanted the grill so I didn't pursue the project. Still, if I had pursued it, I likely would have chosen Encore.

Our AC unit was blowing warm air so I messaged Encore after reading their fantastic reviews and expected a delay in response due to the extremely hot weather, but they actually messaged back within minutes and were out the same day. The repairman was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. The repair was quick and the charge extremely reasonable.

Very impressed with this company and the service technician (Jake) dispatched to do maintenance on the A/C. Jake was very knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing in layman's terms so I could understand the process. Another company installed the furnace & A/C last May and failed to connect the condensation line and it was dripping under the house. After doing the inside maintenance, Jake crawled under the house (mobile home) and took pictures for me. He scheduled a return appointment to attach the condensation line. Very happy customer.
