Mr. Jay is amazing. We were so lucky that the home insurance called Emergency Plumbing. Our toilet in the guest bathroom was doing a see saw motion. Jay didn't just put the sealant around the toilet but disassembled it looked at the problem. We found out that my base was too high from the floor. He explained to me how it was and even recommended what to do. He said that he'll do his best to do a remedy but we need to find a contractor to work on the floor and even it out. As a first time home buyer, he even said, do your homework and don't just settle with the 1st one. I felt like I was talking to my dad who was very concern.

Thank you so much Mr. Jay. I highly recommend the company and Mr. Jay.

We have used the services of this company three times 1) blocked drain hours before we were having 60 people over for brunch; 2) to check our water heater; and 3) to replace our water heater. Jose (aka ""J"") has been our plumber each time and he does a great job (and he is a nice gentleman too). He also goes the extra mile to explain exactly what he is doing and how best to keep our plumbing system in optimal shape. In summary: competent, reliable, honest, punctual, fairly priced, and friendly.

They were sent out for a faucet leak by my Home Warranty company. Ricardo was the plumber and he was the nicest most genuine of plumbers. Fixed the cartridge quickly and was on his way. I would definitely use them again if I have a plumbing problem once my warranty is up. I do hope the other plumbers are like Ricardo. Highly recommended!

L K's Fashions and Designs. This business is a taste of Africa, LK's has custom made clothes and off the rack items also. They carry purses, jewelry, hair, makeup,and some products for at home hair care too. They have hair braiders, and a makeup artist too. This business is more a one shop all, for Africa products and more. The staff is very friendly and helpful and you will find something or someone to satisfy your needs. Please go see LK's for your African flavor services. The braiders not only do the traditional looks but they do the styles only found in Africa. And the makeup artist does makeup for all occasions, and will sale you the makeup to use at home. I highly recommend this taste of Africa right here in San Diego.

I am surprised by some of the low star ratings here, my experience has been very good and I'm totally satisfied with the company and service given.

This started out as a home warranty claim and ended up being denied..not a great start. Granted the denial was partly my fault. The cold water valve for my washing machine went bad and flooded my laundry room when I was swapping out the old rubber supply hoses to washing machine. After my shock we turned off the water and took the broken water valve off. Figuring I'd try and fix myself I took it to Home Depot but, of course, they don't carry this specialty item. The next opinion was to remove the entire box that goes in the wall, meaning mess, drywall repair and time!

JAY TO THE RESCUE! He took a pic with his camera phone, called a plumbing supply company in LA and had them shipped down. He installed the replacement and saved me hundreds of $$ since they didn't have to replace the entire drain box and open up walls.

I will refer Jay and EPS to my friends and clients. OH...and never take running water for granted. It was off for 3 days! Yikes!!

Emergency Plumbing Services was sent out under our Home Warranty for a condo we just bought to unclog our shower drain. After spending 10 minutes trying to unclog our drain they said there was a solid object in the drain and that our home warranty doesn't cover that. We then called Roto Rooter and had someone come out for a second opinion and after 20 minutes working on the drain they were able to clear it out.

We are extremely disappointed and feel like we were taken advantage of. If the effort was put in to really take care of the customer, they would have cleared everything for us.

We had an emergency leak in our shower at 9pm and called Emergency Plumbing Services. They were extremely efficient to get me on the line with the technician, Jay. Jay was incredibly helpful and talked us through step by step how to solve the problem (over various texts and phone calls). He was responsive, calm and very helpful. We are so grateful to Emergency Plumbing Services and would recommend them to anyone.

We were referred to Emergency Plumbing Services through our home insurance company. While we didn't have an issue with how our garbage disposal was working, it was making a loud noise. They sent our Jay, who is the best!!! He had come out before to clear the garbage disposal and even went outside to make sure it was cleared all the way. He is very professional, honest and so helpful. He explained what we had to do to get the item out of the disposal as they didn't carry those specific tools. I would highly recommend Jay and EPS as they have always taken good care of us. They showed up on time and called a half hour before coming out. Scheduling has never been a problem with this company. Highly recommend them!

Timing was good but I had called them to a rental unit ,actually that's who the warranty company dispatched. The plumber left the home without communicating to the tenant or landlord what the next step was. He left the toilet stopped up. Still waiting for the warranty company to resolve this. I Would NOT RECOMMEND this plumber to anyone!
