I don't think there is a more reliable on time caring company in all of Miami. There is nothing bad to say at all. From the staff that answers the phone promptly to Juan Garcia who worked explaining everything along the way. Complete complete trust.. Please use them !!!!

I used Empire several times for plumbing issues and always had incredible service. When I purchased a new house and needed an opinion on the pipes I called them immediately. The owner called me and gave me incredible advice! He even offered to meet me at the house to devise a plan to update anything necessary. The owner is passionate and truly concerned with customer service and their reputation. A definite 5 star review and call them if you need a plumbing specialist!

They haven't showed up for a meeting and then firstly said they are still on another appointment and after that they lied to us that they called us but nobody answered. We wasted our day just to wait on them. Very unprofessional company.

after setting up a review 2 days in advance and letting them know this was critical, they made me wait all day Friday - until 5 PM in Miami Beach during a vacation and i had to call to find out that they wouldn't make it... Just complete shit service and crappy attitudes.. good place to go if you want to meet some ex cons.

This is a horrible company and you should avoid using them. I called to make an appt the night before for a morning appt. between 9 and 11. By 10:30 I called to see when they would show up. They said they would call me right back, well, they didn't call until 1 pm. After they didn't call right back I called another company. When they called at 1 they said they called my home and work numbers, the work number I didn't instruct them to call. I had no missed calls on my other phone, so they lied. At 1 pm they said since they called me early and I didn't answer, they sent the repair guy to the next job. So, tell me, if that was the case, why didn't they tell me that at 10:30 instead of 1 pm. I will NEVER use them again.

I had a leak in my kitchen sink. I made an appointment. Dispatch said someone would be there between 11-1pm. So I waited...and waited...no one ever showed or called to say they wouldn't be coming. So I went about my day. I'm outside in the park with my dog at 2:30 and my doorman calls to tell me Empire is here...only an hour and half late and no call to warn me he's on his way. great customer service! NOT on the plus side, he was done in 20 minutes. knew what he was doing. showed me faulty part so I knew what happened. nice guy. just not a very professional operation.

I recommend strongly against using Empire. I think that they are generally honest, but simply incompetent. Over a month ago, we called Empire to make what we thought was a simple repair. The temperature control on our Kohler shower did not work. Another faucet in another shower did not work at all. We called Empire. They sent out a rep. He he agreed it did not work. He said that parts were broken in both showers and said that they would order new parts. He took photos-but no information regarding part numbers our faucet models. He said that was unnecessary. After some time, likely 10 days, Empire advised us that one of the parts we needed were on back order. Weeks weeks by. But finally, after a few false alarms (""""they sent the part"""" the part didn't come"""") Empire called to tell us that the part had arrived. Their rep came out. And said it was the wrong part. It appears that the people from Empire are not sophisticated enough to order by part number. Instead, they take a picture of your plumbing, send it to the manufacturer and let the manufacturer figure out what part you need. And according to Empire, Kohler figured wrong. On both showers. That is right-after weeks of waiting, Empire was still unable to fix anything because they had ordered the wrong parts. Which I guess means that we waited because a part we did not need was on back order. As for the part we did need, Empire wanted to think that over. And of course, Empire was up for trying again. But in this entire time, nobody from Empire told us what was wrong or broken and why parts needed replacement as opposed to repair. To the extent that Empire can do more than screw in and out duplicate pieces of plumbing-they did not demonstrate any such skill here. So I decided to go with another plumber, one who could explain the problem and fix it. Now to be fair, Empire did not charge us for any of this. But if you want a plumber who can fix your problems in a reasonable time frame as well as for a reasonable cost-look elsewhere.

South Beach Construction has been working with Al Albaz and his team at Empire Plumbing for the past 20+ years and we would not work with any other plumbing contractor. They are very reliable, dependable and very competitive. It is a family owned and operated business for over 30+ years and I highly recommend Empire Plumbing for all of your plumbing needs.

Very bad customer service. The lady on the phone wasn't clear when making an appointment and providing the plumber's insurance. She told me after 2 days calling her that the plumber's licence takes up to 72 hours (when on the beginning she said it was only a few minutes) and I have to notify the association 24 hours before, and of course, reschedule my appointment again due to her mistake. She made me waste 2 days and my time calling her. She has no idea how to deal with clients, and it is not patient and constantly interrupting me while I was trying to explain one more time my concern. Once I told her that because she made a mistake I have to reschedule, all of a sudden she decided not to provide the service. What a shame that persons like her make a company look so bad.

Be aware of this company!!!! I called yesterday morning to schedule a plumber to come and fix a leaking under my sink. The girl over the phone she ensured me a plumber will be arriving from 12 to 2pm. I took some hours off from work and just waited for him to come for hours. I called back and the lady over the phone she said the plumber will be probably arriving in 1 hour or so. I was a little bit confuse since they are literally next door from my house. However - I waited more. Long story short NO PLUMBER EVER SHOW UP OR CALL. Literally took a day off from work to waiting around for this unprofessional and unreliable people. Don't waste your money with this company! Now I understand why so many low ratings...
