Our shower wasn't just dripping, it was literally like turned on and had a flow. We had to turn off the water totally. I was not happy.

My water heater leaked last Wednesday. I called several companies in the area and no one can come right away or quote me over the phone. I found Mohammed and his company through Yelp and oh boy, the reviews were true! He was quick to quote and his price was reasonable! He came right away. After 12 days working with a plumber with Old Republic I had enough, the old plumber came yesterday and replaced parts and still didn't work, he came back out and said he would have to replace hot water heater, by the time he was able to come back out it would be another week or later, they were busy. Now get this husband had open heart surgery and has to clean his huge chest incision daily and now we have another week or more after 12 days of no hot water. Said forget it, called Emergency Water Heater, they said we can come right now. I said give me time to see if they are going to pay me back for this. Old Republic will refund me for this in 14 days ( I had to use my credit card). I called Emergency Water and Plumbing and they came out in 45 min , new water heater installed in 2 hours. Love them guys. I will refer them over and over , they are also reasonable. They are professionals. Thank you Emergency Water Heater and Plumbing, no more trips 30 miles to use someone's shower.

After reading many many reviews I am so pleased I chose this company. I just bought my house and had to replace an old water heater. They came out at 4 for a quote. Their not cheap but a fair price. You get what you pay for and this Bradford White is going to last a long time. They were very pleasant knowledgeable and clean vacuumed and swept the whole area. complete work was discussed over the phone during first call, unlike other service vendors. No time wasted and no run arounds, tech was straightforward with cost, pricing, warranty, product knowledge. Needed work done and completed in no time. Techs were in time to finish work and best quality heater installed for reasonable price. I called 8 different service vendors but Emergency Water Heater techs were the best quality, most professional, honest, best priced, and knowledgeable workers I've encountered and completed work when needed. Work was completed half the time. If I called other service co, they would still be in the process of sending to check out for estimate. Other service co. would need to send estimator then will schedule another time for repair. No time wasted with Emergency Water Heater Company. Will definitely use them again and highly recommended to others.
