Proceed with caution! I' ll get to the gist. This company is greedy and overpriced. I had a clogged kitchen sink. I tried to do it myself but it's a stubborn clog so I called this company. They explained that before proceeding they n end to send their ""Technician "" not plumber. The so called plumber/Technician arrived and spent 3 minutes accessing the clog then told me he needed to go to his car to get me a price. When he came back he showed me his tablet to unclog my kitchen sink ......are you sitting down? SIX HUNDRED NINETY SEVEN DOLLARS!!!!! that's right $697!! to add further insult they charged me $104 as a ""GOTCHA"" !! They did clearly tell me they were going to charge this before coming over. Mr. Plumber's reason for the exorbitant amount ""It's an older building, your on the bottom floor and my favorite "" I have to use the snake "" now gimme a break isn't that what Plumber's do...it's almost like s a ting n""I might get dirty!! oh I almost forgot, Mr. Technician had to throw in that he's been a Technican for 24 years .. Jimmy came out and fixed what the home inspector told me was bad which was high water pressure and old piping and bolts to reduce pressure. A little on the more pricer side but didn't want to get quotes, just wanted to get er done. Jimmy basically gave me some plumbing lessons as I asked him a whole bunch of questions and he answered em throughly and helped me out on some DIY minor stuff. Appreciate the prompt response and work. and warranty that comes with it. The ending (hopefully) of that high pitched noise the pipes were making....priceless

Plumber that serviced us was helpful and diligent. His knowledge about our issue may have been slim but his effort was commendable. He was friendly and personable. The office was another matter. It took over 2 weeks to get our last invoice and the GM was supposed to review the paperwork but there was no phone call or response.

Wife came downstairs this morning to a wet kitchen floor. There was a leak from a waterline above the kitchen. After searching yelp reviews, we called Emergency Plumbing and Solar at 0730 and was scheduled for an appointment between 10 and 12 o'clock. The technician, James, was actually able to come an hour earlier and make the necessary repairs. Super quick. Super responsive. Great value for the service. Especially on a Sunday morning emergency repair.

8/15/22, estimator Jeff(I think) came and we paid half the payment for Solar Water Heater. 8/16/22, the workers came at 10am to install and do what they needed to do. Mind you majority of the time one of their employee was on the phone while working. And did not leave our house until 8:30pm, and left the house with NO HOT WATER and NO WATER to our Showers in the house. Adults had to shower with the water house outside and for the kids we had to boil hot water to mix with cold water to have warm water. We attempt to call the estimators, and all the numbers listed on website and given, and ALL NO ANSWER. Aren't they 24/7? 8/17/22, workers came back and was trying to install and put everything in place, again that one worker was on his phone all day while working. and they left and came back later in the afternoon. AGAIN LEFT WITH NO HOT WATER. Water was turned on in the house but it was cold, so Adults just showered with COLD WATER and again for the kids we had to boil hot water. 8/18/22, workers came back again, and again NO HOT WATER. I called Company and spoke to Owner Lahela, and informed her about these concerns and complaints which she apparently did not know about. Immediately she booked us to stay at Residence Inn and said ""she understands"" and ""that is ridiculous"" in Kapolei for the Night, and Venmo $200 to cover our dinner, Breakfast was covered the next morning from the hotel and we had to check out at 11am on Friday. Owner said that we should be able to have hot water and there should not be anymore complaints. 8/19/22, we got back home and they were still working on the Solar. They did end up finishing BUT we still had to wait for hot water which eventually became night time, and was not able to have hot water. 8/20/22, we had warm water. We have 10 people living in the home. So, we waited all day and gave it a chance to see if we had Hot water and end up not having Hot water. 8/21/22, I texted Lahela(owner who gave me personal #) requesting to have someone check out our Solar, and no response back and noone showed up. 8/22/22, waited to see if Lahela would respond and NOTHING. Best advice for the company is having great communication and respond in a timely manner, and making sure they are available 24/7 than leaving us in the air for how many days especially we have kids.

I had a hole in the main water pipe that ran to my house. Koa from Emergency Plumbing & Solar explained the whole process clearly. He was extremely efficient and quick when replacing the piping and regulator. Thank you Koa for doing an excellent job. I will definitely be calling them back for my future plumbing issues.

Their prices are WAY out of line. $395 for a 5-minute inspection with no work done. Call someone else, not these guys!

Well I was having a Friday night pau hana and my tenant calls me. The toilet is plugged. I'm just pissed. Everyone thinks being a landlord is so wonderful you make tons of money for doing nothing. Who else is on call with a open checkbook 24hrs a day?? Anybody? So I call Lelani at EP through Yelp. She was amazing sent someone out in a hour. Got it all fixed and I paid only 471.00 dollars. Professionals don't come cheap. I was able to keep drinking and eating and the shit that happens is all gone. Thats what I paid for. Mucho Mahalos

Kyle & Nate When they me to my house I was very empress with both of them. They dress very Professional i knew I call the right plumbing company They explain what the job consist of from the start to end . They had quoted me about cost and I was fine with it.
