Update: I had a problem with the kitchen sink backing up. Called it in and Garrett showed up. He quickly resolved a problem and cleaned up the area as well. I was impressed with his experience and courteous manner. He mentioned that he had been in the business for awhile but had only recently started working for ERP. He said this company was a lot different than some of the other plumbing companies. Besides quality, this company stressed to him the importance of customer service and cleaning up afterwards. Overall, Garrett did a great job and my experience was an A++. That's 2 for 2 and they are batting a 1.000.

We had a leak under the house that went undetected for months. We thought it was a minor fix under the sink, but it wasn't and calling ERP was the best move. Garrett determined it to be a very hazardous condition and coordinated the cleanup, repair and drying out in a matter of a couple of days. Professional and clean and we would hire them again. First time using ERP. Tiolet didn't seem to be filling right and water level low.. a recent flooring project it had been removed and reset. I was concerned something may be wrong. Called on Tuesday evening and spoke with William. Book appointment for first thing Wednesday. Garrett was assigned my job. He was on time & couldn't find anything wrong. Peace of mind restored. Both gentlemen were polite, professional and put me at ease. Garrett was clean and wore booties over his shoes without my requesting- nice touch. I am glad to find a plumber available 24/7!

We've used ERP 3 times now. They always answer right away and send someone within an hour. This time they sent Garrett. He was so professional and polite, I was blown away. In a day when it seems like civility it's gone, it's so nice to work with a company with excellent customer service. We had a blocked sewer line, he used his camera and showed me the roots and was very transparent about everything he was doing. They send text updates on when they're arriving and when service is complete. I'm really pleased with their customer service from start to finish.
