Mohammed was the first to respond to my Yelp request and he's available to go on site within an hour. It turns out not only his rate is the best but also most importantly his quality of professional work is top notch. He replaced water heater, piping and water lines insulation etc up to all new codes, also secured it with addition wood bricks behind it in case of earthquake without my ask. I would ask him again in the future if I need water heater service. Highly recommended.

Woke up to find out our water heater pilot light had gone out. We know how to relight it but it would not stay lit. I called and got help. I appreciate someone who says what time they will be available and staying in touch and showing up. By watching him work I can see he is very qualified and knowledgeable. Our water heater went bad after many years. Mohammad was very responsive and friendly. He asked if he can come over to check out the problem that same day and give us an estimate. He was equally priced as the others but attentive and ready to do the job on the spot.

He really knows his stuff and the work was clean and done within an hour.

The hot water didn't fill up my new bathtub. I called to change out my water heater to a tankless. Mohammad responded to my request almost immediately. He followed up with me and we set up a time for him to come out to give me a quote. My property isn't set up well for a tankless because I have a propane tank and the line running to my house isn't large enough so the pressure going into the tankless heater would cause problems and likely not work. Mohammad suggested a more realistic alternative and sent me a quote timely. While he came out for the quote he increased the temperature on my existing water heater. Well, when he did that, it fixed my problem! What a great solution and cost me $0! I would definitely call Mohammad again because he is reasonable in price, responsive, and reliable.

Sooo thankful I found this company on Yelp. Early on a Saturday morning, our backstop emergency water tank started spewing water. I called several other companies on Yelp but no one was available urgently on a Saturday. I contacted Emergency Water Heater and the owner Mohammed answered right away. I sent over a photo and video of the problem and he quickly gave me a quote and was at my house within 1.5 hours. He quickly replaced the new tank! What a relief!! Hopefully we will not have any issues in the future with our hot water tank but if we do, I am calling this company to service our home!

Our water heater didn't work after my husband tried to take a bath. We found Emergency Water Heater and Plumbing and called. They answered right away and said they could be out the next day between 9:30 and 11 am. I texted our information to them and they confirmed the appointment promptly. They called the next morning to say he would be there within 20-30 minutes and he was. He (Mohammed) came in (wearing a mask), checked the water heater and determined that it was the therma couple (sp) and gave me a quote. He finished within 30 minutes. I am very pleased and will recommend them to anyone who has water heater problems.
