Well overdue post. My husband an I had a leaky value under our kitchen sink. We used ""Home Advisor"" they sent a VERY Inexperienced Plumber. My husband explained what was needed they said it would take there plumber 1.5 hours to complete. Well, it took him 4 days and he still did not do the repair. That leak turned into a waterfall not to mention we had to gather water from the outside facet......like we were Camping. My husband said you need to undo what to tried to fix which took him 8 hours then our Experienced plumber (James) come to the rescue. James from Emergency Plumbing & Solar, had to repair our cooper pipe, put in a new facet. Don't waste your time and dollars using Home Advisor. We recommend James, it took him 1.5 to repair 1st plumbers misfit and do the job efficiently. Thank you James.

Fast, Friendly, and Reasonable!!!! Called EM&S and they came out same day. Had a back up problem were water was coming up from two of my toilets. Kyle was the on-call emergency technician who was very helpful and understanding!!! Thank you so much for coming to the rescue. Plumbing problems itself can be a nightmare

So why do PLUMBING PROBLEMS ALWAYS happen on the weekend? Well ours Did! They came at the scheduled time even though it was in the middle of the night. That means someone had 2 stop their Ohana plans & unclog our SINK! Much MAHALO bc Hubby tried 4hours what u accomplished in minutes! His Snake was too Short! We had our water heater on the fritz and after comparing a few of the companies online decided to call EP&S. Kyle showed up within 1 hour of our call and was very professional. He reviewed the situation and provided solutions. We were discussing to upgrade to a solar water heater and Kyle informed that they also do Solar. He provided options and even a financing outline. The price was reasonable as compared to other vendors. The next day Kyle and two other technicians arrived very respectful, friendly. At the end of the day they left everything cleared and cleaned up all the while finishing the job on time. Mahalo for the expedient and very professional service.

I called Emergency Drain Cleaning & Plumbing to fix one of my apartments toilet that wasn't flushing. They got there within an hour and found that a wash cloth had plugged up the drain. They cleared it and recommended to fix some plumbing issues we had. They gave me an estimate on the next job which was fair and scheduled to do it within the week. I would definitely recommend Emergency Drain Cleaning & Plumbing when you have a plumbing issue because they are quick to respond and are very professional. I was very pleased with the work performed by the two Emergency Plumbing & Solar service technicians who repaired an overheating Circulation Pump on my solar powered water heater. After I contacted the office about the problem, they had Kyle Colborn and an associate at our house within an hour of calling me back to get more details. Kyle fully explained what they needed to do and the associated cost. Within 5 minutes of their leaving after completing the work, the office called to make sure that I was happy with everything. Totally wonderful service! I highly recommend Emergency Plumbing & Solar.

AMAZING PLUMBING SERVICE, definitely my go to on the island. The phone operator Kayla was wonderful & extremely helpful. Both technicians Kyle & Chad were super friendly and professional. Both extremely hard working. I called on a Sunday morning, and they were on the job by Sunday afternoon. The problem is now fixed and if anything in our home breaks again, I will definitely be calling this company and requesting Kyle and Chad for the job. THANKS EMERGENCY PLUMBING & SOLAR!

I highly recommend EPS. I had a toilet back up on a Sunday at 6pm while baling out that toilet into a bathtub it too was backed up. So I knew a plumber was needed. But where to find a plumber on a Sunday Evening ? I searched yelp and found Emergency Plumbing * Solar at first I thought the name was a little too ""on the nose"" but after reading the reviews I decided to give them a call. I had an answer right away and I said, my toilet backed up and my tub is also, the woman on the call said ""That's an issue with the main drainage line and we can take of that for you."" Wow, the person that answers the calls know what they are talking about, that's a good sign. Then she said ""Let me look at the calendar""....Calendar, my heart sank, I want someone tonight no from a ""calendar"" then she said ""I can have someone out at 8pm tonight"". That was 2 hrs away...""absolutely"" I said ! She then informed me that ""Scott, would call me just before he was on his way"". Excellent so far. Well sure enough just before 8pm I received a call. Scott's on his way. I decided to test the toilet again before he arrived to make sure it was still backed up....It wasn't.....OH NO.....the tub drained also. Wait he's coming and I didn't have an issue anymore. So I decided to let him arrive anyway. When he did I said ""This is going to be an easy one because I don't have a problem anymore."" But Scott said, lets test and make sure. It was 8pm and Scott probably wanted to go home but instead he tested my system. He said if I don't find anything then no charge but lets make sure. Nice, I like that attitude ! So we turned on the shower, tub and flushed toilets after 5 minutes, nothing. Scott said, ""Can I get to the pipes under the house."" I said ""yes there is crawl space and we can see the pipes"". Mind you it's dark outside, 8p and Scott is tired and probably wants to go home. But he keeps looking. We go outside and I show him the main lines, then I show him the main pipe to the sewer at the back of the yard. He opens up the sewer line cap and says ""There's your problem"". I join him and there are roots growing into my drainage pipes. Scott calls into the office and offers me a few options. It's $135 for the Sunday call and analysis but that will be deducted from any work I get done. There are several options, a 3 month guaranteed job at approx., $450 fee to fix and that's it, or $1200 for a 2 year warrantee'd fix with a full clean of my main line, a 1 year inspection and they will get it fixed. When it comes to plumbing these all sound reasonable so I select the full service for two reasons. 1) You get what you pay for and 2) Scott did a darn good job of sticking with the issue and finding my problem. EPS deserved my business. So we scheduled the full repair the next day at noon. The next day Nathan calls me right on schedule and says he is on his way. When he arrives I show him the job and he gets to it. He had all the right parts because Scott had informed him exactly what he needed. One glitch, as he works, the pipe he brought had a crack in it. He could have patched it with some glue or just put it in and I wouldn't know but instead he tells me he needs to leave and return the part for a new one. I thank him for not just installing the cracked pipe and he looks at me like I am crazy and says he has too much integrity to do something like that. Like I said ""You get what you pay for"" Anyway a few hrs later the job is done, Nathan then uses a power washing snake to clean out my main drain line and I have a much better drain system in my home ! If you need emergency service don't hesitate, these are the folks you want to work with !
