Our water heater pilot would not ignite and my husband spent hours trying to fix it. After calling other plumbing companies and only receiving voice mail, he made the call to ERP (randomly). ERP picked up and were at our house within an hour (maybe sooner). Our plumber was Tim, and he was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He figured out the problem and in no time, the hot water heater was working just fine and we could go on with our day... with hot water. ERP will be our ""go to"" plumbers from now on. Thanks, Tim!

No one wants a ""shitty"" Christmas but when the poop started flowing into all kitchen, wet bar and bathroom sinks, and in the tub and on the floors, these guys came to the rescue!

They arrived on time, we're friendly and professional, and saved the day. No more except where it should be. Way to go guys, great job, especially on a Christmas Day. And the price was reasonable too! Thank you.

It's Christmas Eve and our garbage disposal stopped working leaving our sink clogged. I was worried we wouldn't be able to find anyone to fix the sink given it is Christmas Eve. Emergency response was the first call I made and they scheduled someone to come out five hours later. Tim was the gentleman they sent out. He was clean and efficient. He gave us tips to help our sink from clogging again. Very professional and efficient. Thank you.

This is my second time using ERP to address plumbing issues related to the home we recently purchased. Tim did a great job addressing the issue. first of all, someone on call did called me back on thanksgiving day morning. It not your dispatcher, office is closed or no dispatcher that day.
I did credit you for pick up the phone to help me out, and said someone will call me back, which he did.
I fully disclosed to all companies that day, that I am a plumber in las Vegas. My only question is can he come out that day to snake or jetting the kitchen drain line. Emergency call 250.00 , and the service is 1400.00
This is the point. He did not want to go to work at 11am.
The home owner is 89 yrs old, and he was my customer at beginning 24 yrs ago. we been friend since.
so for the service price and do not want to go to work, why advertised 24/7 ? I am servicing my customer here in Vegas, and tried to get service in Mission Viejo. And you give excused that you only do with homeowner when I am paying for it. That incredible. I am glad that Purpose Driven Plumbing came out to the house in 15 mins, done in 20 mins, cost me 265.00 for the service on thanksgiving and I add another 100.00 for taking care of the home owner, and I paid by credit card Auth code: 07521S

These guys do great work! Got our drains unclogged in just a few hours from the time I called. Christian was fast, efficient and super sweet. Cost was very reasonable as well.

Tim Hudzunski came out and did a fabulous job! He had to do some troubleshooting to find the leak, he was able to do it with minimal damage. Compared to other plumbers we've used in the past Tim gave us a fair price. I will never use another plumber again and will most definitely refer my friends! Thanks Tim

We had a major Plumbing leak under our house in villapark Ted Hudzinski sent his crew out too fix it. They were quick and very reasonably priced. The guys were great about crawling under the house in a very tight space and doing a video of what needed to be fixed. Then again of the repair.. I would definitely recommend them to my my friends. Update: I had a problem with the kitchen sink backing up. Called it in and Garrett showed up. He quickly resolved a problem and cleaned up the area as well. I was impressed with his experience and courteous manner. He mentioned that he had been in the business for awhile but had only recently started working for ERP. He said this company was a lot different than some of the other plumbing companies. Besides quality, this company stressed to him the importance of customer service and cleaning up afterwards. Overall, Garrett did a great job and my experience was an A++. That's 2 for 2 and they are batting a 1.000.
