I had a double sink clogged in the master bath. I called ERP at 11:00 AM. They had a technician at my door by 12:30. They fixed the drains and installed a trap to reduce the cost of future problems. The technicians were excellent. They cleaned up after the repair and left the bathroom looking better than when they started. I was extremely satisfied with the work and the price. I will be using ERP for any future plumbing problems.

Got home on a Friday night to discover an exploded water heater. Christian came right away and assessed the problem. Installed the water heater correctly including replacing the regulator, re-structuring the layout of the previous in adequate install. He did an amazing job and didn't leave until it was 100% correct.

Called ERP with regard to a plumbing leak that needed to be repaired ASAP. Water leaking from the ceiling of the garage. Christian arrived within hour of the call, as I called them 5pm ish. Christian was kind enough to work on the diagnosis immediately to figure out the leak. He was able find the pinhole leak with no issues. Chris Yerena from ERP was awesome! We had water flooding in odd places on the side of our house, garage and a toilet overflow. We ended up not needing their services and cancelled the job shortly after our original call but their technician showed up anyway just to check on us and came in about 45 minutes rather than the 60-90 they originally quoted us. Although they were very quick to get to my house I was very disappointed in the cost to snake 2 toilets and then have to come back the next morning because one of my toilets was still clogged and acted like they were doing me a favor not charging me again. Their answer to my clogged toilets were to not use toilet paper. Very dissatisfied

Everyone's nightmare ... got home at 5:pm and had water in the garage. Slab Leak!!

Called the Team at ERP and Chris De Losrios was fast to respond. Came out that evening ... did a basic check and shut off the water. Team of three with two trucks was there at 8:am the next day and checked all lines and found that I not only had a slab leak ... I had TWO.
