I sent handyman and drainer to take care of the kitchen pipe clogging issue and even changed the garbage disposal back and forth but it did not solve the problem. Then I talked to Branden from Emory who is so experienced that he can tell where the problem is right away. Emory sent a plumber to clean the clogging professionally on next day. I could have saved all the money spent on handyman and drainer if I had called Emory first. I had an emergency come up where our condo main bathroom shower was leaking down to the underground parking. I called and Emory sent Carlos out right away. He was able to identify the leak location as well as correct the issue quickly. He also made recommendations of how I can correct some minor things he saw to prevent any other issues from coming up with that shower. While he was here he was also able to go up to my neighbors to fix their water line to the refrigerator (she had called the day prior) when she had asked me who I used for my plumbing needs and I recommended Emory. We are very happy with the service and the fact that they sent Carlos out who has been to our apt several times for other issues and knows the plumbing in the building which of course made the repair time less.

I will definitely continue using Emory.
