The service from Emory Plumbing was fantastic! They were very polite and courteous on the phone and they sent a quote to us in a very timely manner. The plumber arrived on time and also was wonderful to deal with. He was very knowledgeable about his job and completed in less than the estimated time. Afterwards the office called us to make sure everything went well. I will use Emory again for my plumbing and electrical needs. I highly recommend them. Best service I've ever had!

Lacking people skills and unreliable. After speaking with an ill-tempered man on the phone, I was told I would receive a call back from someone who could help me with my water heater. I never did. Their after hours support is nonexistent, they have no business claiming they are 24 hour.

Emory has great customer service and was very timely in their response! We were on vacation in Colorado and our son called us on Sunday afternoon and said our water heater was leaking. We called Emory (our go-to plumbing company!!) and a new water heater was installed the next morning! We are very happy with their service and commitment to clients to provide fast, professional plumbing repairs!

Saw the yellow truck in front of my house while the guys were on a different job. Was currently waiting for another company to come bid a job and asked them if they'd be interested to also bid the job and take a look when they were done. Bryan and Francisco came in, were friendly, knowledgeable and offered to help even though they easily could have said they were in between jobs and to please call to schedule.

I called Emory plumbing to diagnose and fix a clogged kitchen sink (new sink & garbage disposal in our recently renovated kitchen).

It was simple to schedule an appointment and their plumber, Francisco was on time and got it all done within 20 minutes. He also gave me the possible reasons why it got clogged and No, he didn't scare me with a humongous repair BS story. It all made sense and it was a quick fix. These guys do good work at a reasonable price.
