I wanted to thank Chris, Felix and Cristian for coming out within an hour of my request to detect and fix my urgent gas leak problem. We are close to the holidays and plumbers are all busy!

They went down into our unchartered underground crawlspace and mapped out where everything was, then thoroughly pressure checked all of the appliances and gas pipes and made sure they didn't miss anything. They located where the gas pipe leak was. They cut and capped that line, eliminating the device. In the testing process they replaced two of our old gas valves, and found and fixed two additional small gas leaks that we had not noticed.

They got the job done in less than 3 hours. This was awesome. They also alerted us and personally showed us a water leak that they had discovered in the crawlspace, and let us know that the size of the gas pipe feeding to our pool heater was too small for that heater, was not up to code and was probably the reason why our pool heater had crashed a few times ever since we bought the house two months ago. They recommended that we follow up with our home warranty to fix these issues.

Slab leak. Two words that strike fear and dread into the heart of homeowners. A few days ago I was the unfortunate victim of a slab leak. I was preparing to go upstairs to bed for the evening when I found a large pool of water in front of my refrigerator. I had been hearing what sounded like running water for a few days but could not determine the source until that evening. I called ERP at 1am and William said that he could send someone out or I could simply turn off the water and wait until the following morning. I chose the latter and the next morning, a nice young man named Tim showed up and diagnosed the issue as being a possible slab leak. He informed his office of what he discovered and then told me that Chris and Christian would be coming out to further diagnose the issue I was having.

Chris appeared on my doorstep shortly thereafter and informed me that he would be joined by his twin brother Christian to assist. I was immediately impressed by his professionalism and politeness and he was dressed appropriately for this Covid time we're in. As Chris was getting the layout of the house as well as the location of all of the water fixtures, his brother Christian arrived and they began searching for the source of the leak in earnest. They informed me that they would be cutting no more than four holes in the drywall to locate the water manifold and were true to their word as only three holes were cut, one of which I suggested they do because I'm stupid.

They then listened very carefully to the cluster of pipes to determine which one was leaking and discovered the culprit. They were able to trace it back to the other side so they knew where the other end of the pipe ended. I was then presented with a couple of different choices to remediate the problem; epoxy or re-routing the pipe around the leak. I chose epoxy and a team of subcontractors came out to perform the action.
The following day, Chris came back out to reinstall some of the drywall (a portion had to be left off so I could get an estimate from a restoration company, not affiliated) and cleaned up after the epoxy team finished their testing and reinstatement.

In the end, I have to commend ERP for having such wonderful employees. Chris and Christian are true professionals and have set the bar very high for the industry. Their knowledge, work ethic and empathy were exactly what was needed to ally my anxiety regarding the whole ""slab leak"" experience. I've had other good plumbers in the past but these guys were truly exceptional and I will always use them for any future plumbing need and implore you to do the same. You will NOT regret it and will sing their praises just as I have here.

Second time using ERP, they are professional, kind, and honest.

They installed a water softener for me this time. Their work is impeccable. Prior to doing the installation, they came out and assessed the area, piping, and gave me an idea of what the plan would be. During the installation they were communicative and informed me of anything they found and the approximate installation time. In addition, due to the current times we are in, they were very considerate about all health and safety procedures and were very accommodating. Overall, I am very satisfied with the installation and their service. I would HIGHLY recommend using them!!

My family has always been the DIY type of family. I decided it was a good idea to use a saw near copper pipe while remodeling my powder room. You can guess how this story ends...

I was in a huge pickle because my shutoff valve decided it didn't want to actually shut off the water to the house. Like I do often, I turned to Yelp to find an emergency plumber.

These guys took my call and dispatched a plumber as quickly as they possibly could. Tim arrived at my home within the specified ETA, and within 2 minutes Niagara Falls turned off.

I was left with a mess, but was lucky enough to find a plumber that not only resolved my emergency issue but also did the job I set out to have completed in the first place.

Tim and Christian were knowledgeable and professional. They are great at their craft. I am happy to say that everything worked out for the best with my project with a bit of help from these guys. I highly recommend this company!
