I called ERP yesterday to see if they could come out THAT DAY and swap out shower heads in the downstairs bathroom. Girl who answered the phone listened and spoke with perfect grammar, relayed my concern to a ""field"" guy ""Chris was it"", sorry if I messed up the names. They said no problem. Quoted me a time of arrival window and a price. A guy came on time and knocked it out just perfectly! Paid with AX and off he went and me with the new shower. Highly recommend this business. From the initial call to shaking the repairman's hand goodbye.

I had water leaking in my backyard which I thought was a sprinkler leak. I had my gardener come out to fix, but come to find out the water a was coming from the slab. I've had previous experiences with slab leaks and I was extremely worried this was going to be big issue. So, I called a few plumbers and Christian was the first person to respond. He explained in detail what he would do to determine where the leak was coming from and how he would handle by providing me options on how to resolve to leak.

I told him the urgency to see if he could come out ASAP. Christian and Chris came out in a hour to my house. They were able to isolate the leak and cap it, so I could still have water for daily use. I'm so glad they came out. Being a realtor for over 20+ years, it's hard to find honest, reliable, and trustworthy people. Both Christian & Chris are truly one of a kind. They are now my ""go to"" plumbers for not only me, but to all my clients going forward.

Got a notice from the water company we had a high speed leak occurring at our home and had to get it fixed asap. We called around and couldn't get a response until I called ERP. Chris got back to me in a few minutes and was at our house within 30 min. He was able to take care of the our issue, stop the water and replace our broken pipe and get the water back on within a couple of hours. Such a relief.

Amazing all around! We had a bad leak happen while installing our bidet so I looked for a 24 hour plumber. Thank God I came across this page. I called at 3:30 and by 4:30
I had two experienced techs at my house. Christian and Mike diagnosed the problem fast, were transparent about the price, professional and very kind. I am amazed they were able to take care of this issue so quickly. They totally put me at ease. I was panicky and anxious since I thought this would be a super long and pricey process but was pleasantly surprised. They even helped me with my fridge before they left. Definitely would use them again and recommend them to friends and family.

I run an AirBNB in Laguna Beach and the gas company shut off the gas! I needed multiple valves replaced and leaks fixed in order to keep all 3 units rented. We would of lost guests and upcoming reservations if they hadn't come out as fast as they did! I called around 1pm and they were already working on my house by 2:30pm!! They fixed everything and the gas company was back the same day to turn on the gas. Mike and Chris did a fantastic job and I'd highly recommend them!
