The plumber was on time. He listen to my concerns. But most important he was honest. He told me that my tenants issue was just not holding down the lever long enough. (low flow toliet) Great job!!!! It's wonderful to find a honest business with great staff!!!!! Keep up the great work!!!!

The company later Contacted me to schedule my repairs, please note !!! No one was home during the repairs, the technician completed my repairs, and didn't leave any trash behind. I'm extremely pleased with the manner he completed my issues.

I had a very bad experience with the company. I was referred to them from my home warranty company. They gave me a 4 hr window. I waited and not heard from them. I called them during their office hours. No one picked up. Someone called me 2.5 hrs after my window was over and said they may be able to come at 8pm. I started voicing my frustrations and he hung up on me and never heard back...,,

I was assigned this company to fix my hot water heater by a home warranty company. The hot water heater worked for two weeks and then stopped working again. I called the company back and the person who answered the phone was rude and let me know that I wasn't their only customer. Despite the fact that the work done two weeks ago did not fix the problem, they were only willing to offer a four hour window to fix the hot water heater, making it very inconvenient for us. I asked to speak to the supervisor and the person on the phone was not willing to let me speak to the supervisor. Avoid.

Sent over by the home warranty for leak coming from upstairs bathroom. It was placed as an emergency call but they said they could only come in the next day: so not an emergency call company.
The person who came referred me to a restoration company owned by the same owner (so far they haven't even touched the leak). The person who came started off with wanting to file an insurance claim before even looking at anything. Definitely into insurance fraud.
They needed an asbestos check since it was an 1979 house which I had done and cleared the same day.
They set up an appointment for 2 days later and just did not show up!!! They were rude on the calls made to the office and never once called me back. They made false claims with the home warranty regarding asbestos (I have tests proving otherwise from the company they recommended).
In the end my plumber fixed the bracket under the shower pipe which is where the leak was for 200 bucks and I was done.
These folks are definitely a scam, please beware. Also I think it is all subcontractors, and the main owner or office has no clue what they are doing.

Few days ago our pipe cracked so we called our home warranty company. They sent Jay over to inspect after a few calls. Regardless of our complain of him being late, Jay figured out the problem in less than 5 mins and explained patienly to me and my family. Two days later he came back again to replace the pipe. Jay did excellent work and left no mess in the kitchen. When he was done with the replacing, he double checked if there's any problems. Before he left, Jay gave us some tips and suggestions on what kind of silicone and drain openers are more useful. He's professional at what he's doing and passionate at the same time! Even though he was late for both times, he could always ease our concerns with his smile and thoughtful words!

They advertise that they provide emergency service 24/7, yet no one answers the phone and voicemail says ""you my have contacted us after hours""....if you are 24/7 there is no such thing as after hours! I have a major plumbing issue at my rental property (water consistently flowing for over two hrs) my home warranty to refered this company yet they are not available to provide service so now my warranty company is attempting to find a legitimately 24/7 emergency service company!

Company came out on behalf of home warranty. Strung us along for weeks saying a fixture was on order then would be installed after diagnosing 2 separate trips. Never received any communication from them and eventually they said the claim was denied.

they were sent to me by the home warranty company to address leaking washer hook-up valves and overflowing dishwasher drainage pipe (work order 606683891). after wasting more than an hour of my family's time they left without fixing anything. their only professional act was to take payment. i had to call the warranty company and have them send another plumber from another company. maybe this time i will get someone who knows what drainage pipe looks like?

Jay did a terrific job of replacing our broken water heater. He is very knowledgable and worked diligently to get our claim processed by our home warranty provider. Sheryal was also very courteous and helpful to a stressed out customer who was worried about not having running water. I'd definitely call them next time I have a plumbing issue.
