Calvin and Kona showed up within 20 minutes. They immediately began digging to start the belly repair job. The next day, Kona and Puni showed up and spent the entire day replacing the sewer line. Arrived 2 hours late for a leaky bathtub spout. Advised that it would require replacing all of my hardware in the shower. It would take about 1-5 hours to do. The quote...$850! When asked for a breakdown of the rate and cost for parts, I was told that he didn't know how much it cost because the owner buys them in bulk. I asked for their labor price per hour and he danced around the question and told me that it is more expensive on weekends (Saturday). It would be cheaper during the week, so I asked to reschedule. They could take me on the next Monday (1 day away) and the price of the job would be $650. I ended up getting a different plumber who opened up the faucet and only had to replace two washers. Job repaired for less that $200. SMH...I can't believe they were gonna charge me $850 and cut up my wall to replace the shower fixtures.

I Called EPS because my toilet was older and kept clogging, and I wanted something newer. I needed a toilet asap and they were the only company to answer. They sent out Technician Grant, and he was the best plumber I've ever had. He presented me multiple options and I went with the gold package because I wanted something a little more fancy. He installed this awesome 1 piece toilet that same night, and I couldn't be happier with what he installed for me. The pricing was very fair and he was very quick and clean. 5/5 I will never call another plumbing company again. He even gave me a military discount. Thank you EPS and Grant, you are truly a life saver and I couldn't be happier!

Our drain main pipe backed up into our bathroom. As such they we were unable to use the bathroom. I called emergency plumbing services for a bid to find out when it could be done. Because it was an important job we decided to go with there but they charged us a whopping almost $37,000. They took about a week before it was finally fixed and I was very disappointed to find out later on that they overcharged us. He did not replace the pipe, but basically just cut out a portion of it and shot the liner into the drain. The plumbers left their rubbish all over my garage and when I pulled up I didn't see the cans of equipment that they had laid all over along with the Rubbish. I had made attempt to park my car and had some scratches on it. I was furious And totally frustrated because my car was new. Furthermore, I purchased a new car, they said they were going to be responsible for repairs as it was their employees who had caused the damage due to their negligence. The boss told me to find some contractors to do it but it's a small job so no real company is going to repair it. So I'm left stuck with a car that has scratches on it. I feel it's their responsibility to make things right. As of today no further communication. Would I recommend?? No. Stay away from this company. No run away.

This crew did what they said they would and fixed a major leak in my home. Now I have them working at our church fixing the plumbing issues. Highly recommend this team. Text them and they will text you right back. I like that!

Not the best price, but if you want stuff done right I suppose the reality is you've got to pay for it. The plumbers were on time, courteous, and most importantly fixed three different issues, replaced a corroded hose bib on the hot water heater, replaced the cleanout and cleared a clogged sink for 500 bucks. Two plumbers showed up so worked on the two main issues simultaneously, so it was fast. No complaints.

Called them this morning, and was told that they would be over before noon. Then I was politely informed they were running late. Kyle called on the way over. Fixed my kitchen faucet with no problem, and said there would be no charge. But then told him the real problem was a downstairs toilet. They went to pick up some parts, and fixed everything right away. Very quick, professional and personable. I asked them for two business cards, so that I can let others know about them.

Fast, Friendly, and Reasonable!!!! Called EM&S and they came out same day. Had a back up problem were water was coming up from two of my toilets. Kyle was the on-call emergency technician who was very helpful and understanding!!! Thank you so much for coming to the rescue. Plumbing problems itself can be a nightmare
