I had already received estimates on the cost to install a Ring flood light over my garage So, I did not ask about the cost because knew the going rate. In the middle of the job. The older worker turns to me and says ""This job is going to cost you $700."" I was shocked because
this type of job would normally run between $250 and $300. I paid for it, however, I will not use this company again nor recommend it to anyone based on over-pricing a basic installation job. I forgot to mention that this price included my senior citizen discount.

Recently my water heater broke, on Sunday afternoon of all times. The water started leaking in the garage at first, but within the hour the water started going into the house. Being that it was Sunday and I went back to work on Monday I didn't know who to call. I found this company on Yelp, had good reviews so I decided to call. I spoke with someone right away, they said they could be out first thing in the morning Monday. Sure enough I got a text letting me know they were on their way around 9am, my daughter and wife were home so they were able to let him in. He saw the problem and they called me, I was told I needed to replace the entire water heater, he would also replace some piping and other parts. I just had to give the OK. I did and within the hour he was back working on it. By the time lunch came around the water heater was installed and water back on. He was professional, quick, and did a good job installing everything. Definitely recommend.

Mohammed responded to my call right away and kept me informed about when he would arrive. He provided same day service. He was quick and efficient. I gave him 3 stars because I felt he over priced for the service performed.

He reminded me that I had called him for a quote on a new water heater install in 2019. I didn't remember at first, but then later recalled that I chose to go with another plumber because Mohammed's quote was almost $800 more than the other plumber.

Mohammed is very professional and reliable, but considerably more expensive in comparison to other companies that are as professional and reliable.

We found our water tank leaking. It was shocking because we had no clue why there were orangy water lines running out from the top of the tank. We realized it was something wrong. It was the Saturday noon before the President's Day. We had to find a plumber quick to figure this out. We made a few calls and found Mohammad. He told us we had to replace the tank after he looked at some pictures we sent. He was willing to work with our Home Warranty insurance and got an authorization successfully. Unfortunately, he was fully booked the rest of Saturday. However, he made himself available for us early Sunday.

He instructed us to turn off the water and empty the tank in the meantime. We sent him more pictures and he walked us through exactly what to do. He was so helpful and patient with us, who had never dealt with a situation like this. He was responsive keeping us informed while we were waiting for the insurance's authorization.

We were so glad that he could work with the insurance, had the supply, guided us to empty the tank, and showed up on time early sunday morning. He did a fantastic job to end the nightmare for us. We will totally hire him again if we have a plumbing situation.

Very honest! Owning a property in Cali and living in another state is hard to get someone to take a look and be honest and trying to take an arm and leg with prices! He was straight forward with prices and what could be issue and what I was looking at price wise. He ended up finding out my water heater was a recall from years ago that we did not know. He went above and beyond to help me out something he didn't have to do. Or could've easily taken advantage of the situation (like another company tried too). So I highly highly recommend! There is still real HONEST people!!
