These guys did an amazing job on helping me diagnose furnace problems as well as installing a new furnace for me. My furnace was short cycling after I had another less reputable company fix a component. They not only sat here for 5 hours to figure out what was wrong with the furnace but then they also came back and did a five-hour install on a new one and I am very happy with their work

My air conditioner stopped working late Friday afternoon. I called that day and they got someone out to me within 3 hours. Unfortunately I needed a whole new unit (mine was 14 years old). I had a few other companies come out the following day to get a few quotes, but Encore was hands down the best cost. And not just the cost, but the quality of their customer service played a huge part for me. The owner Derek who came out Friday night was really nice and surprisingly honest. He encouraged I shop around and get quotes before going with his company. I know nothing about air conditioning units so I appreciated his honesty and explaining the process to me. He had his crew come out within a few days of me calling him Sunday and leaving a v/m. They were all professional and nice. Again the owner even came by to check in and make sure things were good and oversee their work. Overall just a great company with a great work ethic and personal care for their customers!

Had my AC unit stop working in AUGUST, and the temp outside was 105°!! Called Encore, and they came out and did an amazing job diagnosing and fixing it! Frank the technician and his coworker were fast, kind and most of all, honest! Thanks Encore! I'll definitely be using you for any of my heating and air conditioning needs. I was also pleased to find out they do plumbing!! I highly recommend them to all!

The AC was only blowing cool air intermittently. Derek was able to come out the day after I contacted Encore to check out the unit. Fortunately the unit misbehaved while Derek was checking it out. There were a couple of fasteners (some kind of security screws) that he did not have to tool to remove so he had to leave and procure the proper bit to remove them. He returned later in the afternoon with the bit and within just a few minutes was able to diagnose the problem and replace the part that needed to be replaced. Pricing was reasonable, straightforward and upfront. I only wish I had known about him a week sooner when I had a plumbing problem. Any issues I might have in the future I will certainly make the first call to Encore.

Our ac didn't turn on last night. I went on a full panic trying to find the right people to help. Thankfully for the reviews it helped me at ease. I gave them a shot and I'm so glad I did.
